ORDERED SOME VANITY BATHROOM LIGHTS THE ONLY HOME DEPOT THAT HAD IT OUT OF 40 HOME DEPOT STORES IN CA. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN THE LADIES AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK WERE QUICK AND MADE PICKING UP MY ORDER EASY.

Great hardware store!Home depot has a good selection of tools, gardening supplies, plants, home improvement, and more.Their prices are usually pretty good for what you pay for, though I’d check their app to see if it has a lower price online.I have come here a few times for; mailbox locks, portable air conditioners, gardening hoses and tools, plants, tables and have managed to always find what I need here.Store layout is a bit confusing but its typical for a hardware store.Going here the times I have I can safely deduct the one star (Would rather it be half a star) for customer service since they tend to be unsure of where things are or if they are in stock, they will check their inventory and then seem to doubt it possibly to not get customers hopes up if they don’t actually have it in stock. The staff are friendly and do their best to help.

Is the first time that I was in this store, i can said is small build (i walked around the store in 9 min.) comparison with others store. Is clean, well organized, plenty parking, view was unique.Only thing that you can not find on the store is appliance parts☹☹☹!!!!

Customers - This location is super clean and organized. Im not sure if this location is brand new or if the staff love their jobs ALOT! This site is so clean (I know, repetitive... I think Im in shock). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Our 11 year old son is working on a project. He was able to navigate the store with the help of some of the friendliest Home Depot staff we have ever met. Someone who can help a little boy navigate a big warehouse without getting lost deserves a gold star... And then a separate cashier who patiently waits for the same child to figure out how to pay. Wow! We give this store not one good star but five. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Staff - Thank you for taking such care and consideration of your customers. It was such an awesome shopping experience.Mid-level Management - Great job empowering and training your staff. Your store is unbelievably organized and clean.Upper-level Management - They are doing something right here :)

Barstow is a satellite store. Sometimes what youre looking for will have to brought in from elsewhere. Still a positive experience.

I would like to give 4 stars due to my great experience with Amanda Rios and Jenna Garcia! The exemplify great customer service and go above and beyond. Amanda made sure that all my needs were handled and my questions were answered! Even so much as helped load the new shower wall kit into my truck.

I asked the employee who was stocking the pest control section if they carry mattress bags, and she replied with some hostility all the bedbug stuff is right there. They _dont_ have them, and if she works that section she should know that, and if she doesnt work that section she should have taken the time to find out with me.I would lower the rating because of her, but before her I asked someone all the way across the store which department should I search for them, and that young man was a delight. Though busy, he put down what he was working on, walked me to the section he believed would have them, and when they werent there he began to look via their hand-held devices. I had to stop him, I said Ive kept you from what you were doing long enough, Ill try the pest control section.

Nice enough selection but no one in garden to answer questions about plants, planting or plant care. Young woman at the garden register knew nothing. Sweet but useless. Big sign posted says were here to answer all your questions lie.

I stopped by on the way to the I.E. . I was looking for a nice socket set for my oldest grandson. Now Ive got to teach him how to use them . Great times ahead.

We bought a new Weber grill this weekend that was preassembled. The grills must have been sitting outside since last year. On the side shelf there was a very large sticker, I assume describing the product. It was distorted from the sun and now the shelf is left with a huge sticker residue. Additionally the security tag wasnt removed, so if you buy a grill here, be prepared to remove the security tag with wire cutters. Last, the handle has damage. We will have to make the 45 minute drive to exchange it, or just deal with it. I recommend to anyone buying a grill here, remove the wrapping to inspect it before leaving the store.

Curbside pickup here is unbelievably fast. I pulled up to the curbside parking spot and hit Im here on the email confirmation. Then I started my stopwatch. This is amazing. Under 3 minutes!

Out of stock on many items. Needed a shed that was on truck. Said they would have it for me by morning. Got a call and told me it wouldnt be till the next day. Went there and all of a sudden it appeared. Customer service needs some polishing.

Great place well stocked and staffed. Very helpful knowledgeable people especially in plumbing.

It really sucked that they didnt rent tools like some of their other locations do. But their employees went out of their way to try and help. The cashiers were very nice.

