Great overall experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. However. 24-72 hours is not immediately after your self serve transaction. You should warn people it will take that long to get their money back. Not a big deal until you’re down to your last 10 bucks before payday. Excellent experience otherwise.
Right on top of things. I needed to get these girls out cookies to my daughter and I did not want them crushed or shipped to the wrong address. Vickie was helpful kind and courteous. She got everything boxed up and got me the best price. Love that they have 15 minute parking. Great location. In and out. Will be back and I know I can count on them.
This pace sucks their staff taped a different label on my package and it got lost now they sayin the QR code had a different address than the label i emailed them takin my business to UPS
The staff is very nice, however they are woefully understaffed. What should have taken 5 minutes took 37. All standing in line.

FedEx, you have to try harder than you do. I changed delivery to FedEx store and got alert that it would be a day late. Then I received a text that it was at the Bartlett location. I arrived about 30 minutes later to find out that you closed 4 minutes before I arrived. Next time I guess I will take my chances on you delivering to my house.
Great experience! There was a small line when I arrived, but was impressed how Jolie, the manager came out to help each person and kept things moving.
Jolie was working so hard by herself on Friday, Sept 6th. She was alone with no one there to help her. There were 4 or 5 people waiting. She did great but I had to leave my book to be bound. She asked me to come back in an hour. I came back 1 1/2 later and it still wasnt ready. Then there was 2 people there and she was gone to the bank. The job was done well but not satisfied with the service.
1:58pm on 5/14/2020. Need to ship an item effectively ignored and unhelped by 3 employees. UPS up the road got my business.
Worst experience ever, 6 hours for a order of 29 color photos to be printed because the woman could not figure out how to do her job. Then she added $27 dollar to the original cost of the prints that were $21 because it took her so long to learn how to do her job. I Finely gave up and went across the street to Office Max and was done in 10 minutes and for $20. . Apparently this happens a lot at this location, untrained employees can truly ruin your business. I know I wont be back.
I went in to ship a firearm, I have done this multiple times shipping to dealers, manufacturers and collectors. FedEx regulations states that EITHER the shipper or recipient must have a FFL for manufacture, dealing or collecting firearms. Yesterday I went in with my c&r firearm pre packaged, no ammo and a copy of the recipients c&r FFL and addressed package to the address listed on the FFL which is also the recipients business address. Without looking at any regulations the clerk said they cannot ship. I gave a copy of the FFL and she said that they cannot ship. I tried the cordova location and the clerk also refused without looking up actual regulations. The germantown location looked up the regulations, low and behold I was within the regulations and got my firearm shipped legally. The clerk at this location failed to look up regulations (even after I explained what they were from FedExs website) and failed to call a manager. It is ok not to know everything, but its a problem to deny service to a customer who is following both company regulations and federal law.
Ms. Cheryl is a LIFESAVER! Not only did she help me with document formatting, she was able to print my certificates AND photos with absolute precision!Thank you again for saving the day!!!

Clerk was not friendly or helpful. I stood at counter after completing my service and she called another customer up in front of me after I was next in line. I had to speak up in order to pay for my services . I just wanted to pay and get out of her way. Attitude was the key component in this visit issue.
Service is good, but be aware theres something wrong with their fax line and its hard to send a fax, i now try other locations for fax only, other than that everything works great at this location.
