I went to slumberland last week. My husband and I bought a 3 piece sectional that came with an ottoman. And a carpet for under the couch. The couch and the carpet came, they installed. We tipped the delivery drivers $200!!! They left. My husband mentioned the Ottoman, so we called the store where they told us the ottoman was t included, but my husband and I both checked when we paid $2200 cash for the couch ottoman and carpet that the tag said the ottoman was included and in fact it did. Now because we didn’t take a picture of the tag on the couch they’re trying to get us to rebuy the ottoman. I was a good customer, told all my friends to come there after I bought my dresser and was super excited about my couch and everything. You guys need to do better. Both me and my husband checked the tag on the couch to make sure the ottoman was on there and it was but now you’re telling us we’re both wrong and want us to pay another $450 for the ottoman?!? No this is bad sales man shop and I’ve already told all my friends, co workers, relatives, to stop coming to this location. Very disappointed. (Photo is the couch we bought, with the ottoman pictured.) no ottoman was delivered, however tag we brought upfront when we were buying said ottoman was included.

Zack was very nice. He didnt hover and let us make a decision on our own. Then he patiently walked us through financing and found us an amazing deal.

Every time I visit Slumberland Baraboo, whether it is to browse or purchase, I am treated like the most important person who has ever entered their store. I’m treated with respect and kindness by everyone. I’ve never been pressured to purchase and all my questions have been answered with honesty. The delivery gentlemen were outstanding in every way. This store will always be my first choice when looking for home furnishings. Providing outstanding customer service is clearly their #1 priority.

I was very pleased with the furniture I chose and extremely pleased with a gentleman that helped me. His name was Jeff and he worked at the Baraboo store. Excellent prices and I love free delivery.

My advice is to go to the store. Looked on the website for weeks they never had what I wanted. Arrived at the store for a end table and found the couch I was looking for. Simple painless checkout and hoping delivery is the same. Second time I have purchased from here and will definitely go back!

Very knowledgeable sales person. Very pleased so far, but delivery hasnt taken place. As with everything these days, delivery is delayed. If product is delivered in the 4 week window promised, I will be a happy camper.

My salesperson Nick was very helpful, and after taking the time to describe what they had available FIRST he suggested online for better descriptions and details (first providing personalized service) I called back and ordered with him instead of the site as I was having trouble and he arranged to have my product delivered ASAP. Excellent service!

Sherri is amazing, she has helped with all of my needs quickly and professionally she never excused any of my questions and let me take my time looking around the store asking about pretty much everything, as this was our first home and needed pretty much the works when it came to furniture. The delivery team was quick and friendly. one of my items came in damaged and they placed the order to replace it that day. I would recommend this team to pretty much anyone that will listen to me.

OMG SLUMBERLAND IS THE WORST EVER!! Long story short: ordered furniture a month ago, got some of the the wrong furniture delivered Friday, only to find out that the matching furniture is only in MINNESOTA, which they will said is not an option to ship (who doesn’t ship these days??!)! They keep saying they won’t send their store employees 5 hours to get what we originally ordered (and what they sold us)?! So, they are coming to pick everything back up next week instead of getting the chairs shipped from Minnesota?! Not to mention the huge scuff on the back of the couch that they wouldn’t even talk about:/ NEVER AGAIN SLUMBERLAND

My wife and I just bought a sofa sectional and king size bed. Nick was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us until we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. He gave us a great deal on the price on top of the excellent customer service. I would definitely refer him and the furniture store to all of my friends and family.

Was not intending to purchase furniture today just looking. My husband however found the perfect couch and love seat for an extremely reasonable price. Needless to say we purchased it, scheduled delivery, paid extra to take our old furniture away, but at least I dont have to deal with it. Extremely good experience from start to finish! The whole process took about 40 min.

I called Garrett with a question about ordering an additional dresser for a bedroom set. I told him the set name and in less than 5 minutes I had ordered, paid for and had a receipt emailed to me for pickup! I am very impressed with the customer service I received.

My sales lady was very nice. I showed her the info for 5% off with text that is for online or in-store and she stated wasnt sure if they still were doing it. She entered it but only on the large pic I purchased. The online 5% offer showed up while I was in store but she didnt apply to the sofa $475 I purchased to be delivered April 2nd. Can someone please respond to me as to why not?My question was answered by text.. would have been better to tell at time of question.

Nick at the Baraboo store was very helpful as we were looking for a new king size mattress. In addition he was very understanding when I called back to cancel a piece as our current piece was the same size as the one we had ordered. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from Slumberland and have been very happy with all of them.

My experience at Slumberland was amazing! They helped me and my family and kept their distance while we were deciding what to get. When delivered, they were only a few minutes after the timing window they gave me. Delivery guys were super nice too!

Service was a little slow due to minimal staffing but the manager was very friendly and helpful.

Laid back. No pressure. Worked out a bit better of a deal. Free delivery was a plus as well.

Jeff was very helpful and friendly. He was very professional and gave great service from the time I got there through check out. He didn’t hound me like some stores do, but instead assisted me when I needed help and when I had questions. The store had beautiful things and great prices. I found some regular price and some clearance items too from the great clearance area they have upstairs in the back of the store! Highly recommend shopping there.

The salespeople at this store are very friendly and easy to work with. All my questions were answered and the prices quoted me were all affordable. So glad they offer reasonable delivery costs and removal of our old couch. Thats a plus!

I recently purchased a mattress from the Baraboo WI store. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. He was genuinely interested in making sure that we got the perfect mattress. It was not the most expensive mattress on the floor but the one that provided the best support. I love the 4 month guarantee. Although I expect to be satisfied with my purchase it is reassuring that their are options Ruth such a large investment. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

My brother ordered a sofa and matching rocker recliner. Today they delivered the sofa and a matching chair (not a rocker or recliner). We called to let them know we received the wrong chair. The salesman admitted he knew and meant to call but forgot. He continues to tell us we could still get the recliner it just wouldnt match. So here is the problem with the whole thing. My brother now either has to keep the chair he didnt want in order to have a matching set or get the recliner he wanted but in another color and now have a mismatching set. We also question the worth of the chair he received as opposed to the one he paid for. When is it ever okay when a customer has bought something to just send them something else? Do better Slumberland.

Pleasantly surprised by the variety and selection. Helpful staff, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales. We will definitely be back again.

I havent purchased anything before from Slumberland, but I needed a new mattress. When I came in, there was a young gentleman named Zach that helped me find what I was looking for. He listened to my concerns and showed me different mattresses that he thought would work for me. He explained how each mattress was made. He was very thorough and helpful. I would recommend Slumberland and Zach!

Great prices during the Memorial Day sale. The staff was attentive but not overbearing which is important to me! Zack was insightful, polite and thorough. The displays were all clean and well put together. Social distancing guidelines were being suggested and followed well.

Mess around a lot with the beds and had an amazing time finding there little plastic spilled drinks and food, took a little while for someone to help but thats also because me and my friend are both a little socially awkward and didnt ask. A little disappointed my friend couldnt get a bed cause of no credit score so shell still be sleeping on the floor.

Went here when i was in my early 20s (29) for a living room set. After being told I couldnt sit on the furniture with my children to test them because they were expensive I picked one then and there put of spite to the rude sales person. They told me the coffee table was solid wood which was a lie. Never went back because I deserve respect regardless my age. If i was smart I would have walked out right then and there when she implied I was too poor to sit on a couch I was thinking about buying.

Prices are way to high not like it was a year or so ago. Most of my house was furnished by your items but alot fall apart so I just got lamps which was to much for me to pay but wanted to give my daughter something nice.
