If I could give zero star I would. Let me start off by saying me and my husband both get paid Tuesdays we made this very clear when we ordered through these people. But yet they decided EVERY Saturday to call us and ask r we coming in. I dont know what kind of business they are running but eventually it got to feeling like they were harassing us. I understand that they want there money but when people tell you something understand English jesus. Another thing that happened was we ended up behind in a couple weeks payment tried explaining our situation had some medical problems gping on and they demanded there stuff back saying we were behind they wanted there money. Aarons furniture is much better. Very understanding pay once a month. I will NEVER EVER go through rent a center again. I recommend aarons furniture if you are having issues with rent a center.

Theres a difference between handling work stress professionally and outright being rude to a customer who has sudden changes to their plansThe man I talked to just now was extremely rude and now I will not be a RAC customer ever again when I have better options such as fingerhut and Montgomery Ward available
