We were able to find a decent wardrobe and mini dishwasher for my apartment with a few extras all under $100. But I didnt like feeling bashed cause we got in there 30 mins before closing time.But they had nice selection and was clean. Even got to get pics of a huge female Praying Mattis ready to fight as a departing treat.

They have great stuff from 5 stsr hotels but theu sell the best of it to businesses. So if youre not there on shipment day forget it. Youll see grest stuff only to be told its sold.

Awesome place. I couldnt get over the prices. It was amazing how little money they wanted. Very nice things in very good condition.One side of store is new things. The other side of store it used furniture. Pictures. Mirrors..Must go check it out.

Beware of the elusive Sharon.I ordered a dresser and matching mirror in November. The woman (Sharon) who put in my order said theyd call me when it came in. She told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. She didnt mention any delays due to the pandemic, even though we almost a full year into covid 19. 6 weeks later in December I call, and she says there is a delay due to the pandemic. In January I call, she says its still delayed. I call last week, and the man who answered the phone tells me, Oh! Youre dresser has been here! Im not sure why it was never scheduled for delivery.So I had to schedule delivery, because Sharon never called me like she said she would.Then I schedule delivery for today, and my dresser arrives with no mirror! The delivery folks tell me that the store should have told me, the mirror is back ordered.So I call the store, who tells me, oh, you have to talk to Sharon, you know, the same employee who never called me about my delivery in the first place. And shes not available until Monday!How can the mirror be back ordered when they were ordered together in November and the mirror is a square that no one would ever order on its own?What a nightmare. Its not like the dresser was on discount either, I selected it from an online catalog.Buyer beware. These people are incompetent. Unless you can see it right then and there in the store, order your furniture from a real furniture store.

This is a nice place to shop for good deals. I only gave 1 star because there delivery service is a joke. No mask when they arrived at my door but then say they can put in the room I wanted because of the pandemic but ONCE AGAIN you are NOT wearing a mask when you arrived at my door. Let me be clear NO ONE SAID that they are only gonna sit this stuff inside the door when I was paying to have it delivered. Nice store but they need to contract the delivery service to different people. If you have to have it delivered I would not buy from them.

Quirky store whose main part is a grubby warehouse, filled with used, discounted furniture items. Looks like most come from hotels, and they range from very gently used at reasonable prices to real fixer upper pieces that make it out the door with a low offer. The front store offers an ever-changing array of new items such as bedding and a small section of furnishings. If you like interesting explorations, stop by to see what they have. Then go again in a few weeks to check out the new shipments!

Pretty good deals on household items from hotels that closed or remodeled. Got some very mice picture frame for 10 bucks!!!

I would have rated lower but I went back and read other reviews and their are people that like it but its not for me. I was expecting something much more than used furniture from hotels. Coming from the DC area that was a waste of a long drive for me Ill stick to overstock.com. Outlet wasnt very organized stuff was wrapped in plastic all on top of each other I wish the website would have shown clearer pictures would have saved me the 5 mins I spent in outlet. Staff, the young lady that greeted us when we arrived and left was very friendly. If youre looking for deals on used furniture and appliances this could be the place for you.

This store is hands down.. The Best! The manager Ms Sharon is friendly, knowledgeable, smart, accommodating, excellent, excellent customer service. This is a frustrating place. I have yet to find quality items here at good prices, and I’ve stopped in on 3 occasions.

A poor mans paradise is what Overstock is. You never know what you may find but whatever it is will be nice. The prices are good but sometimes could be better on certain items. If you buy in bulk you more than likely will be able to get a discount. It appears that the more they have of an item the better the price is as to move/sell more of them. The warehouse workers are great. They will assist you with loading your item, measuring to see if itll fit in your vehicle, etc. Tips are allowed they tell me and cold drinks on hot days welcomed and appreciated.

The employees were the greatest. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. You can either order new furniture their catalogue or reclaimed items from their warehouse at great prices.

Catch as catch can. Sometimes I have found incredible items perfect for my objective- a marble table top for $25 that fit my antique sewing machine base perfectly - other times the price was way too high for something they clearly needed to get out. Framed items can be cool if you are lucky and get them before scratched -- good place if looking to get things like frame parts (glass) to use elsewhere. Customer service has been generally good. A spot to just occasionally drop in on for 15 min. and see if anything pops out and your needs happen to be what they are purging that week.

