This is without a doubt a franchised Krispy Kreme and quite possibly the worst one Ive ever seen.A single person works here. And while i sympathize with a single person putting in all the work, theyre not putting in all the work. If youre unwilling to either put in all the work or hire another person or two, you deserve no sympathy.The owner takes frequent breaks and whenever they are, theyre always on their phone. They didnt even put in the money for a donut warmer.Donuts are tiny and sometimes old. I literally only go there for my free daily donut for being vaccinated. I will never EVER spend a single dollar here. Not even a CENT. And i hope no one does either until they start acting like a real business and giving quality product.

Pleasant surprise to see them in the mall. Couldn’t resist, had to stop. Donuts were delicious and the people were very friendly.

No hours posted and the last 2 times I went there was no one on duty. Good luck catching them opened.

Most times I go to the Columbia Mall just to get a Krispie Kreme donut, there is no one there to wait on people

Just made the first purchase. Very smooth for opening day. Donuts are great, as always. Staff quite friendly and welcoming.

We have been to this location three times and each time the employees have been touching food without using gloves. Poor health standards, not worth the risk during a pandemic.

I will not eat here until their staff start wearing gloves. It’s poor health and safety, and especially during a pandemic, the staff should be wearing gloves as they handle food. Not worth the risk.
