We are from Ashland City and travel to Memphis regularly for family. My moms Odyssey caught a nail in the tire in the midst of a fall Friday afternoon as we arrived in town. Benjamin and his crew had it repaired in about ninety minutes and went above and beyond with outstanding work. My mom has had top-notch service from service departments in both Nashville and Memphis. They completed warranty work on my 2018 CRV . I was very pleased with their diagnostics, which was better than the first dealership I took it to where the problem was not correctly diagnosed and no parts were available to fix my car. I called Wolfchase and not only did they have the parts, but they fixed in a reasonable period of time.

Yes the Sales Tao was very nice before we purchased the car at the beginning of the year. Calling and texting at least twice or three times per day asking for the sale. So the 2019 Odyssey Elite that we ended up buying had scratches at the four rims and we were promised by Jason Tao and GMTerence Williams that they will get one of their vendors to make the rims look like brand new again. We said ok let’s closed the deal. Now here we are 6 months later and nothing has been done to the rims. Took the car 4 times back to the dealership and still looking very bad.BTW I’m still waiting for a call back from Terence or Tim McCary to see what’s the resolution. That’s what I was told on Tuesday 7/13/2021.

AMAZING experience. Extremely helpful, very friendly and quick process. I had my windshield wiper blades replaced, an oil change, and I needed a replacement back up camera. Another dealership told me Id have to wait 2 months for the back up camera part to come in, being that theyre on back order nationally. Wolfchase was able to order it and it arrived in 1 week! Excited about my next appointment to get the camera installed. This dealership and representative are HIGHLY recommended. They will take care of your car and they offer excellent customer service.

I recently had to have my engine replaced at Wolf Chase Honda. My engine was damaged due to an oil change I had performed one of those tire and oil change companies. They failed to install the oil plug correctly. I had my car towed to Wolf Chase. I worked with John Tierney in the Service Dept. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I appreciated the communication and would recommend this Honda service department if youre in need of any minor or major repairs.

I went to Wolfchase because my 2007 Honda Accord v6 was stalling out and rough running. It was diagnosed two times before getting fixed completely in about a month. I went through Kenneth Jones and this guy is the absolute best! He told me that an aftermarket part fried several electronics in my car and fixed it promptly. I haven’t had this car run this good since purchasing 2 years ago! I would give 5 stars, but only 4 because the labor is EXPENSIVE. Like really expensive. I’m 18 years old without a regular income and can barely pay for it all. Luckily auto zone is investigating and will most likely pay for it due to a faulty part. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience with the service department, please call Kenneth Jones (service advisor) for your repair needs! I will be buying my next car here no doubt!

We went in on May 2 to purchase a new vehicle. The purchasing experience was great. The three gentleman we worked with were super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Part of our purchase includes several accessories that had to be ordered. It’s been over a month, and numerous phone calls and emails to the service manager have gone unanswered. We are paying for accessories we have not received. In addition, our brand new car makes this horrible noise intermittently (it’s either the brakes or the a/c; either way, not a good look for a brand new car). My previous experiences with Honda have all been positive, but I am really disappointed with my overall experience at Wolfchase Honda.

We were connected with a sales consultant shortly after entering the show room. Marcus Brown, our consultant, was a quiet young man with an excellent knowledge of the vehicle in which we were interested .After a short drive we went to his desk and began the process of reaching an agreement that was satisfactory to both sides. By no means was that fast, but was at all times a courteous respectable discussion between both parties.We purchased an Odyssey van and returned the next day for training on all the options the van provided. UPDATE: Yes I worked with a Service Manager there regarding this service and they have agreed to give me back some services for future visits and that does certainly help.One final critical piece of this is make plain to the customer what is recommended by Honda and what the dealership recommends they check. Offer the customer complete control - Were going to perform what Honda recommends and this will be your estimated cost: $X - would this be OK with you? If not, begin working with the customer to customize the plan to their satisfaction. Thats how you earn trusted business.I will visit again in the future and continue to update this review accordingly.It is quite unfortunate to feel “fleeced” from having your relatively new vehicle serviced.I could post a long review but bringing your vehicle in for regular maintenance and coming up with a $400+ (I even used a DISCOUNT) bill is outrageous. Oh and it wasn’t repairs: my vehicle is still less than 3 years old!!Is this really representative of good business to charge your customers with new vehicles high premiums DURING A PANDEMIC? Is it good business to not just offer your customers estimated costs up front?Unnecessary, does not build loyalty to the business and here we go I’ll post in a public forum to give other customers legitimate advice: you almost have to START service by arguing your case to keep costs low. Bad business, and that’s “bass-ackwards”