Nice place, good buys

This is an outlet store, you are often buying used furniture. They clearly display what is used vs new, there is no confusion. Ive gotten a few pieces here and they are great values and very well built. The hotel furniture is usually very well built. My two office desks will last for decades im sure. Im pretty sure you get much more than you pay for.

Like any second hand experience this is a hit or miss place. In reading about quality issues, I have to wonder if they bought new or used. The new stuff looks to be cheaply made but the used hotel items are usually great. You have to have a sense of adventure but the finds for me have been amazing. I bought a very clean and washable queen size sofa bed that was top quality for $200. Amazing piece that would have run about $2000 or more. Its not a place to expect customer service. They are working hard loading and unloading and expect you to know what you want. You have to inspect the items - the dirty scuffed item will cost the same as the pristine one. Not all treasure hunts come up with a find but so worth it when they do.

I love my Overstock experience, from the greeting from staff (Sharon), to the assistance from manager (Phil), Overstock is my go to place. I find high quality used and new items that the store will deliver for a minimal fee. Drop in and browse any day, you wont be disappointed!!! The library at Western High School has put their items to get use.

So far my experience is pretty horrible. I placed a order on lay away 4/27/2018. Being told by one of the store clerks once Ive paid off the bed I would be able to collect my things and be on my way. It is now 5/6/2018 and I still wont have my things for a 3 more weeks. Ive paid over 1000 dollar to receive this kind of service.

They have a lay away but the dont do financing and I went there hopeing to get a new adjustable bed - they dont have adjustables at the outlet only online - I did see quite a few items that I want to put on layaway but I have to get my bed first - so it is off to Value City on Friday for the bed if I can get the financing

Need to furnish and apartment quickly and on the cheap? Stop here first. They sell a lot of furniture from hotel liquidations, and the stock rotates constantly so come in quickly if something catches your eye. They also sell new mattresses and basic bed frames for a very reasonable price, if you dont feel like dealing with IKEA bed weirdness.

Stuff in the back rotates a lot. It may take multiple trips to get want you want. But they always got something interesting in. Lots of hot pieces.

One gets what one pays for but goods move fast. Had gr8 friendly accommodating service. Waiting for delivery.

The manager was rude, did not care that it was an error on their part, he was loud, obnoxious and had no business etiquette. They STILL Have NOT delivered parts of my furniture as well as my bedroom set that I bought from them is also falling apart. They quality and customer service is horrible.

If youre not pressed over furniture items being new you can find some really nice stuff cheap here. They do have new items but I go for the liquidation used items.

Called this place at 5pm and they say they close at 7pm. I drove from Harford County and it’s 6pm now and the guys say we are closed now. Even though the sign say 7pm the doors are locked. Very unprofessional place. Update your site if the hours aren’t what they say they are. It’s on the front door and on your site that you close at 7pm.

Really Piss Poor Customer Service... as a customer that has spent lots of money in this location over the years as well as given your information to tons of potential cliets... for you to give me piss poor customer service is totally out of line ... I simply called in to ask about office chairs.. my question was if they could send ne a few photis of the diffrent office chairs that they have in stock..... the young lady that answered the phone was rude and lazy, to say the least.

Hidden furniture gem with a great staff.

Initially the experience was good. I called repeatedly about my layaway and order and the woman at the desk was always very polite and helpful. Now that is being overshadowed by the horrible experience with delivering the furniture I ordered. I ordered over $1000 worth of furniture from them and the pieces were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Somehow they forgot my headboard and footboard so I could not put my bed together and have been sleeping on the mattress and boxspring for 4 days. I called the manager the next day and he said the missing pieces would be delivered today. No calls, so I call and of course the items were not picked up by the delivery person. So now i have to wait 2 more days for my furniture and I am still missing one piece. Hopefully I get everything sooner instead of later because this is annoying im taking off work for nothing, but believe me this was my only and last time dealing with Overstock Outlet.

I have recently bought six barstools for my business, however because of low quality, these barstools did not last long, however, this location was gracious was enough to refund my money back and apologized for bad product. That was really impressive that store did acknowledge bad product and refund me back. I will go back to this location and buy it blindly because they have great service and workers. Phil, their main man was very cooperative and helped me unload the barstools.
