I needed an emergency last min securing of our broken bumper so we could drive it, and he went above and beyond. It was so worth the tiny bill he charged for this, to save days of rental cars. Will def return when were ready to cosmetically fix it.

I have had my vehicle at fox hill body shop twice now. And both times I have to say they do an excellent job know matter what the damage may be. I would consider this body shop to anyone out there today that needs to have repairs done. I was very satisfied couldnt ask for a better job any where. I will keep going back that is for sure. After researching and speaking with a few friends I chose Fox Hill. Great experience overall. Estimate was completed within 15 minutes, they worked with my insurance. Work was projected to be completed within 4-5 days and it was done in 3. The repair met my expectations and they took time to answer some of my questions unrelated to the repair.

They are always so incredibly helpful. There work is excellent! Best anywhere!

Booked out 6 weeks, so I had to take my vehicle elsewhere. They did offer me a ride back to work upon vehicle dropoff, but they do NOT have a courtesy car for you.

Piss poor customer service skills, Went out for an estimate, waited for 5 min in the office no one was in the office area, had to stand in front of a window and wave at people to try and get their attention, finally a worker maybe owner came out from work area. Was rather unfriendly, I get it I was bothering him, I asked for a estimate, and explained what happened to my vehicle, right away he went on the defense saying that I couldnt possibly have all that damage from 1 accident. I was taken back by this, after looking at my vehicle, and making me feel like I was trying to rip off some insurance company by telling me that the damage was from before the accident and couldnt possibly believe that it was all from 1 accident, he kept it up until I said you must be right I only drive it. He then told me I would have to go somewhere else, said he couldnt get my vehicle in the shop his door was too small, he also was unaware of the classification of my vehicle, and argued about that as well, what kind of auto place only has a small garage door, but just down the side of the building you could see doors my vehicle would have fit in. Thanks for wasting my time, with such rudeness and unprofessional attitude, and willingness to help a local guy who has used your business many times..but no more !! Also no more recommendations from me and my family!!! but I did find a nice guy on water st in Baraboo check him out before this as place.
