Was told today by a service advisor that I would need to leave my vehicle with them for 3 to 4 days for an OIL CHANGE! In April this place wasnt doing appointments, just first come, first serve. Now its make an appointment, but with no idea when your vehicle will be ready.I have lived all over this country, dealt with dozens of dealerships for the service of my vehicles. Never have I seen such amateur management practices. Here is a recommendation. Take appointments that match your capacity to complete the work. Dont disadvantage your customer anymore than they already are. Its not worth your businesses reputation.

I have to be honest, the first car I purchased from this dealership was a nightmare in many aspects, and I promised myself I would never go back. Via email, it was requested by the dealership that I come look at some possible trades for my 2018 Challenger R/T. I immediately noticed the change in staff after speaking with them the first time. I am now in a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 BigHorn Sport Edition, thanks to the team at Wolfchase Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM, and could not be happier with the truck and their excellent service.Now to the important stuff. We had an amazing experience at this dealership. The staff was so welcoming and kind but laid back in the sense they made you feel comfortable there. They weren’t pushy at all. We purchased our Truck from Maryland cause its a 3500 ram duelly and nobody has any in stock. They failed to tell us about all the features, so we went to Wolfchase and asked for help. Bought a Renegade from this dealership a few days ago. They were wonderful - open communication, straightforward price negotiation, and easy finalization of sale. I had been to a number of other dealerships before this one and received the run-around from each of them. Not here. They even worked around my complicated situation of titling/registering in Missouri. As a single woman, I have never had a good experience buying a car. This was the first time I felt truly taken care of. Ask for Ben! He was my salesman & he is very nice.The only complaint I have is that the sale could have gone a lot quicker than it did. It would be nice for these things to not take hours and hours. Even after the sale was final, they hadn’t finished detailing the car. Other than that, perfect service.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this dealership. I tried to buy a brand new truck from these people and no one came to help me so I had to buy my truck somewhere else. I call them to get a oil change and they tell me they can’t schedule me. This dealership is below par and one of the worst I’ve been to. If your expecting to buy a truck for 60k and get treated like it don’t go to the bartlett dodge dealership.

My husband and I arrived and was immediately greeted by Bryant (I hope that is how you spell it) we told him what we were looking for and he walked us to the correct section. I was looking at two different white Jeeps but the last one caught my eye so he again went to go get the keys test drove it and fell in love! We went inside and he was great about answering all of our questions, we filled out all the paperwork spoke with Leroy who was amazing as well and then finally finished up with Tatiyana (again I hope I spelled it correctly). We laughed, joked and spoke like we have known each other for awhile. It was probably the best experience we have had buying a car! I purchased my 2020 Grand Cherokee from Wolfchase Chrysler back in June. My sales person was Steven (who was excellent))!! I was told by the manager( I believe his name was Leroy) that my out of town paperwork would be taking care of. And I wouldn’t have to worry about a drive out tag...just put my tag on.( tag different state). Which, was all lies. I rode around Shelby County for three months straight with my out- of-state tag. Which, was still registered to my old car.. that I traded in. Now, With all that said, I notice that the AC/heat wasn’t functioning correctly. So, I called an spoke to Mr. Tim or Jim I believe his name is he’s a service manager or was. He said bring the jeep up there and will fix it plus provide you courtesy vehicle for you. Which, was a lie too!! My jeep, still isn’t fixed.

Service: Some people are great, some are not. Two of the five people I dealt with were rude. Tatiana became quite angry when I declined an extended warranty. So angry, I I almost left. Mr. Putt, Cheryl and Leroy were great.The Jeep: Its had several issues since the first day. 1. Sometimes, at stops, the emergency brake activates for no reason and Im stuck til it decides to deactivate. 2. Sometimes the alarm activates when I am exiting the Jeep for no reason that I candetermine. 3. Jumping in and out of gears. This is dangerous. For instance, I put it in Reverse and it does nothing ... then all of a sudden it jumps into Reverse.Overall, I am happy but my Jeep nor my buying experience is not without a few negatives.

