They were supposed to pick up my stuff Tuesday between 4-6pm. I had even called at 5:45 which they said someone should be arriving in the next hour. Im supposed to be moving out of state tomorrow which will probably wont happen now that I will be waiting around all day for them to pick up. Also, Ive been paying for a washer and dryer matching set and never received my drier. They said two weeks ago they might be able to find a matching set but why when Im not taking it across the country.

I personally have not had a single issue with any of the employees. Matter of fact the employees have been the reason I come to the store. This is the only rent a center I have been to that 3 employees knew my first and last name without having to look at a computer. As far as helping me with any issues they did what they could

I am going to move into the area July 1st found a sofa sectional and a dinning table well with in my budget. Left more than a down payment and Im set for the next few months. They were fast, kind, and gave me amazing service.

Delivered the wrong bed set and they forgot the mattress also Delivery was after 6 pm charged me for a bed that didnt pick out and no paper work in hold

I do not recommend this place!!! They are horrible! They threaten people with police, harass, and looks through windows! They keep asking little kids who can barely count to five if they know if a person is home, neighbors are home, or if people from down the street was anywhere and obviously kids will agree to whatever they say! They shouldnt be talking to minors at all and going around houses to check for people, that invades the contract and the law! These people are not good, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Worst RAC in the whole country.

Going into the store was Great. Alex helped me and I was in and out in a short time. But the delivery was horrible. 2 men where here one was friendly and the other wasn’t rude but he didn’t acknowledge me at all. He was doubtful and saying he can’t get in my couch before even bringing it up. The other guy said let’s try it so they brought it upstairs but they didn’t even try to get it in the door way at all. Literally walked it up and back down. Now I have to wait until tomorrow so my brother can come help me. My brother doesn’t live in town he’s a marine in San Diego and yes hes coming here to Barstow ca to help me move this upstairs because these men who are do this as a living can’t do their job.

Ive never been in the store but I can tell you their delivery drivers drive like idiots. They dont stop at stop signs. They cut people off. They follow to close. Its dangerous. I wont give them my business ever.

I cant say enough about the people working here, they are really nice, kind, and polite. The reason I gave only 3 stars has nothing to do with the staff, I just feel the products are low quality FOR THE PRICE. I understand the business model and the benefit to the customer to get and return, but the low quality of a table I had, paying $200 per month I thought was excessive. It was light as paper.... you sit in the chairs and feel the wood... cute table but really cheap quality.But the staff Carlos, Alex, Laura and Mystica as all great!

Absolutely love RAC, i was a customer at aarons, but RAC customer service was great! I was in and out with a better washer than what i had in mind within 15 minutes. The upgraded washer was only about $15 more than what i was going to spend on a basic washer.. RAC kept me updated on the delivery date. called when they were 15 min away. and the service tech was friendly! would highly recommend...

My fiance and I went there for the black Friday special our sales help wasnt sure what was going on or thats the impression I got we picked out a sofa and a recliner combo the gentleman went into the office we waited 20 min nobody came out including our sales guy and while looking at sofa sets we were being told the items were broken and waiting on parts not a very good impression I can remember when RAC was the go to place for affordable home rental furnishings

Worst Company ever dont make the deal with the devil they will cuss you out threaten to call the police I told them the bank held my check they said they didnt give a F$$$ so what ever you do not go to them Highly unrecommended
