Fast service for how busy it was. This is the dirtiest location I’ve been too. Wrappers and food on the floor where customers can clearly see it. They had milk sitting out and need to provide a cleaner workspace. Obviously need more staff.

The cashier was very pashint with me. Normaly I like too look up what I want to drink so that I say it correctly and I get exactly what I want. But I was half asleep and needed something (noncafeen) to drink. I explained what I wanted and he asked me questions that I didnt understand the Starbucks lingo so he explained what he was asking. I got pretty close to what I wanted but next time Im looking it up to get exactly what I want.

I was craving a pink drink and I knew this one was the place to grab it. They make the best in town and their employees are always very friendly and greet you with a smile. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Great break halfway to Vegas

On the road since 4 am. Wanted a keep me awake beverage and stopped for a coffee and iced coffee beverage for my son. A cool morning so the frosted drink got a little thicker with time. He stated it was yummy and the asked me to stir it up. We hit the Starbucks before the cars started popping in. Perfect beverage and perfect timing.

The Barstow original Starbucks is a joke. One of the busiest Starbucks in the state and on a Friday afternoon, they had one person behind the drink station. 25 minutes after ordering, grab my 2 drinks only to discover they made it wrong. No way I was going back in and have to wait another 20 minutes. Grab your coffee somewhere else.

This Starbucks was not bad. We drove through Barstow around 3:45 and stopped for a leg stretch and a quick pick me up drink. My drink came out quick and in order. I got a Grande Mango Dragonfruit lemonade refresher. They got my light ice right! This location has a gender-neutral bathroom. It is actually really nice. Each stall has a floor to ceiling door for full privacy. There are no open urinals. There is no door to the washroom area so you dont feel separated. As a suggestion for the washroom, adding signs to show whether or not a stall is occupied would be appreciated. Other than that. Great experience. I am much more open to gender-neutral bathrooms based on this store.

Short on help for the number of clients. Didnt have cold brew so I agreed to regular iced coffee. No offer to credit for the difference. My cup had milk all over the outside of cup. What a mess. Store was dirty but like I said, they only had minimal help scheduled.

Our Barista/Cashier - Brian was soooo nice. Such a calm, respectful, and customer oriented person. I’ve never come across someone so nice in customer service/hospitality. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, this would be my go to Starbucks.

We stopped at the Starbucks on our way to Vegas anticipating trying a new drink that came out for the keto diet. Id like to start with the funny experience at the counter the person had no idea what I was talking about. Hed never heard of Keto or the diet or the drink. I looked up online and showed him the peach Citrus keto drink and they made it pretty quickly and honestly it is delicious. We also got another coffee and it came out quite quickly. So why the three star review? Although the coffee was good we also made it a restroom break and as I stood in line the employee came out saying Maam why dont you use this one I just cleaned it. well I dont know whos definition of clean that bathroom was Im sure its not Starbucks... Or mine... Or anyone else I know. pretty freaking gross I dont understand how a floor can be so dirty and yet somebody say its clean. Makes me wonder what else is dirty in the restaurant. That said theres an A on the door so might just be a one-off just be aware bathroom is gross.

Waited 30 minutes before the staff started working on my order. Had about 10 different people get there items before my order was even started. BS. Never again

We stopped off in Barstow and visited this Starbucks. It was so worth it. Most of us ordered the Java Chip Frappes. The staff took our order and we were back on the Interstate 15 North in like 15 minutes leaving us with about 45 minutes of driving to arrive in Vegas.

Ordered and forgotten. I watched 10 other people get their order before the baristas noticed I was still there and THEN they started my order. One of my sandwiches was dried and over cooked. Disappointed. And the door handle was coming off.

They were friendly and helped me choose the right coffee drink for my husband who had never had coffee before. He loved it so much that I had to go get him another one!

Great to be able to be inside and order hot coffee and a bagel again. Location is accessible from highway 15.

