We had Big Brothers replace our Formica counter top with quartz and install a subway tile back splash, new sink and faucet. We could not be happier with the job that was done. Carlos and his team were impeccably professional, responsive and left a clean work site. I would, and will, recommend them to everyone I know!

What a great job! The Staff was very helpful, patient, and extremely polite! The installers were awesome and friendly too! One expensive hiccup...but Big Brother stepped to the plate and fixed it with a rush. Most companies would have stuck it on me. VERY HONORABLE. It came out fantastic!!!! Kitchen is almost finished!!! Big Brother did a beautiful & professional job!! We have used them multiple times and our most recent granite project was big! They were on time for the measurements & on time a week later for install. We had a very tight schedule and they were so kind to accommodate our needs and get this big job done quickly! The granite looks gorgeous! Everyone that works there is very polite and Carlos, the owner will go above & beyond. It’s a pleasure to work with them and we will use them for future projects!

Big Brothers installed my granite and cabinets a year ago and did a phenomenal job from start to finish! This week, I banged the edge surrounding the sink and chipped a piece off. They came out and repaired it within days, and it looks amazing! You cannot tell where it was damaged - the repair is flawless!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The customer service is amazing, the service is impeccable, and everyone, from owner to salesperson to installers, were fantastic to work with. We had a piece that did not fit perfectly, and I was willing for them to drop a small strip in behind it, but they refused to do that and came back with a perfectly cut piece that very same day! All of the work was done in 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves, were professional and attentive to detail. We had 3 counters and a table installed, and only 1 had to be seamed, and it was done so well that you can barely notice it. I was so shocked since I have never had a home improvement project that went so smoothly! I will be recommending Big Brother for sure!!!

Ive had them do Granite for me three times now including one for my custom bar in my basement and exceptional job every time. The attention to detail is appreciated. The one thing that had me go to them over anybody else is their willingness to work with me regarding not wanting a seam in certain areas and willing to go the extra mile. I will be using them again for my investment properties and recommend them to everyone.

This is the worst company to ever use. They sent out a measuring person to take measurements. According to sales person their staff didnt measure the sink area. I informed them on numerous occasions I was reusing my sink. After a discussion with sales manager they tried to make me pay an extra $150.00 for them to make the adjustment for the sink. I agree to cover half and the should eat the other half and was told it would be a hundred sallies. The office hung up on me after the workers left with marble undid my plumbing and told me they dont put it back. Dont use this company for. I asked for the owners name and was refused three for that information, final they provided me the name of the owner. I threaten to call the police if materials were not returned to me. They left my counters on the back deck. The worker was nice and try to reconnect the plumbing and said he was sorry.

Amazing place

My son and daughter in law picked out granite a mistake was made. These guys were very professional they drove us around to several places to find a different granite until we were happy. I was very unset with them even rude at times but, they remained pleasant. These guys are great!!!!. I recommend them 100%. They even beat our lowest bid. Thanks guys.Shantell. Kenard and Christine.
