On the same day after I had been stuck in the ditch from a snowfall the night before, DB Auto Body was kindly able to fit me in towards the end of the day. They were able to repair my door that had been dented and had the brackets bent. I greatly appreciate them able to repair that the same day and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them for any door repairs if you believe the damage is not too much that the door needs replacing. Very kind and respectful management and workers when I took my car in that day. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know for any type of body work! They know their makes and models very well how they are designed and function from their experience!

Westley does an awesome job and cares about the work they perform, not just visually..but safety. They followed up with a call and were efficient and thourough.I would give them a 5 star for sure!

I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I was given a price and then was charged almost triple of what they told me. Wes point blank called me a liar about everything they told me they would do. Very upset with the way I was treated. I told them I would never go back and Wes said that was probably the best for both. He told me all I did was complain about how long they had my car and I never once complained about it to them or even my family. Just poor customer service all around! I will be making sure my insurance agent knows as well since they referred me to them.

DB Auto Body fixed my 2015 jeep twice.First the entire passenger side and second the frontend after a collision with a deer.The jeep survived, sadly the deer did not.Both repairs work completed on time and on budget.I will continue to go to DB for auto body work.

We had an accident with our 2004 Honda Odyssey and Dells Baraboo Auto Body did a fantastic job making it look new again. From the time of our free estimate to the final repair, the staff was courteous and professional. And they did excellent work. My husband and I both highly recommend them!

Currently have an Office of Consumer Protection investigation going against these people for the way they treated my husband and myself. You can read about it further under a gustave Robertsons review. I just thought Id point out that the only way we got our vehicle back was to essentially steal it back. while we had an officer there to make sure my husband was not assaulted because previous to our visit to his office West claim over the phone to love to fight and invited us down to fight if we would like. Looking back were not sure if he meant of the actual physical fight, or legal battle, but either way we were prepared for both.Even though they have guarantees on their walls and on their Facebook page that tells everybody about their rights, they are very good only giving a half story of the story about your rights. The half that helps their business.Hey also failed on their guarantee because of improperly diagnosing the fuel line repeatedly( They advertised a customer guarantee on their Facebook and In office desk) wes claimed however that was not the work he did. That he had taken it to a different shop called pit stop so maybe I should talk to them. Another thing we did not authorize. What about that sounds professional? The business that is stated for this location (Dells Baraboo Auto) is not the correct business nor is it the correct address for that building. The business in that building is Tents & Events and shared with J. Stevens Productions. The street address should be S2479 County Rd. BD, Baraboo as the road is named County Rd BD/Business 12. Maybe this should be addressed to avoid further confusion.