Its too bad I cant leave a 0 star rating on here. Car has been at the dealership for a month now & has not been touched/worked. I keep being told Were shorthanded, but we have someone scheduled to look at it and get you an estimate for how much repairs will be. Crickets again for a while. Ive already had to get a ride up to the dealership so I can actually talk to someone since no one knows how to return calls. Seemed promising after I spoke with someone in person (this was after it had already been there two weeks) - a blunder on my behalf for believing that, as its been another 2 weeks since then. I hate to have to get on Google to leave a bad review, but I cant get anyone at the dealership to even answer or return my calls anymore. Once the roads clear up - its back up to the dealership so I can just get my car back and take it somewhere else. Worst experience Ive had to-date with a dealership.

Too bad I couldnt give a zero star. They lied and stated they took the oil change voucher that came with the purchase of the car. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and was second in line. Ended up paying $150 because they refused to use the program I purchased. I later found out that they could have honored it but they would have only gotten $34. That is why they chose to lie to me. What a horrible dealership!! Never will hey get my money again. What lying losers!!!

Drove 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment to meet with the GM to build a new Jeep. After waiting for 30 minutes I had to leave. Sad to realize that since that time I never received a phone call or email from the GM or the dealership regarding the missed appointment. Wow! Horrible way to treat a potential buyer.

I got great service and I felt like they really cared about what I wanted.
The dealership constantly lied to me and the warranty insurance I have with the vehicle. First they told me an inspector came out and did a teardown on my car. They denied my claim and I have to pay almost $900 for the teardown. I called my insurance, they told me they never sent an inspector out to look at the car. That the dealership called my insurance company and told them not to send anyone out it would be a waste of time, the car overheated. I got on the phone with the insurance company and we called the service department. We got Craig on the phone and he lied to me and the insurance manager right then and said i absolutely did not call and say the car overheated and yes an inspector was sent out. So we said it was a misunderstanding with communication and got off the phone. The manager from the insurance company called me back like 20minutes later and apologized that he understood my frustration. He went back and listened to the recording and played it for me. The recording was Craig telling my insurance not to send an inspector out. It would be a waste of their time that the car overheated. The insurance company played the recording for me, I clearly heard craigs familiar voice over the recording. The manager from my insurance company tried calling the dealership back but they would not answer. My insurance sent out an inspector this time and he noted a compression failure and rolled out overheating and my claim got approved. I was advised to take my car elsewhere to get fixed.I forgot to mention craig left for a vacation and someone else was put on my case. This man turned around and said instead of heads being placed a $4,000 bill i needed a whole new engine a $10,000 bill now, something completely different from their original diagnostic reading. So today I went to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle and they were very nasty to me and the tow company. He tired to charge me once again for a tear down that never happened after calling my insurance and they confirmed the inspector never did a tear down they ened up charging me almost $400 for diagnostic work. It was all a scam and the crazy part is as I was walking out another customer said he went through so many issues with them as well and was taking his elsewhere! Also I asked why some of their employees did not have masks on and he told me not to talk to him, talk to the manager.

This was such an awesome experience for us. I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for YEARS, but it was never the right time or something would always come up (like getting pregnant). I was beyond thrilled to find my dream car at a very affordable price. They gave me more on my trade than I expected, held to everything we agreed to AND showed me how to take off and put the hard top and freedom panels. I’m not sure if that is common practice but I appreciated it. Go see Ben!
When my wife and I turned in her Honda in Jackson, TN we had no intentions of driving to Memphis to get her a new vehicle. We stopped at the Jeep dealer in Jackson to only find that while there did not appear to be many customers inside, they were apparently too busy to make a sale. After a few moments of standing in the showroom looking around at people that appeared to be afraid of taking our money, we decided it was time to go. I explained to my bride that I was more than happy to drive to Memphis to see what we could find and we would just make a day of it by going to lunch while in town. We arrived at Wolfchase and found who was going to be our salesman standing in the parking lot almost as if he were waiting for us. Don’t misunderstand me. We were not swarmed by a pushy salesman, but were greeted by a very friendly person.Korey Rush greeted us both and asked if there was anything he could help us with. I explained that we were wanting to look at the Jeep Compass and Korey explained that we could walk the lot and take our time looking at every vehicle they had if that was what we wanted to do. My wife found one that she thought she liked but after the test drive was no longer a fan. My wife likes power and while this vehicle is nice, it lacks the power that she desires. We explained to Korey that we were going to have some lunch and talk about our options and would likely return to continue our search. I asked Korey if he could recommend a good BBQ restaurant nearby and Korey was just as friendly sending us away as he was when we pulled in the parking lot. Korey never tried to convince us to stay and just agreed that we should go have a good lunch and then come back to allow him to help us find a new vehicle that we were both happy with. After dining at Korey’s recommended restaurant, which was the best BBQ my wife and I have ever had, we returned to find my wife’s new vehicle.After test driving the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was all about getting the numbers right. I must admit that this was when I figured the personality would change and Korey would turn from his friendly side to more of a salesman. Nope!!! Korey remained just as calm and collected as he had been the entire time. With just a few discussions, we were pleased with the final offer and were signing documents.Needless to say, we left the dealership with a new vehicle that my wife absolutely loves and even made a new friend. I highly recommend you start your search with Wolfchase and ask for Korey. He’s a great guy and makes the car buying, or in our case, car leasing experience very painless.
The verdict is still out on this place, let me explain, I had my vehicle towed there on November 17, 2020 it is now December 19th and vehicle is still not repaired. For 1 1/2 weeks truck sat I was told when I dropped it off they were 4 days out or behind on repairs, (Covid19) Then it became a warranty issue going back and forth with warranty company i do feel this dealership has not given me 100 percent service. I get it. Its all about the money. But in the mean time Im with out my vehicle. My adviser is out on sick leave and now dealing with a manager. Job is still not done on last call warranty company approved engine replacement. Lets see how this goes now. I still have faith the dealership will do the right thing. Right now though honestly I would not buy or take my vehicle in for repairs to this dealership until they get it figured out.

