This is the greatest gas station i have ever seen. they have everything from Christmas presents to slushees. 13/10

Friendly customer service and the desire to make the customer happy. The coffee is hot and fresh and deli food is prepared many times while you wait so it is hot and fresh too.

Bought 2 posh e-cigarettes tonight, one didnt work, woman at the counter refused to give me a new one, refund me, or give me any type of credit.After reading these reviews Im not surprised with the customer service.

3x now, these owners have delibrately ripped me off. They do not sell at advertised prices, rather they put prices up but the computer shows differently. If you correct them, they walk over to the price and remove it and will tell me that it is wrong.I tried to give this place another chance as its closer to me, but 2 different employees are willing to rip me off over such small amounts, its absurd. The owners, late-middle aged man and woman, are GREEDY. 3 times now they falsely advertised their prices.Never Again. Not going to be treated with such disrespect.Im going back to Buckys/Mobil

Its a 7-11, the older lady reminded me to use the app and get free stuff as I am in there all of the time which was nice. They do seem understaffed usually though and you could wait a few minutes to checkout.

The middle aged man with glasses will refuse to give you any discount that is advertised. He has tried to BS me multiple times. Never going back to this god forsaken place

Horrible customer service. I think the whole family lives there in the back .The place is a mess. 711 should teach the store employees how to talk with customers.

The people here are really rude. Especially the manager. Ive been there a few times. He refuses to give cash back. He also was yelling at a costumer and his own employees one time when I went there. Pretty sad 😔

Most unfortunate that this place is staffed by folks who dont try to understand customers. Had a few pleasant-enough check-ins at this location, long lines and typically only one attendant, but thats standard and hardly the reason for this low-star review.A week ago I attempted to return a USB cable bought the day prior that wasnt working 100% and the man behind the counter not only refused, but claimed I didnt buy the cable from them (despite having the original packaging), pulled the B connection-end OFF the cable and said oh look, its broken and when I told him I felt like he was ripping me off he snatched the now-for-certain broken item and my receipt from under my hands on the counter and snapped a photo of them both with his smartphone while I tried to take it back, and said he would take a photograph of me as well in case I tried to come back with it - which of course I refused to allow and at that point left while he called for assistance (the first time Ive ever seen more than one person working there at a time!). SO - if you disagree with the attendants at this location, be prepared to be treated with hostility and shouted out of the store!This location consistently has lower prices than surrounding gas stations though, so gets 1 star back; good thing the pumps can be paid at, negating the need to EVER set foot inside this location again.
