Completely unhelpful staff. They never have inventory . Just a total waste of time save yourself the headache!

Lazy, rude. They told me they dont stock oil that is at the top of their flyer on the front page and on the window when you walk in as the big sale item.

I needed a battery for my car and the two gentlemen who helped me were very friendly and professional. I was in and out of the store very quickly with my battery installed and the price was much better than many other places in town. Great service, no wait, lower price, happy customer. :-)

Super helpful staff

Went to pick up a part that I ordered online they wanted me to pay a freight charge for $18.00 because they had to order it from the Los Angeles Distribution Center. Way to pass the extra cost to customers NAPA. I called OReillys after leaving NAPA they ordered the same product and had it the same day after 4 p.m. So NAPA sits on inventory because they wouldnt waive $18 makes business sense.
