They were fantastic. So accommodating for a big order that was placed late. The two workers were friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Cookies tasted great but the minis look like they are just the scraps. Some had only a couple of chocolate chunks and were smaller than the rest; there was no uniform size.I like their basics like white chocolate macadamia and chocolate chunk. My daughter likes the deluxe smores. They are alittle pricey but cookies are my vice.Over all great experience.

For the last two weeks, I have tried to order cookies for my coworkers. I place the orders WELL BEFORE closing—9 pm. They list closing as 3am. Twice they canceled my order with no warning or explanation. THEN when they finally decide to take the order, they delivered to the wrong address. The cookies were left on the doorstep and stolen before I could get to them. I got refunds, but I would have rather had the cookies. I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Just a little pricey. Cookies were good and ice cream was average. It wasnt creamy and was not rich in taste.

I placed an order through the app. I waited one hour and then called customer service. They said there weren’t any drivers so they had to use a Grubhub driver. I waited another hour and nothing. I called again and they said there was a glitch in the system and the order was still at the store. I waited another hour and called again and they said a driver was 5-10 min away. After 3+ hours, I was so fed up and called to request a refund. Worst insomnia cookie branch ever!

Can’t go into the store (despite me calling ahead to ensure that I could, and being told that the store was open). When I walked in a Hopkins security guard kicked me right back out and wouldn’t let me in to even speak to anyone.Tried to purchase online and website wouldn’t load so I could use July deal.Went home without cookies. Tried ordering from home and keep getting a schedule maintenance prompt. Tired of chasing these folks down to give them my money.Try other locations that ARE NOT attached to Hopkins housing, that way you can at least see the cookies before buying them.

I Ordered cookies on grubhub. Arrived after 10 mins and no one answered the phone to let me in. Ended up waiting 30 mins outside of insomnia cookies while being on hold until they picked up the phone and give me my order. Cookies were good but I expect better service. At least better communication.

Consistently taking over an hour to get delivered. We live five minutes from the bakery. This evening after an hour and a half of waiting we had to call customer service for them to tell us this bakery lost the order and we will get a refund in five days. 100% unacceptable. Do Not recommend.

The employees are very rude with low customer service skills. They’re not taking any in store order but they let you walk right in as if they were. If you don’t want your cookies with a side of attitude don’t go here.

Cant go inside. Went inside and got kicked back out by the community security. There wasnt even any staff there. Idk if anyone even works there anymore according to people having to wait hours for the food on delivery.

I cant say if the cookie cakes are any good, though I suspect they are the same quality as those you can buy in a grocery store for half the price. The problem I had was that my order was cancelled without me being notified for no reason and I was only told this when I showed up to get the cake, which was for someones birthday that I was headed to at the time. I wasnt notified that it was cancelled, like I said, and my credit card was charged regardless. I asked for a refund there, but had to call there office to get it put through. This is probably not a common experience, but its enough to keep me from going back.

Best ice cream sandwiches and late night snacks

I placed an online order to be silvered at 5:45. At 6:30 the app still said “baking” so I called and was told that the driver had literally just left and would be there in a few minutes. At 7:00 it still wasn’t delivered, but I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered. I called and they said it was a mistake and that the driver had literally just left. They offered a 50% discount for the delay. I got a missed call at 7:11, called right back and no one answered. I called customer service again and they said the deliver driver had called 5 times and left a message, but no one answered so he left. Wth? Then, they said they would deliver it again, this time leaving it in our breezeway if I didn’t answer the phone (kids bedtime at this point, so I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to pick up). It’s now 8:10. Still no 🍪. I can understand being late. I can’t understand this level of dishonesty. If they had told me at 6:30 that it wasn’t coming, I wouldn’t have bothered wasting my time waiting and calling back.If the cookies ever arrive, I’ll update this to 2 stars because I’m sure they’re delicious 😔

Happened upon this little gem after leaving the Illusions show a few weeks ago and what better way to end a great night with friends then a warm cookie. My friend and I both got a Snickerdoodle and a White Chocolate Macadamia cookie which were served warm, right out of the little warmer oven. Both cookies were good but the White Chocolate Macadamia was my favorite. The staff isnt particularly warm and fuzzy but the concept is good, I mean who doesnt sometimes crave a warm cookie in the wee hours of the morning?!

