The lady that is supposed to know the computer programs does not listen to customers. You say you want to pay 2 weeks and she ignores and does not tell you that you are only paying for a week. They have one awesome employee. They have no regards for customers and issues from their employees. Returning my items and will giving mt business elsewhere!

Very friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Always has a smile and greets you when you come in the store. Great new store manager Heather goes above and beyond to help her customers.

Went and bought a fridge from here they said was brand new only used once. When we got it the fridge was dirty and filled with cockroaches and we found the manufacturer date of 07/2019.

You will way overpay here, but in a pinch it can be helpful. 90 days same as cash option.

Wouldn’t fix things that I’m still paying for or provide service for things required by contract.. Promised several times they’d get back with me on various concerns I’ve had over time.. Couldn’t answer simple math questions about my account (I’ve rented through several rent a centers and always pay off so I know what they’re able to do and not do based on experiences I’ve had personally) poor customer service of several employees who are required to interact with customers . Will not return calls back when trying to figure things out but will continually call about any late payments like clockwork and often unprofessional.. There are a few good people there but overall this place just doesn’t compare to my experience with any other rent a center.. Hate to even leave this review because I’ve been a loyal customer for years .

Horrible company. Paid for a couch and love seat. Was told they would deliver it then when the time came they backed out and wouldnt deliver it. Asked if i could put the money towards anything else in the store and they said no and that they didnt want to do buisness with us. Very rude staff and the store manager is a absolute joke. Dont deal with these tools. Take your money elsewhere

They help you out and work with you as best as they can if you fall behind. Aaron is very helpful.

They don’t deliver the days they supposed to. Also, when ordering something they don’t have in store they make you pay upfront then lie about when it’s supposed to be in the store. We’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for the gas range we ordered that was supposed to be here 5 days after we ordered it.

I got a TV and king size bed from here, paid for it waited a week and when they showed up to deliver my things they only had a TV and called my boyfriend twenty minutes Pryor to delivering to let us know they didnt even have a king size but they would bring a queen size for us to use for a few days, its now been two weeks. They were supposed to deliver the king size today between 1pm-3pm they did call at 2:50pm to let us know it would be more towards 4pm before they would be here Its now 5pm and im still waiting, and they charging us again whenever they deliver the king size bed we already paid for. And want to charge us for the queen size bed (we didnt ask for, they offered) because they made mistake. The day we signed the papers and paid for our stuff they told us I do have a king size bed in the back. Needless to say these people suck at their job, I wouldnt recommend anyone I know to use this place. Save yourself some time and look into other furniture stores before going here.

Im not happy with this rent a center If anyone is buying or is going to buy anything from rent a center u better just turn right back around because they rip u off on everything u buy from them so I would think twice before u do cause u can get a bigger and better deal at Wal-Mart by doing a Wal-Mart credit card or just started saving up for something u wanted at Wal-Mart because rent a center sucks like sour Apples

We paid for a bed on Friday and they said saturday morning we would have it. So we wait and wife calls around 11 to see if they are coming still they say yes then she calls again at 3 same thing and finally thwy close and we have no bed no call from rentacenter email nothing. So monday we call and they say sorry our last refrence wasnt answering. We thought atleast they would call us and tell us that. And now my wife went to get our money back and they are saying she already picked it up. This store is ridiculous