Very poor service. Called on a Wednesday to bring my car in for warranty work the Wednesday and dropping off the night before so it would be there first thing in the morning. Arrived to drop it off and was told were 4 days out and my car would not be looked at tomorrow and probably not for 4 days. That was very disappointing but I said I would bring it back in 3 days then. I was informed that the car has to stay with the dealer the entire time (up to 4 days). Very unprofessional process and will take my business elsewhere.
Used the online schedule tool on website entering in what I needed to get done to schedule an appointment. Recieved email saying no appointments necessary, first come first serve along with times they would be open by one of their employees. Drove out Saturday morning and arrived just before they opened to get in/out asap. Only getting keys programmed to car which I was bringing and are already cut, just need programmed. Get told when I walk in service area they only do oil changes on Saturday. I ask why didnt the employee who responded to my details not tell me that after driving 40 min one way? I dunno, sorry - is all I got. This used to be my go to dealer for all my Jeeps that I own, 2 still right now. No worries, Collierville Jeep took me in immediately upon arrival! Found new Dodge/Jeep dealer that takes care of me and isnt wasting my time! Wolfchase....never again.

Recently bought a vehicle here. Got more rebates than I expected, and everyone in the sales dept here were very knowledgeable and courteous. Tatianna was super helpful getting me set up for my test drive appointment, and Ben was on point for the test drive and showing me around the vehicle. They had a few versions of the vehicle I wanted to try pulled up and ready to go, which was not my experience at another area dealer. Also, as we are in the midst of COVID, everyone was wearing masks, which made me feel safe. Again, not my experience at a competitor in town where folks barely wore masks.The price negotiation was transparent and easy, but of course I’d done my research on vehicle pricing, rebates, financing, etc beforehand, so they helped me reach my goal and I walked out paying less than I expected to pay for monthly payments. All around great experience!

Havent even had it a month yet. started making noise when stopping. took it to a mechanic to see whats wrong. it needs breaks. called this dealer to let them know that they missed that it needs breaks when they did their pre-owned certified inspection. they said theres nothing they can do and that we waited to long to tell them. and they would look at it for a fee. very rude sales manager (Leroy) obviously Im not the only person whos had problems with him. I do not recommend buying a car from here. I was going to buy another truck from them in a few months. not anymore Ill be taking my money to a more professional and diligent dealership. that care about the safety of their customers.

I have used Wolfchase Jeep to service my Wrangler Rubicon for a year or two and every time I take the car in they provide exceptional service. I had several issues with noises in my car. The closest dealer to me was in Colliervielle. When I took the car there, they pretty much ignored my complaints and refused to do any work to solve those. It was a completely opposite experience with Wolfchase. They listened. They had their mechanics take time to diagnose the issue, acknowledge there was an issue and worked to resolve it. It is how it should be. They do great job in working around your schedule and as I said always taken care of my questions and my car. Thank you for great work!