Ive been spending a lot of money lately on various tools and gadgets and things for our home and I dont mind all the trips to the hardware store. All the employees are nice and helpful! Id like to say that their are two that I like most. The first is Sherry. She is fantastic!!! Very very helpful and knows her stuff!!! We arrived at 8pm went to the electrical and plumbing sections. Noone approached us until we were approaching the check outs that anyone asked if we needed help, and only because it was approaching 9. There was a group of men in self check out and one of their party was walking around the the store without a mask so I didnt feel comfortable having my 79 year old mother try to squeeze in to the self check out area with 2 carts of lumber and 6 men using one self check. When I asked if we could use a regular register we were told they were all closed. Not what I consider ok.

Great home depot for a small town happy to have this store in my town.

When I go to a store for specific items I expect to find them, on my own or with help. Floor staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will help you find what you are looking for. No attitudes and I do take note when I feel like Im interrupting or they are putting up with me. With the covid putting a damper on most peoples shopping and shelves half empty of merchandise this is a task for store personnel to make you feel good about shopping there. Rarely do I not find what I am looking for and theres always online shopping with free pick up at this store. Anymore. Waiting a couple days is worth being able to get the right item. Store pick up is easy and quick. Store is clean and carts are ready available. Barstow is limited on stores in general but when a store makes the effort that our Home Depot has, they are a step up.

I go there everyday. In my experience. You have to really look for people for help. If you need help with figuring out a project. No one ever has any answers. And most of the time the managers who should be walking around the store helping others is no where to be found. How do you solve the problem, hire some experts. Who understand the projects. Another issue it would be nice for someone there that could cut the right size boards. With a power saw. And most of the time they have no measuring tape to measure the wood you need cut. Very good customer service at the registers. But still no one has any knowledge about the things you sell. How many times a day do I water their trees, plants Ext. What types of trees are best for the desert. How do I change out an outlet with wires that are different than the ones you have now. What type of screws should I use for this project. Simple answers. But no one at your store knows. Like I am speaking an alien language. You work in this department but you can not answer the basic questions. Like I said experts would help you make a bigger profit. Customer service in this area is so hard to find. Sometimes I ask other customers because they have more understanding about it than your store. A wise man once said to be successful you have to know what the customer needs and has a good understanding about what your selling. We are not millionaires. But regular joes trying to fix up or repair our living spaces. It would be nice if for once If someone came up and said tell me what your working on. Let’s see what we can do to help you with the project.

Horribly unorganized. Cashiers were snapping at customers to follow signs for returns and they were under the returns sign. Shelves not stocked properly and inventory levels didnt match their books.

Totally changing my review from before Xmas. This is a super Covid conscious environment now. Everything is wiped down between customers and all employees and customers are following guidelines.I am quite impressed with the turnaround.

Good merchandise ok customer service

Shopping was fine, didnt find a geranium, but found lots of goodies. The Garden Register was manned by Brady, he went on break, was relieved by a woman, That is and was the rudest person, she never said hello, did you find everything, go jump in the lake, or nothing. We had 2 large potting soil, large plants,garden hose, several other items, she was so rude to my husband and I. She called Omar to register, he was very courteous and settled the problem with her. Brady came back from break a rang up purchase and was so nice and helpful. If I ever see that rude cashier at a register again I will, leave my items and walk and go else where.

The Barstow Home Depot is on the small side but the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Its great to have a home depot in town. The only thing I have issues with is the organization if the shelves, some things are to hard to locate. The employees are great very nice and very helpful

I spent thousands in this store and when I needed $80 of 12ft lumber cut to 10ft they didnt want to refund me, not even at 50% off the price on store credit!! . Ended up getting a refund at Victorville. Thanks for nothing also very small,more options at Victorville if you really need it. Ill still ship here because its close to home but now I know theyre greedy I guess. Bad quality of lumber, like scraps.

I worked at Anaheim Home Depot and have been to several others in different areas and states and have I experienced a more insufficient store filled with Air, nothing but polluted air. One of the only SELF- SERVE stores that Home Depot made where Home Depots Training School Certificates are no longer a requirement for employment... huh???
