Not only did the quality of the paint job exceed my expectations, but the customer service I received from my initial phone call, through the process, and pick up of my car….was way above my expectations!Brian took the time and patience to answer my questions and concerns and helped educate me with matte paint finishes and the process.This is a brand new car that unfortunately had some issues with the satin matte hood and after receiving it back from Batavia Body Werx….it looks better than new!This is the place to go to…if you want quality service and piece of mind.

Recently needed body work to our GMC Acadia after being involved in an accident. Noticed the 5-Star reviews online and gave them a call. Absolutely amazing! Brian and the team have outdone themselves again. I brought in my HD Softail to get the new fairing painted to match the bike. One of the colors was exclusive to Harley and would have cost more for the small amount of paint than the entire job. Brian brought in a color match specialist and knocked it out of the park between the two of them. Not only is the color dead on, but the application and detail were flawless. HD should take lessons from Body Werx!If you are looking for perfection in bodywork or painting, do not hesitate to use these guys. My third vehicle is coming next.

First of all, I cannot say enough good things about Batavia Body Werx! They treated me like family there. They gave me a ride home from the body shop while they worked on my car and then picked me up when it was done. I brought my 1971 Chevy Nova to them to get my hood adjusted. They pay attention to detail and really went above and beyond. If I ever need more work done or anything ever happens to any of my other vehicles this the place I will be going to. Came in for help with a botched DIY repair. They painted my panel and I brought my vehicle over for installation. It was done super fast. Vehicle was cleaner than when I brought it and the price was very reasonable. Super satisfied with my experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone near and far.

This shop is awesome. I brought my Tesla in to have some paint protection done to the whole front portion of the car. I originally had been looking into PPF but after talking to Brian and Tony here they introduced me to Autoflex. I did some research on this and opted to have them do this on my model Y. It looks amazing and I can’t tell it is even on the car because of how autoflex is applied compared to PPF. This shop does a great job and could tell they take care of high value cars each day. They were very helpful in explaining the process to me to educate me and let me then decide on my own without pushing something on me. I would definitely recommend this shop. I live up near Wisconsin and still decided to drive down to them to leave my car. 100% will continue to take my cars there!

Batavia body werx was a life saver! My car was hit in a parking lot, (basically hit and run) and my entire back end was so messed up. I had heard they do good work but was hesitant because it was a hike from where I live. I called, just to see what could potentially come of the situation. I must admit, I was blown away. They actually picked up my car, from my home, so I didn’t have to go anywhere. THEN they were kind enough to drop my car off as well! Not only was the damage completely fixed, but they treated me like I was family! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

I had weird stains from an unkown source on the hood of my 2019 Porsche Cayenne. Chris, the owner applied a compound and rubbed the stains out himself. He was very meticulous and detail-oriented performing the minimal amount of work to correct the problem. Great experience and seems like a hard-working and trustworthy owner.

CJ and his staff repaired flaking paint on the front bumper of my Lexus and other body parts which were discolored. In addition, he polished my headlights which had oxidized at no charge. My car looks new again. I received quotes from 2 other local shops and Batavia Body Werx was the most affordable. My first experience with BBW was 5 stars.

CJ and his staff did an exceptional job on my Chevy Colorado. I dropped my truck off late on a Monday thinking it would be in the shop for at least 3 weeks for the amount of work I needed done and it was finished on the Friday of that SAME week!! I needed a new bumper, a new windshield, and had close to 20 dents/door dings that needed to be fixed, as well as many scratches and paint chips that needed attention. Dealing with this shop was a breeze from start to finish, from them contacting the rental car service for me, to them dealing with the insurance, it was peace of mind from the beginning to the completion of the work. Not only did they go above and beyond with their work, but the pricing couldn’t be beat by anyone in the area!! I can’t stop starring at my truck because it’s 4 years old and looks brand new again!! I wanted to give Batavia Body Werx a BIG SHOUTOUT for the amazing work they did on a brand new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. A little background. Late December 2020, I was involved in a car accident and sustained significant damage to the rear of my truck. Obviously, the emotional roller coaster I experienced wasn’t the greatest. For a few days, I searched for different body shops that I could trust (customer and BBB reviews). I read hundreds of reviews and felt safe with Batavia Body Werx.I first met Brian, who immediately impressed me. Brian was sympathetic to my experience and he was very knowledgeable on what I should submit to the insurance company. Brian took photographs and noted damage I clearly didn’t see. Based on Brian’s expertise, I was able to submit a proper estimate. After I submitted my estimate, I never spoke to the insurance company again. Brian became my advocate and fought for a proper repair and parts. Brian was able to get all new GM OEM parts, as well a new truck bed, bumper and miscellaneous parts needed for the repair. Brian continually updated me through the repairs calling me every other day with a status update.After a couple weeks, I picked up my truck and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I was able to see the old damage and parts removed from the vehicle. I was able to meet the crew that worked on the truck and thank them personally. Rich was outstanding and clearly displayed skill while working on the body and paint with Brian. Joey, also couldn’t have done a better job on the fabrication and body work. This crew is obviously top notch. The paint was flawless on my tailgate and all badging was laid perfectly. I can’t thank Batavia Body Werx enough for making a tragic experience a positive one.

I backed into a tree causing a minor crunch in the rear quarter panel of my Ram 2500. I picked out three paint/collision businesses to take my P/U to for an estimate, the first being Batavia Body Werx. I met Chris (C J), the owner and he immediately struck me as an honest, upfront business owner with high character. C J provided me with a detailed account of repairs needed and suggested an alternative to my original plan regarding the repairs and subsequent paint job needed to fix the affected area. C J provided me with a great estimate and it was directly in line with what I was hoping to pay for the repairs needed. That doesn’t happen very often these days as it almost always seems to cost more than you want to pay. There was no need to go any further for additional estimates. A few days later, I picked up my truck and it looked like brand new. C J’s paint specialist came out to meet me in the parking lot and described what he did to fix my truck and paint the area(s). It was obvious that this employee (I didn’t get his name), took real pride in his work and he seemed very trustworthy, representing the business and employer very well. I have already recommended Batavia Body Werx to several people while showing off the work C J and his employee performed. Cannot recommend Batavia Body Werx enough! I had a work truck that had been scraped and dinged up over the years and needed to be repainted. Batavia Body Werx did a wonderful job fixing the rust spots and repainting it. It looks brand new and they even got it back to me 3 days ahead of schedule!