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I bought my first brand new car from this dealership and was fortunate to work with Benjamin Anthony. He was just the best, not your typical pushy salesperson. A few days after buying my own car, my daughter and son-in-law said they were interested in a used car. We searched only Wolfchase Hondas used inventory, went to the dealership, worked with Benjamin, and had another great car buying experience. He worked with us exactly the same when buying a used car as he did when working with me for a new car. Next time I need another vehicle, I will start my search with Wolfchase Hondas inventory. Love this dealership! Particularly, Mike Jones (sales agent) was very attentive and accommodating with my car buying needs. I explained to him my situation from the start; and he knew all of the inventory by heart that would match my needs. If you can get him; hes a busy guy - you wont regret it! Finally, the final moments of my purchasing the car were very rushed because I had to get to work and they were on it in the finance department and the final car wash/touch up. When I realized I wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord, I knew I needed to go to Wolfchase Honda. From previous experiences with other dealerships, I just knew I wouldnt leave with a new vehicle that day but I wanted to see the car and test drive it. My husband and I were immediately greeted by Mr. Mike Jones who was the best salesman I have ever met. He made the buying process so stress-free and I just had to buy that day. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and services. Every question we had, he answered. It didnt stop there because when we got to the finance department, Mr. Bill Thomas was just as amazing. He made the process of talking about how much money I would spend feel like less of a burden and more of an investment. I left the dealership with my dream car and no headache! I gave them 1 star because the service advisor was awful. He didnt explain what they did to my car. He didnt want to answer my questions. He was busy doing paper work on his computer. He just told me to pay at the counter. As far as the problem being fixed, so far it is working great. The problem was actually the same problem that was in the 2017 pilot but since mine was a 2018 pilot, I had to pay to get it fixed. I felt like since it was a faulty part that it should have been covered.

What an absolute joke the service department is. I had a 2:30 pm appointment for an oil change scheduled today, which I booked online, and subsequently received several confirmation emails for. When I arrived, I was told that not only would they not honor my appointment (because they were short staffed and I would have a 3 hour wait), but that they don’t even accept appointments for oil changes anymore (and haven’t since the “snowstorm”). In fact, they don’t even check the online appointments that are booked - they simply aren’t acknowledged. The kicker - when I got home I had an email saying I had missed my appointment. Must be a joke, right? Never mind that I traveled 30 minutes in the pouring rain to get to my appointment in the first place. Needless to say, I’ve taken my business elsewhere and will encourage any other Honda owners I know to do the same.

I had it towed in for what I thought was a faulty starter. Which the Honda team determined it was. I picked it up and noticed that the check engine light was on, mounting clips on the grill were missing, the hood is extremely difficult to close and the container on the grill i asked to get secured was not. Add to that when i arrived home on the invoice it stated that windshield wiper fluid was added and it was not. Completely dry.This is the first time i needed maintenance on my vehicle since i arrived in TennesseeThey fixed it all but i was constantly asked if it was liked that before. In the end they admitted there mistakes.Also they said they gave me a discount but when I researched the part number on the invoice it was exactly the same price on the Honda website. They were going to overcharge me more than what the Honda website charges????This is a dealership mind you..