Went in at 12:30 midnight to place an order. While parking I seen 2 workers behind the counter. When I got out of my car and walked in there was no one behind the counter but there was a hand written sign that read “be back in 45 minutes, sorry”. How would a customer know when that 45 minutes started? If it’s only 2 workers then why are they both going on break at the same time? That’s so inconvenient that I drove 25 minutes to get here and I called the customer service line first to be sure that they were open, just to get here and not be waited on. I came to the location in Baltimore MD on N.Charles street.

My experience is similar to Lindsay’s. Horrible!! I was dealing with the Federal Hill store in Baltimore. Their website automatically changes your address no matter how many times you enter it correctly so I was forced to call an order over the phone. This was for a thank you gift to a neighbor but it just happened to be the day before Valentine’s Day. Order never arrived and I called twice and once I was given some excuse about no driver and the second time I called I was told they are on the way. They never arrived. I found out end of that day that I had to wait until the day after Valentine’s Day to get it delivered because of Valentines. On the day it was supposed to be delivered I tried calling the store and their customer service Dept. for HOURS and never had anyone answer the phone. I put a comment on their website and don’t you know, 5 minutes later the store manager is calling me. I spent $40 on cookies which is ridiculous. They finally were delivered but I was told by several people i would be fully refunded. That was almost a month ago and still no refund. I’m still being told (lied to) that my refund was processed. On top of that the cookies are not individually wrapped so they went stale in 2 days. Seeing comments online that they last 2-3 weeks is another lie. I would never recommend this company. This was the first and last time I will ever order from them.

I was told by a representative that the order had been placed, and it would be delivered between 20-35mins.....a hour goes by and nothing. Called customer service back who called the store, no answer. When they finally get in touch with someone, Im told the order got lost....what?So yeah. Maybe other locations are better, but I can say this one is a no go for me.

Ive tried the oatmeal & raisins, and the Chocolate cookies, both are nice.When the serve the cookies, everything is warmed up, and the Chocolate is kinda soft and melty.They deliver and Open till 3AM!!Wish they serve coffee, so customers will enjoy that with their cookies 🍪

Placed an online order to be delivered at 11:30am. Contacted the store at 12:30 because my order never arrived. I was told oh sorry the driver called out and we wont have a driver until 1pm I said that was fine and to please send my order out asap as this was for a birthday. Fast forward to 2:30 and my order STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. Contacted the store again and was told oh we dont have a driver and wont have one until 6pm. No one thought HMM MAYBE WE SHOULD CONTACT PEOPLE WHO PLACED ONLINE ORDERS! Nope none of that happened, not even an apology was given. Terrible customer service. If I could give a 0 I would.

Insomnia Cookies always has warm delicious cookies that you can buy by themselves, or with icecream. The prices may seem steep at first, but their cookies are definitely worth it!

I stopped here with my Sister in Law and our cookies were hot, melted in your mouth and INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Service was friendly & the place is clean. We got 1 each of: oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and chocolate chunk. You couldnt ask for better cookies! Hands down! 😍😍

I normally LOVE Insomnia Cookies but this store had the absolute WORST customer service ever last night! No one was at the counter. I had to yell to the back several times for the rude employee to tell me to “Hold up” because he was filling an order. Then, still waited for a few more minutes for the guy to then have a bigger attitude with my boyfriend for asking how long the wait would be for us to order and leave. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the emplyee’s name and we left without cookies. We decided to go to another store in Fells Point and received swift service and friendly attitudes!

Took longer than 1.5 hours to get cookies. I could have made them from scratch. The website lists the phone number incorrectly so its hard to get in touch with customer service. Very disappointed. Not the first time Ive had issues with this location. Incredibly disappointed!