My husband just came home with our coffee and his and they FORGOT to add his mocha. Sometimes theyre good and other times theyre not. CHECK your coffee be for you leave the window.

There was a lovely young lady there working there today (10/13/2020) at around 2:00pm.She was an ABSOLUTE angel! She asked me how my day was, made conversation, and made me feel SO welcome! Then as I was leaving I accidentally dropped my coffee on the way out, I went inside to throw my cup away, and she made me a replacement 😭 ❤️10/10 experience. I will definitely be making this my preferred local Starbucks because of her service!

I wish theres two ways to review a certain places / restaurants. The staff is definitely 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. But the problem is, this place is UNDER STAFF. Theres only 2 PEOPLE working in there. Thats why the place is filthy, with hundreds of customers coming in and out. There is NO WAY this two people would be able to deal with everything.WARNING: If you are traveling, your coffee or the restroom will atlest take you 40 minutes to an hour.

Tried their cold nitro brew for the first time.. loved it. Plus the staff members were all beautiful so that was a plus.

If I could give this location a zero star review I would. I understand this is probably a busy location most of the time due to travelers. We walked into this location and there was about 4 people in line in front of me and probably about 4 people waiting for drinks. The line seemed to move fairly quickly so we waited. I order a tea, paid and wait for my order. We waited about 15 minutes and still no tea. I assume what appeared to be the “shift leader/manager” standing around just chit chatting with the other coworkers, there was about 4 of them total. But there was only one barista making drinks for all the orders waiting around. Because of COVID times and the more and more people collecting in the lobby I left without getting my tea. I understand being busy and working to the best of their ability but that is not what was happening at this location. I was also not the only customer that left before they received their beverage. When you are asking people to social distance that is hard to do when the staff is not getting drink orders out in a reasonable amount of time.

This location does not permit the use of restroom, which I suspect is against the law for this type of establishment. If you are stopping because you have a long ride ahead of you, dont count on this Starbucks if you need to use the restroom.They will have you go next door where you will wait, snd wait and wait. Oh, they have a restroom, but it is blocked by furniture. I have been in this Starbucks many,, many ti.es and it is always closed with no explanation. I belive the employees are seemly TOO LAZY to maintain it. This is the last time I patronize an establishment which does not do me the basic courtesy of a restroom.

We ordered paid tipped and waited for twenty minutes. Then I asked if they had forgotten our order. Spoiler alert they did. After fifteen more minutes. We asked for a refund and left. They kept the tip. We ordered two iced coffees

The cashier was very friendly and energetic. He greeted each guess at the register. Made you feel welcomed. Ill definitely go back for great coffee and friendly service.

This Starbucks at the Lenwood exit on I-15 was super busy! The line was out to the door, and there was a line almost the same size for the bathroom. They had only three employees working, so naturally the wait was long. Next time I will go to a different Starbucks, I dont think I will be back to this one because of the time issue. The coffee is still tasty though

It was jam packed! But the staff was friendly, accommodating, and did a great job keeping up with the crowds needs. This store is right off the I-15 freeway on way to Vegas, plus its New Years weekend, so its understandable that it was so crowded. Kudos to the staff! By the way, my Peppermint Mocha was delicious! Got there after 5 yesterday and the door was locked and no one inside. We waited till 5:20 and still no one there.

They used to have decent tea but not no more. If you like dusty tasting tea this is your place. If youre seeking flavorful tea go elsewhere not corporate and bland like this place is.

Restrooms are closed indefinitely. I am not sure if it is because of Starbucks or Barstow, but both of the Starbucks at this exit have closed their restrooms since March due to COVID. It forces travelers to beg neighboring businesses to use their restrooms. Avoid this business until they change or get the city to see that this is pointless and doesn’t make anyone safer.

Please TURN THE MUSIC VOLUME MUCH LOWER THEN IT ISI spent there 15 min just for waiting for drink and left with a headache 🤕 of a loud music paying there. That’s impossible to tell your order . U should scream to tell your order, so they will hear u from first or second time .