Usually the customer service and the whole aura is pleasant and always professional. However, the last two times visiting I somehow had an advisor named Yeen. She makes the visits disputable and grudging. She was extremely rude and her disposition seemingly bitter on June 29, 2021 when I went for an oil change. It started when I spoke and simply about the coupons they used to have. She snapped back rudely 🤬saying,”we don’t offer coupons anymore…😬🙁. Her demeanor continued in nastiness. I brought my.vehicle back today for shaking and very low to no fluids however checked off as ok on the invoice. 3 different associates went from me back to her to no avail.Namely Stephanie, Skylar and another gentleman with curly hair. Yeen ignored my presence in the garage area( only customer) the entire time. The sales persons kept asking,” ma’am have you been helped?” My response was no. They would report back to Ueen to and walk away to no avail. She never came out. Finally I asked Stephanie did she get any type response from the advisor and she said,” just quiet.” I waited until finally Skylar came out and assisted me. I’ve never encountered such malignancy in the whole 10 years I’ve been at Wolfchase Honda. This does not appear to be just a bad day as one of her coworkers said may have been the issuethe last time. Totally unacceptable and whack. Does the Yeen stand for Yeen know? I told Skylar I will bring my vehicle back tomorrow, but I refuse to subject myself to bad service right upfront that can’t be avoided. DEXTER…. Where arrre you????? Gee!!!

This was my first Used car bought from Wolfchase Honda, but 4th car overall. The experience was great for certified used purchases just as it is for new cars. The staff goes above and beyond to make the car buying experience and positive one. I was also very impressed at the way they cleaned the car. I do my own detailing of cars and when I went to detail my new car I found that many of the nooks and crannies that are normally overlooked were cleaned perfectly. By comparison, my wife recently purchased a car from a competitor and they did not do a very good job at cleaning the car. Thank you for the great service, Woflchase Honda. I HIGHLY recommend them for either certified used car or new car purchases.

Absolutely horrible. I was told that they have the car that I want available. I have to drove 3 hours to get there so they can tell me they just sold it . I called them a week later and ask if I can put a down payment but she told me I can’t and I was told that they have it available even when I told her to make sure . I even called 10 min before I got there and she kept saying she had it . Then when I got there she said it wasn’t available no more like last time . And all them are lying . One of the dudes said they just sold it 20 min ago . The other one saying they sold it in the morning. It just horrible I wasted so many gas and hours of driving for nothing and I got nothing in return. I was even told she was going talk to her manager and respond but no one ever called me . I do not recommend anyone going there

This is my second lease with Wolfchase Honda. My first experience was a little long and just usual buying a car, long and tiresome. However this time, from beginning to end, I was treated with respect and they listened to my needs. Don, who was my sales agent was very quick to answer all my questions and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. I already knew I just wanted better service and a Honda Elite Pilot and to pay the same as I was already paying. He was quick to get the paperwork done. I needed to have the new running boards attached and Don in the service Department got it done same day and in a timely manner. Everyone treated me like I was really special and appreciative of my auto business. The purchase was seamless and Terence the sales manager came out and gave us his card and added to the very pleasant sales process. Thank you Wolfchase Honda. DO NOT SHOP at this dealership unless you want to get RIPPED OFF!!! I want my refund! Where is my refund since October 2020?? It is almost October 2021. I traded a vehicle and was told that I would receive a refund within 2 months from the additional warranties purchased and I have not received a refund yet to date, April 27, 2021. I cannot get the Business Person (finance person) William Bill Tuner, the Sales Manager Terence Williams, or Salesperson Abner Turner to return or respond to any of my calls to date. I do understand the pandemic; however, Wolfchase Honda employees did not hesitate to take my money when purchasing from the Wolfchase Dealership. Stop being deceitful, be honest with customers! Stop lying and playing favorites with customers (current, past and present). I want my refund from warranties purchased when vehicle was sold. DO NOT BUY FROM WOLFCHASE HONDA!!!

EDIT: I was not asked to make a deposit on the vehicle. The response from the dealership is not true at all.Negotiated a price online for a new vehicle and came in to complete purchase and was told that the vehicle was no longer available and then they attempted to sell me another. I checked back the very next day and the vehicle we originally agreed to purchase was available again!!!!Had a similar issue with Wolfchase Nissan a few years back. I negotiated a price on a vehicle online. I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes later to make the purchase and they attempted to switch vehicles on me with one that smelled of smoke.In both cases I wound up making my purchases at Auto Nation Honda & Nissan respectively way across town. Yeah, I should have known better, but I guess thats what I get for attempting to make my purchase close to home.