Leroy Brewer was my sale person. This guy is a real joke, he literally gave me a price on vehicle then add a hidden down payment on a car I paid cash for through my personal bank.This man let me leave then wait days later to tell me he “forgot” to get a down payment from me. There was no paperwork stating I owed a balance. This man is a real joke, and I felt disrespected on the highest level. Do not, I repeat do not purchase or lease anything from this place. This is not the negativity anyone needs especially as a essential worker of a hospital. The first time in a while to have time off from work and this happens. Terrible buying experience! This will definitely be reported on other platforms.

When I initially went in I was going on thinking I wasn’t about a vehicle if I did I was going have settle for something I would hate in the long run. I was ready to get in car lol and give up. But thanks to Nicholas’s outstanding salesmanship, I drove off the lot in a 2020‼️ Him and his team took very good care of me. The process was easy. No complaints on my end. Great Customer Service
Walked into the dealership with an already approved loan, and a large down payment ready to look for a car I have wanted for a long time. Salesman was new, but great. Said they didnt have the car in stock I wanted, but could get with his manager to search for me so I could find what I wanted. He spoke with a manager named Steve Baker who looked at me through the glass wall, and then told the salesman to tell me I should just check back on Monday. Definitely felt weird to have them just tell me to check back. Not sure if they felt I wasnt going to spend money or what. But I can honestly say I was excited to start shopping, and left disappointed.
I’ve bought my cars through them in the past 6 years and always had wonderful service! These last two times I’ve had my salesperson, Mark and he’s awesome! The staff was nice and polite! Love coming here and will continue my business with them in the future! Thanks Mark for your awesome Customer service!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I would never return to your dealership again. Tony treated me like I was an idiot and tried to pressure me into a payment I didn’t want and a Ram that wasn’t even the color I wanted. They low balled my trade in and when I said that I would not pay $763 a month Tony Rudy said “well we got nothing for you then” I was stunned. He told me if Chevy would give me more for my trade then sell it to them and come back and purchase from y’all. Real classy guy. He also took a cell phone call from another customer after declining it the first time to lecture me on how I could Manley the payment work and when I told him no and asked if he could restructure the deal and give me a better price his phone once again rang and he told whoever he was talking to that “sure we can take another 3k off that price just come on down”. How much more insulting can you get?I had heard horror stories about this dealership but also knew it was under new management. If this is a representation of the new management I wish y’all the best of luck in doing business. I will be going to Chevy this afternoon and purchasing from them as I should have in the beginning. Y’all can’t touch the deal they are offering and they have better customer service than this dealership does. Tony is the absolute worst and if I were his manager he wouldn’t be working for me.

I feel as if this was the best deal that I could have possibly been given. Ram was priced right and my trade in was top dollar. Miss my old truck, but I feel good about the purchase. Ride, interior and options are excellent. I have never owned a Ram before, so time will tell if I will ever own another.👍

Originally Went in for an Oil Change on my Challenger...which was purchased here in 2016....Feel in Love with the 2018 Chrysler 300S in Destroyer Grey! It was just Marked down to an awesome price. Being a woman purchasing a vehicle alone can be intimidating. Mark and Hunter took time to explain everything Step by Step...no Pressure...What would you like to do? How much can you afford? This is what we can do....no behind door conversations! Very Matter of Fact, Very Transparent and Very Professional. I will continue to purchase all future vehicles from them as long as they keep providing excellent customer service. Veterans are Welcomed here!
Took my Jeep to be serviced by the dealer. When I got my car back home I opened the hood and found a stem from my transmission sitting on my engine. Dealer denied breaking anything but charged me to fix it. Also had by brakes done that same trip and they won’t stop squeaking. I’ve called twice and left messages and they haven’t called back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
After some long decision making using online information, I went in to test drive 1 specific car. A 2019 Challenger R/T Scat Pack with the Dynamics package in a Destroyer Grey. Terry and I both knew I was buying that car from the get-go. He was patient and quick with all of my paperwork. In the span of a lunch hour (okay 90 minutes), a I had test driven, signed, and made it back to work in my sweet new ride. I couldn’t be happier with everyone from my salesman (Terry) to the sales manager (Paul) and even Hunter in finance. 10 out of 10 will do it again. Someday. Just enjoying my car for now.
Great line up and choice of cars & trucks for the car shopper and off road enthusiast. Clean and comfortable, with a good showroom of current year cars. The staff were attentive and eager to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
