Weve bought good furniture here and quality isnt in question. They offer good stuff. Some lame excuses tho at times, and likely flat out bs if you special order. Dont expect it to arrive when you are told it will cause it wont. This is a great place to buy off the floor but ordering what you want takes longer here than anywhere else weve bought furnishings.

Very nice store, everything is well displayed and not overly crowded. Prices run from affordable to a little pricey. Staff were attentive but not pushy or overbearing. Nice selection of recliners couches and sets. Bedroom sets and tables and chairs. Easy access to store with plenty of free parking. The staff appear to be well trained and knowledgeable as to everything they are selling. They also do financing.

Highly recommend! I had the best experience here today. Everyone is so kind and helpful. From the lady that works the desk, to the salesman, to the delivery guys. They honestly have a great group of employees at Bob Loftis Bartlesville. I purchased a bed and recliner for my elderly uncle and needed it delivered asap. Even though the delivery guys had a full schedule today, they stopped what they were doing and loaded my stuff up and delivered it right then and there. (Not saying for anyone to expect this to happen but I’m glad they were able to make it happen today. I’m so thankful!) I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely be doing more business here.

Staff was helpful, but some of the prices were too high for my budget.

The store has been without air-conditioning for almost two years. Showroom smells bad. Furniture selection is okay for budget shoppers. Much better quality and prices at Mathis Brothers Furniture in Tulsa. Well worth the drive.

We always get great service!

First time at store had a wonderful experience. Bought a king Mattress Set and Recliner Loveseat. They delivered to home in timely manner. Everything was great until a week later. The Matress was not what we expected (Read the fine print and ask questions) no help once you leave the store. Have a very pricey mattress we cant stand. Customer service and we care is out the window once they take your money. Sad!

They have alot of nice furniture! We wanted to buy a mattress that they didnt have on the floor. We said we would come back the next day to get it. When we came in, the mattress still hadnt been pulled out for us and there was nobody there that could do it. We will still buy it there, just kind of a bummer.

Went there to buy a new mattress for my son. Ended up with bed bugs all in it. Ended up spending all our Christmas present money on treating sons room. Thats as far as they went. Buyer beware! This was a brand new mattress in plastic. When I reported it to them they didnt seem shocked.

I have been going here for about 8 years now and before that used others. The level of service I get here is the best I have had so I go back.

Hopefully for once I can come across a blessed find, if not kids & I will be sticking with pallets for lil while

I do NOT recommend shopping here. They promise things that they will refuse to do later. My Mother-in-law was shopping there for furniture for her move to NY state. Which she was going to load into a truck and had no expectations of having it delivered for her by the company. She was interested in a particular chair but they did not have all of the matching pieces in stock, like pillows and ottoman. So she said nevermind and was going to keep looking. The sale person recommended getting the chair anyway and that they would ship the remaining ottoman and matching pillows for the couch (which she also purchased there) to her in NY when they received them in. This was the salespersons idea!!!! So my mother-in-law agreed. She has been in NY since May and has called them every week. They have done nothing but give her the run around even promising her still that they would get them shipped UPS in the following week. This went on for months!! Last week they finally stated that they were NOT going to ship her the extra pieces that go with the chair and couch she purchased. They are refunding her money but she is now stuck with a chair that she cannot get matching pieces for. DONT promise things you cannot deliver!!!!

Over the last several, I have purchased a houseful of furniture from Bob Loftis Furniture. Associates are always friendly and helpful and never aggressive. Delivery is always next day with friendly delivery associates.

Bob is a liar. I pointed out his price match sign and showed him a piece from another outlet. He would not honor his sign. I will not recommend anyone to shop here.

They tried to tell me they dont carry the mattress I bought I would have to call this number I called the number and the lady on the phone told me they still carry the brand name mattress I bought from them I would never do it again only have the mattress for 90 days and its always broke down

Just left their store... I was there for 30 minutes and no one came to give me service...

Shooed here then went to Tulsa.Came back and they matched the price plus delivery was 25.00 cheaper.
