Other places were telling me I needed to make an appointment just so that they could look at the vehicle. Ive been having liftgate sensor issues and the dealer recommended that I have the dent straighten out before taking it back for further diagnosis to make sure the dent wasnt part of the problem. These guys at caliber collision were pretty busy but they still took a look at the vehicle in the moment and straightened out the dent in less than five minutes. Quick service and helpful personnel.

I had my car brought in because of a claim on my insurance. I was very dissatisfied with the work because the first time I was called by Jose Lopez to pick up my vehicle, who I had already had problems with before this because they were just letting my car sit there and he was being very rude. So I get there after already dropping off my rental and my car is still messed up. So now I have to give it back and reschedule my whole plans for my birthday weekend. This was completely unacceptable because I had to pay to get reservations switched and it just caused a hassle on me and a bunch of extra money. Also, Jose should be given a lesson on customer service he was rude and wanted to argue with me about if my car was still broken or not. Also, I had to reach out to them to get updates on my vehicle. I had to pretty much do their job for them. So overall a waste of money and time. So if you want to get disrespected and watch somebody sit their and do nothing then call Jose over at Caliber Collision.

The wind caught the driver door took it to the front quarter panel. Managed to get door closed not easily. Had to Bo/Luke/Daisy Duke through the window. Didnt dare open the door, wasnt sure Id get it closed again. They wouldnt let me leave in the car as it was unsafe, they made sure I had a rental vehicle for as long as I needed it.

The communication, mannerisms and professionalism from this place was amazing. I got my car back in a timely manner and it looked brand new from an hail storm. My experience was well worth and I would recommend them to anyone.

Even though the parts for my car came in later than expected, the employees here kept me updated on the situation and were very accommodating. When I still had to work and my fiancé was left without a car on the day the car had to be brought in, Caliber Collision offered to drive my fiancé from our home and back to the shop to get the car! And to top it off, they even gave my car a quick wash! I really appreciated what they did; they didn’t have offer that car ride or that wash, but they really went above and beyond in their customer service and in their repairs for my car. 10/10 would definitely come back again.

Amazing attention to detail. I just bought my used 2015 Jeep about 6 months ago. Was shown a car fax etc. proving no damage. Not only did they find evidence of previous accident and re-spray, but they also wrote me a statement saying so that way I can properly fight my case with the dealership. I am beyond upset I was told my car would be ready by today and delivered to my house since it has been taking a very long time to repair today i was told that it will not be ready until maybe Tuesday due to realignment I understand that the repairs were extensive but it has been almost a month and still no set date of when I will get my car. I have received false updates that my car is almost done since before memorial day and still nothing....this terrible business ethics and customer service.

Beware! They use verbal agreements to do whatever they want. They cut into my daughters car with no written permission written permission. Also, seem to be in bed with insurance companies. Do yourself a favor and go to a smaller company who has been in business longer.