Traveling through California and stopped in here. Its hard to find a Starbucks that makes my drink right, and this one did it. They were very friendly as well. Clean store.

I dont usually give 4 stars to Starbucks, but this place is an essential stop when youre on a road trip. The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful people in the business. Bathroom is the cleaniest in the surrounding area. Again, this is important because of the location -- a long strip of highway with not much around after you get back on the road.

The posted closing time is 10 PM. We walked in at 9:24 PM and were immediately told the registers closed in 6 minutes and the restrooms were closed. We tried to order a Refresher and were told they were put of strawberries. Also tried to order an iced coffee and, big surprise, they were out of ice. Guess someone had someplace to be that was more important than serving customers.

It’s Starbucks. Friendly service.Don’t do mobile order. For some reason they always miss it. So check in immediately.

Quick Service and kind Smiles made this trip to Starbucks a dream come true. I had a cloud macchiato and the cloud was as fluffy as a marshmallow. This is always my dessert after I stop at the Del Taco next door. Definitely will be back again.

Bathrooms were disgusting and our order was lost. It would be fine if they didn’t just shrug me off when I finally went up after 15 minutes of waiting, but they didn’t even check, said my order was being made and it was in fact some one else’s so I had to go BACK up there to find out my receipt was never printed. 30 minute detour is a little much for coffee, especially on the way to see a sick loved one which is fairly urgent.

The service here is quiet slow, I think this is the first time waited 40 minutes for a cold brew coffee. I think the station was not sectioned properly, there are drinks that can be done without the espresso machines but everyone is in the same line waiting. I think they can speed things up a lot more if they separate two lines between espresso drinks and regular drinks to speed things up. also, even though there are 10+ people waiting, they continue to accept new orders at the cash register, I think it is much better if they complete half the drinks first before so it didnt delay the orders even more.

Mobile order placed. Walked in to pick it up. Every other customer that ordered at the store was helped in front of me as well as a guy behind me with a mobile order. I was standing at the front of the mobile order pick up line & the counter girl/ barista looked right at me half a dozen times. Worst customer service I have ever had here.

If they offered 0 stars I’d put 0, the girl working the register was rude and talking over me and was slouching and rolling her eyes. She had a bad attitude and she had a nose ring on, she also was on her phone during work.

Clean great place

Great service. Really prompt and on point with there order no matter how complex each drink can be and believe me when I say this because I had to order 6 drinks and none where common menu. Lady got them all correct and were ready by the time we went to the next window to pay. We were all in shock by there speedy service. If they werent to be custom orders I would of sworn they had drinks pre-made.

I went on a Thursday morning and the service couldnt have been better. I ordered a gold coast pour over and they were so cool about it. Some Starbucks make​ you feel like its a chore but the girl finish my drink and noticed my lid had spilled coffee on it and she asked if she could rinse it off for me. So friendly.

Manager decided to shut down bathroom in front of a line for cleaning. It did need attention. Manager looked like he had slept in his clothes for a week. Very unprofessional. Worst SB Ive ever been to. After all of that he offered no compensation

I’ve been going to this Starbucks on Monday mornings for only a few weeks. This morning in the drive thru Bobby already knew my complicated order — perfectly from memory. Super impressed!!

They always get my order wrong. The food thats suppose to be warm is often still frozen. My drink orders are never right. This is the worst Starbucks ever. The one off Ranchero in Victorville is much better! They got one star only because you have to leave one :-(

So my experience was just fine as usual, I go to this store every other day and today a employee by the names lemz didn’t not charge my card right twice then brought my drink out wrong cold after over 30 minutes with only one person ahead of me, my drink was suppose to be a hot blonde macchiato. Then when I go up to correct it he’s all like “ mam I didn’t actually charge you “ so you mean to tell me I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for a drink that you didn’t charge me for but you charge me for my danish tf wrong with him .
