Image is the worst, they your car will be done in two days but a week later they still have it and making excuses. Do not take your car there.the absolute worst.

Second time Ive used signature through out the years. They are a great shop staff are always kind considerate, and respectful. They do the best work, they should have the sloganlike it never even happend, highly recommended from me. Dont go anywhere else take it here, were it will get done right the first time.

Signature auto is great. Angel is fantastic, professional and polite. We we’re told the truck would be done January 8, 2021 and we received a call on Christmas Eve telling us the truck was finished. We can’t express enough how great this business is and we will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you very much my dad’s truck looks brand new.

My experience with this company soured due to a Nintendo Switch my son left in our vehicle that was not there upon pickup. He realized he left it in the back seat upon drop off. Then, we tracked the device and obviously it was taken during the repair time. We received notification that someone has tried several times to access my sons device. Luckily, we locked them out of the device. Its a lesson learned. Other than that, the actual repair was done well. 1/5 stars.

Was In my first car accident (rear-ended) in the beginning of October. Signature Auto was on the insurance recommended list and had availability. Angel the one who handled my case was very nice, professional, and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and overall made my experience better. I got updates about my car throughout the week and was very impressed when I finally picked up my car, she looked brand new and I can see quality in the work that Angel and his team put into it. I am very pleased with my outcome and I will recommend this shop for sure.

I am quite pleased on the outcome of my vehicle. I was worried about several things before coming to their shop because it was my first time experiencing an accident. However, Pablo was very informative and gave me the reassurance that my Runner will be taken care of in which I am very appreciative. He also gave me updates on any additional issues. The repair so far look nice and clean. Although there are a slight minor imperfection that I have notice the panel is not all the way flush. Besides that it its barely noticeable to others. I pick up my vehicle nice and cleaned. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Very pleased with the detail work. I took my truck in for damage to the passenger quarter panel and running board. The kept me in the loop constantly. You would never tell I had the rear quarter panel replaced and they matched the paint on a white 2006 Chevy 2500! They also even contacted me with option for different running boards that the insurance would cover! They even suggested I continued to drive my truck and theyd let me know when the parts were in. That way I wasnt wasting money on a rental for more days then I needed.I would go back to this place if I ever need any body work done to my vehicles and I would recommend my friends the same.10/10!!

Very good, respectable shop - they completed their repairs ahead of schedule and were very professional. Besides the normal vehicle damage they went into extra detail and replaced other damaged parts and dealt directly with my insurance without any requirement from me to authorize anything excessive or run around with paperwork. On site Hertz rental is available and an Enterprise only 2 blocks away is also available. The job was done extremely well and the vehicle detailed on the exterior prior to pickup. Highly recommended, thank you!

I took my car in to get my door fixed come to find out they broke my window and he had to keep my car for another week it was just a non and ongoing thing the owner was trying to make my insurance pay for something he damaged its ugly its unreal its called fraud I would not give these people 5-star theyre not truthful and theyre not good because some of my parts on my car right now are falling off and I need to take it to another Auto Body place I will not suggest these people

Insurance recommended this firm, and I chose to use it. Met and exceeded my expectations. Car was basically a new car with a little over 640 miles on when I had the accident. Pablo, the estimator looked at the mileage, looked at me and said, Im sorry. Got a laugh, and I was expecting the usual grumpy chaos. This is a well-organized, well managed and given my own personal perspective a well and ethically led organization. Hopefully I never see them again, but if I need body work done, Ill go there and would advise any of pals here in Barstow to do the same.

My car had a little over $3,400 worth of damage with parts of the vehicle needing to be totally replaced. Once the work on my vehicle was finished it look like the damage never even took place. In fact my car looked brand new, just like the day I bought it.Not only am I satisfied with the repair of my vehicle but I am also extremely satisfied with their customer service, especially that of Pablo. Pablo made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the shop for an estimation on the damages. He walked me through the entire process in detail and gave me an approximate time of completion immediately after. Pablo always kept me updated on the repair process of my vehicle and always answered any questions I had. Pablo also went above and beyond to make accommodations for me when I forgot an item in my vehicle. Lastly, my vehicle was repaired on time as promised. I cannot thank Pablo enough for his excellent customer service and signature auto collision on their excellent repair service.