I bought a pre-owned Honda Pilot 2016 from this dealership. I bought protection packages from the dealership and they have not honored my bumper to bumper warranty. I feel taken advantage of. Also I took my vehicle in to be serviced and paid 1,500.0 dollars for a belt package and not even 10 days later there is another sound and I paid an additional 400.0 dollars and was not given a proper diagnosis and yes there is another sound. I called and let them know and their response is we will try to figure it out, but to my expense! Im furious! Im out of 1,900.0 dollars and each time wolfchase Honda has service my vehicle it comes out with yet another problem and nobody willing to come in on Saturday to fix it although i have explained I can’t keep taking PTO. All in all these people don’t know how to properly diagnose nor solve any issues! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT WOLFCHASE HONDA! Update!! 7/30/21 a proper prognosis was done on my vehicle. Pictures below show that the sound was coming from collision damage from running over an obstruction in the road that happened several months before. Had i have had a proper prognosis, the diagnosis ( worn tensioner) would have not been satisfied and the immediate safety and dangerous damage that actually cause the chirp sound would have been paid for. Instead of something that is not an immediate safety concern. There is a bar that was damaged when the obstruction was hit. This was not brought to my attention when the belt package was done. All in all i felt let down, but after staying persistent i got to meet the service manager and he was professional and he explained why the technician thought it was a belt making that sound. All in all the manager discounted the actual problem by more that 60% and now what would have been a very pricey fix is now affordable enough that i won’t drown in debt, being that my resources had been exhausted on a mis diagnosis. I gave wolf-chase Honda the opportunity to fix the real issue and i am now satisfied. As the consumer we must stay persistent and be our own advocate. Thanks to Mr. A Jones for resolving my service issue. About that bumper to bumper warranty though.. its for peace of mind.. i got it but my trim still not covered!!😕 but why ??? I thought that’s what bumper to bumper means!! I will look into this more! ☝️ P.S post rating.. 3.5 stars opposed to only one star initially.

I got a letter in the mail saying I could get a newer car for about the same payment. So I decided to look into it. I pretty much have the same payment, and I definitely lowered the interest rate which is great. BUT I still could not afford some of the features I wanted, so I settled for a lower priced car. I did not realize that I was giving up some features that I had on my older Honda HR-V that I really liked. The salesman and finance guy were really nice, I did not feel pressured. I should have just been more inquiring about the features. I wish I could have my older HR-V back and just refinance.

I worked with Dexter and he was very polite and helpful. But I do feel that communication between departments could be better. I had a 10 am appointment and arrived a little early. My vehicle went back & I received no updates... 12pm, 2pm, I finally asked around 4 and then was told my vehicle would not be ready that day. But that it would be ready the next day. I didn’t receive any calls or updates the next day (again, around 4) I called to inquire & was informed my vehicle would not be ready, due to being short staffed. Again, understandable, but it would be nice to have had that communicated. It was ready the 3rd day & the work was done well. My issue is with the lack of communication between service and my service rep, and then to me. I feel they had to know before 4 pm, both days, that my vehicle was not going to be ready and could have let me know that sooner. I would not have stayed all day, on that first day had I known they would be unable to repair my vehicle.

From start to finish, our experience at Wolfchase Honda was nothing short of excellent! From our first visit a few months ago as we began our car search process to signing on the dotted line, everyone we spoke with and worked with was genuine and helpful. No one pressured us at any point, or made us feel rushed about anything. The salesmen were knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking into (unlike another dealer we visited), and answered all of our questions. I cannot say enough good things about Wolfchase Honda! Absolutely horrible customer service. Simply needed a spare key fob and key. Went to parts as I was told on the phone to do. They told me to go to service. Stood there in service for 30 minutes while 5 employees never asked could they help me. Was clear from my encounter at the parts counter that meeting a customer need was not the goal. Never ever will I go to that place. Never.

