Best home depot ever! Just like the others but near me.

Bought a grill that likely was stored outside there because it already was rusty. Have received multiple defect products from home depot before, both in store and online. The customer service however is good and i had no problems returning those items

This particular Home Depot seems to usually be stocked pretty well. Its never too crowded and the staff have been very helpful with assisting or answering questions. We have special ordered customized products from here before with no issues. We will usually check online at HomeDepot.com about products to make sure that they are in stock and we have never had issues with that info being wrong. Its also nice because it will give you the aisle number and shelf location of the product that youre looking for.

The Depot at Batavia NY needs to find ways to stop the birds from pooping on just about everything thats stored in the lawn and garden. Get a hawk or a BB gun or something. Its all covered with poop or faded from the sun from being outside for a year or more. They arent good at watering their plants either. I can kill my own plants. I dont need to buy them dead. Their wood selection is less than is desired also. Other than that.... I love Home Depot. Keep up the good work

I love home depot more than clothes or grocery shopping. Im a hands on kind of girl and love to build or create things. We have bought our appliances here also. My husband is a veteran and he gets his discount for that. For that right there supporting our veterans I will always be a loyal customer. Plus I LOVE POWER TOOLS. ❤❤

Ive had many days where people are helpful and a few bad days where they were too lazy. I had 6 guys sitting in the doors and windows dept watching my husband and I load 3 doors and a window together by ourselves. They werent light or cheap. NONE of them even asked us if we needed help or offered. I was disappointed. We spent thousands of dollars these past 2 years fixing up our house just to have a few lazy guys give us a poor taste of customer service. I have had some though go above and beyond for us too. We still shop here though. I hope to not have to experience poor service like that again.

I have made many shopping trips here because you can always count on home depot for your needs. I tried their curbside pickup for the first time and it was an extremely smooth and seamless experience. I placed a fairly large order of large items (20 or so 2x4s, 10 4x8 sheets of drywall, some 3/4 plywood, a 36 prehung interior door, bucket of drywall, and misc hand tools) and they had the order ready for me to pick up in about an hour and a half. I drove up, they came out with all my goodies and helped me load it all into the back of my truck. Very fast and very easy. Extremely pleased and will be doing that more often

I walked in couldnt find something and nobody knew anything when i asked!! 40 minutes past looking for 1 thing, absolutely ridiculous. Get knowledgeable staff is all i can say!

I have been there 4 times in less than 2 weeks waiting to buy baseboard moulding with none in the rack, but there is a big pallet full of it sitting there for a week and has not been put out for sale. I need 1 piece to finish a project and cant get it. They wont help which is maddening. Very high level of frustration.

Horrible experience at this store. I spent over $4k on a product and was not happy with the quality. Tried to return it but management and superviserd just keep giving me the run around. Its been over a month now. I suggest you go to Lowes.

Went in there to try and find some shelves to put up in my kids room and found some decent ones that we liked the look of them and found the right kinda brackets to use right near by that looked amazing with them. Got them home and put them up and that look wonderful with my kids stuff animals that were bought just for them on them. So they stay nice till they get older and then they get to choose what to do with the stuff on top of the shelves

Matt at the customer service desk was top notch. So friendly and got me in and out in 15 minutes and I was buying a zero turn tractor. Even helped push it up on my trailer while sharing a few tips about the mower. I drove 30 minutes to this HomeDepot because they had the tractor I wanted in stock. I will drive it again when I have a larger purchase because I was so impressed with the service. Exceeded my expectations.

I have not been here..although i did visit lowes and went there looking for lights and found a bunch different things! Lol like BIG fans, rakes and other garden stuff! Also a TON of household stuff too!! They have ALOT of stuff!

So I went to Home Depot in Batavia to look/ buy a floor for my daughter’s bedroom..... I was greeted at the door by a women and we exchanged pleasantries that is where the things got nasty!!! She asked if I had a mask I said I couldn’t wear one and she said “ I’m not putting up with this “. So I continued on about my business not bothering anyone about 5 minutes later the women store manager chased me down and started screaming at me that I have to wear a mask ant to get out !!!!!!!! I have never been treated so poorly!!!!!!!I will never step foot in Home Depot again I went to a locally owned flooring store got a much better product and didn’t have to wear a mask!I suggest people shop anywhere but Home Depot. As of now they have lost over $7000 dollars of my money in a short few weeks ! I hope there mask policy was worth itNever go to Home Depot!!!!!!

If i could rate individuals this would be much lower. I love The Home Depot in Batavia and have been going there for years with never an issue, But this past weekend was by far the worst experience ever. In the paint section there is a blue haired woman ( Dyed blued) who is the most impersonal, rude person we have ever encountered. 20 minutes even after we went back to the counter to get the paint she was just as rude. Wouldnt even respond to my direct question, Just looked away and talked to someone else. I hope she isnt a permanent there because I will go somewhere else for my paint needs.

Everything we needed,

They have gone down hill fast there inventor is off on many of the smaller stuff and there for the computer does not reorder, also about half or more of the workers are unfamiliar with there departments and customer service at a corporate level simply doesnt care. Update the store manager called me when I filled out a survey off of the receipt and that basically went no where, he complained about me filling it out and not going to him.

I get this was during a pandemic, but some of us are still considered essential. Everyone was VERY rude, and didnt seem to want to assist a woman who knew about decking. I had to get my own flat cart and load 44 boards myself. The customer service desk told me to wait 10 mins until the help arrived. Should have just supported my local hardware store.

Usually helpful and knowledgeable associates, though full disclosure I was employed there about ten years ago. Though very few people remain that I worked with. That said, most employees there now seem to be good at their jobs. Much better than six or seven years ago.

They didnt like my face covering so they wasted time and didnt let me in. 30min drive for nothing. Not the first time Home Depot has let me down horrible customer service.

The young man Jason who was working in the door and window department was amazing. He was soooo helpful. Went above and beyond. Very pleasant and helped carry a door out to the truck. He also researched other information we needed for a future purchase. That boy deserves a raise 😁.

The staff here is VERY helpful. I love how they can pin point you to what you are looking for and will get another employee if they need help. Love this Home Depot!
