I had a great experience here! Tommy was very friendly/professional, knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. He bent over backwards to help me out with short notice. He was upfront about which mattresses would take awhile to get and which were in stock. I got a great deal on two very comfortable mattresses that I could pick up same day! This is a great small business in our community to support. I will definitely be going back!

Ordered a mattress in April and put a cash deposit down. Mattress was supposed to be in within the next 30 business days. After 30 business days, never heard anything back from BoxDrop. Messaged them multiple times. When I finally got a response, I was told it should be there on the next shipment. Next message exchange was it was on order. Next message exchange, next shipment. Asked for a refund of my cash deposit at the end of June. I was told it would have to go through accounts receivable. Understandable. Almost August now and I have not heard a single thing from BoxDrop.

This place gave me the biggest run around. Excuse after excuse of our mattress not being delivered lead us to asking for a refund. Then there was a whole 30 days of zero contact after I asked for a refund. They claim to have communicated with me during the process, which they did - up until I asked for a refund. They then proceeded to block me on Facebook after I mentioned getting a lawyer and all of a sudden wanted to settle. Which took another 45 days to get a refund. So from the middle of April until the beginning of June, there was communication. Because of constant delays and promises of when the mattress was to be delivered is why we asked for a refund.Finally received the refund a few weeks ago, and then had the nerve to ask that my husband take down his review. No. The review and this one stays.TL;DR - do business at your own risk with this business.Edit: False statements? I got receipts. I have EVERY message you sent me, EVERY “voicemail” (which is zero) and every Facebook message (which you never messaged me again after April 16th on that platform).It is my right as a consumer to leave a review of my personal experience. You are accusing me of falsifying information.

Went to BoxDrop in Baraboo. Got a king size bed,box springs and frame for a great deal. Tommy was great, listened to what I wanted. He helped me out greatly. Not pushy,works with you. A fantastic experience. Delivery right on time. Thank you Tommy. Telling everyone I know about BoxDrop.

Great place,Tommy is a great guy no pressure sale, go in he will tell you about his bussiness and tell you to try each bed and he does great job with any question, find bed give you a price not mark up retail but 50-80% off price delivery is only $80. He will work with you. He wants to make sure the bed is right for you. He does appointent only so your the only one checking out the beds great, he does furniture too .

To begin, Liz (the owner) has excellent customer service! Liz was able to set me up with an appointment the same day and on my schedule. Upon arriving, I realized Liz had an extensive knowledge of the products and was able to steer me in the right direction for my mattress needs. I was treated individually to a shopping experience where the customers always right actually means something. Tommy went.out of his way to make everything easy and comfortable. My california king was delivered by him the other day and it was just like having a friend at the house.

Love this place! Went to find a bed for my daughter and Tommy showed us everything he had, explained the different kinds of mattresses, let us try them out and then worked out the best deal for her!!! He truly cared about what was gonna be best for her and didnt push to make a sale, like most big furniture places to do. Oh and ya cant beat the savings!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Same day appointment and was amazed with the extensive knowledge Tommy has on beds. Who knew there was so much to know!? We were purchasing a new bed for my Mother in Law who was just diagnosed with cancer. She was too ill to come with so we went over extensively her needs and finally settled on something. To top it off, knowing our situation, Tommy said that he and his business wanted to pay $200 themselves to help out our family. Thank you doesnt come close to enough! A business that still has heart and soul!!! Who doesnt love that? We are so grateful to have tried out Boxdrop.

Truth be told i went in to get something really cheap... Prolly no more than $150.... When i got there i was met by Tommy who was impressively customer friendly.... He truly knows his products.... I love the fact that they dedicate time to every customer... They dont just sell ...they make sure you are comfortable with the product.... When i chose my mattress (after having laid on everything) i was satisfied. .. It was worth the price...... My delivery came as planned and i am loving my new bed