I was greeted by William M., sales representative, who truly knows his job and inventory. After he showed me around the lot of selections, I was convinced by his expertise to look no further because this was the best deal and investment to make. I have received very good technical service from Wolfchase Honda. What ever has been wrong was repaired the first time. Ive not had to bring it back for repeat repairs for the same issue. I believe their opportunity for improvement would be in their wait times and cost of repairs. The wait times have improved. They have a courtesy shuttle that I have used to take me home and pick me back up. That was extremely convenient. They also offer snacks and water to those customers waiting for car repairs. That is also nice. Those improvements should be sustained. So lets get in to cost, unless I am getting my oil changed, every repair Ive had completed has exceeded $1200.00 in cost. Most of the time 70% of the cost is labor. I dont begrudge anyone trying to make a decent honest living, however feedback of this nature should be shared with Honda and their design/ engineering team. For example, my last repair involved replacing the antenna for satellite radio service. The part was $50 but the total service was over $800 due to the labor required to access the part. How ridiculous is that??? My total cost of ownership of my 2016 Pilot thus far has exceeded my total cost of ownership for my 2004 Saturn Ion II. However, getting back to the review for the dealership, Ive not had any issues regarding repair. I would recommend them to others.

I did my research before coming here besides having the best prices they have the best service & friendliest staff.My salesman (Luis) was on point.Finance Manager (Reggie) went above and beyond.Everyone in the building was super nice even if they werent helping me.There was a gentleman in the body shop, cant remember his name, super nice dude, want to give him a shout out too.I walked in at 9:15 & drove out in my new vehicle at 11:13 never bought a vehicle so quickly, it is about 45 minutes from me yet without a doubt definitely worth the trip.

I am VERY disappointed with the service that I received from Honda Wolfchase. Ive been a loyal customer at this specific location since I purchased my CRV in 2018. I only went to Wolfchase Honda for any of my CRV maintenance needs. Recently, I started having trouble with my breaking system, ACC, & LKAS systems. Instead of running a diagnostics test on my car to determine the issue they proceeded to TRY AND SELL ME A BRAND NEW CAR! Mind you my car is only 3 years old at this point and close to being paid off. I was very disappointed at their greedy behavior. After pushing for the diagnostics test, they were able to tell me the issue, but since my car was out of warranty they were going to charge me $1,000 + to fix the issue. Again, another salesman pushed to sale me new car stating Theres nothing wrong with this car and that I would be better off trading it in. After taking the time to consider the salesmans words, I did take a test drive just to evaluate my options. I was very fond of the make and model of my current CRV, so I test drove a more recent one. The salesman did a HORRIBLE job of letting me know about the updated features. I would call them improvements but they are NOT. I was not made aware of the fact that the new automatic engine shut off had been added (which, if you are unfamiliar with this, can cause a short in your push to start start). The salesman also did not even bother to show me other models of vehicles. I told the salesman that I was under a time constraint and I did not have time to go through the entire process of potentially trading in my car today. In response, he asked for my keys because the apprising process would be very quick. 45 minutes later he still did not return with my keys. He continued to give me the run around about moving my schedule around and how this car would be better than my current CRV. I did not get my keys back until I forcefully asked for them back and threaten to report him to his manager. After speaking with my family, I ultimately did decide to purchase a newer model. Less than a week later my NEW CRV had a flat tire (and I mean flat FLAT). I took my car to the local Gateway to get air put into only to find out that the air was leaking from the inside of the tire, so I would need a brand new tire. Now, I know this may not seem like a big deal to you, but after spending thousands of dollars with a company over 3 years, buying a band new car (after having several men mansplane to me why a new one was a better option), and being a loyal customer; I was admittedly very upset to find out that now I had a flat tire that was due to faulty workmanship on Hondas part. I brought my car to Wolfchase Honda to get the tire repaired. Because I was told that this was a manufactures error, not an error my part, I did ask for all new tires out of caution. As you can imagine that was disregarded, but they did agree to fix my current flat tire. Upon fixing this tire they proceeded to hand me a bill for the maintenance. Again not a big deal except I bought the rim and tire protection on my CRV when I bought it ONE WEEK AGO. How come this information is not in their system? I had to show them a paper copy of my protection plan in order for them to disregard this fee. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly disagree with them charging ANYONE to fix ANY manufacture error on a vehicle that was bought from their company within 7 days. I will NOT be purchasing another vehicle from this location and I suggest you look elsewhere as well. I would prefer to do business with a company that cares more about my wellbeing as a customer and the reputation of their product (so that I would continue to comeback and even refer people to them) than a company like Wolfcahse Honda who is only interested in my money.
