Ultimately the product I got from this company was good but the communication needs work. The guy who came out made it sounds like our estimate included the counter coming up a few inches on the wall like our old counter. That turned out not to be the case so now we have a gap an unfinished gap around the wall. We are getting tiling done so it will be fine but if we werent that would be a nightmare. I was told we could keep our own sink. Then when they got here they had a sink and said it was included. Which is fine however it is deeper than what our existing plumbing is so now we are having issues reconnecting the plumbing. The appointment was scheduled for 10am they did not reach out by 10 I called and they said it was scheduled for 2pm and then they didnt get here until 4pm. In general the price is good the worl and the product is good but the communication is poor and could ultimately mess up your project significantly.

Had my kitchen renovated a few months ago, i was looking around different fabricators for the countertops and came across MD countertop Solutions. This company has lost the opportunity to have a great customer by attempting to make me pay a non-refundable deposit for them to come out and do a measurement and quote. I guaranteed them the business and offered 500 deposit and the lady now says it’s their policy to take half. They don’t require deposits. This is impossible if you don’t have her measurements to have the total. Smh I was hoping to do business with them but merely wasted time.

Recently Had my countertops done Maryland Countertops Solutions,They did a wonderful Job!! My counters looked great. William Came out and Laser templated my counters and withing 5 Days i had them installed. The installers were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them for any Kitchen and Bath counters.

We had new granite countertops installed in our home in Baltimore, MD and absolutely love them! From the time they arrived to the time they left is was almost as if we didnt even know there were here. Couldnt be more have with the granite countertops and the process.

Maryland Countertops provided aweo service from beginning to end. I was provided with a quote right after someone came out to measure and they were able to install within the week. Their prices are very competitive. Their work is seamless. Im very happy with my new countertops.

We pretty much use Maryland Countertop Solutions for all of our granite and quartz kitchen projects in Baltimore md and this last time the customer couldnt stop thanking us enough for how happy they were we will be using them again for sure on all of our projects.

Worst service, cannot write their oral warrant on paper. The sink they installed for me fell (within 2 and half year), and after fixation, they again cannot give more than 1 year warrant, but claimed I am the only case they know it fell.The fee William charged is also ridiculously unreasonable. He never showed up before he charge, which means he does not need know what was done, then he can just give any price he think.
