Rude employees. Literally walked in, didn’t get help stood there for 5 minutes and walked out. Employees stared at me but never said anything. Plenty of other options down the street

Horrible customer service! I door dashed my order and called them to let them know they messed up my bagel, that it did not come with cream cheese as it is listed on the menu that it comes with it. I was met with a rude condescending employee who just wanted to make it clear that she did not care that I was unhappy with my order and also told me I had to request cream cheese even tho there was no option to add it and they have special instructions disabled. What’s worse is the woman who helped me claimed to be the manager! I’ll go to dunkin next time.

Food is OK. A decent option for a quick lunch. Cafe food. If youve ever been to Panera Bread; youve been to Corner Bakery.

This corner bakery never has any food on the menu they are unprepared. The manager is very nasty. When you give her your order she turns her back on you she is just not nice. When you call them on the phone they tell you that they are up and running and when you get there no food. This restaurant needs new management and better employees.

Nice little breakfast fine with good selection. Very quaint. Our food was fast and delicious.

How are you a bakery/coffee shop without the basic ingredients for a coffee?Asked for vanilla brew iced coffee and cashier notified us that they only had black coffee. So cashier gave us iced black coffee.

The delivery was on time and delicious.

So far been here twice love the truffle mocha! Love the breakfast options. Glad they have healthy options too.I needed to work also so the wifi helps. They have a few outlets that are kinda scattered around.

Everything Ive had here is so good. The loaded baked potato soup is my favorite. The baked goods are delicious. Order ahead from your phone and pick up quick, or walk in to have a seat, but do not order for delivery through Grub Hub. Every single time Ive done it part of my order has been missing or just not delivered at all.

I came in here at least twice a week for the past two weeks to get 2 cinnamon buns. I pay $4.85, but today I paid $6.35. I didn’t pay attention until I looked at my receipt. When I approached the manager she just had a attitude. When I tried to take one cinnamon back, she just scrunched her face up and said I already ate the other. Me eating one does not matter because in food service you’re not supposed to take back food that’s already handed out which seemed like she was eager to do if I wouldn’t have ate one. This lady has terrible customer service, because anywhere else the customer is always right. Not only that, but if I’m dissatisfied with something you can either give me my money back, or change it to something else. She did not offer anything but a nasty attitude. I will not be coming back here.

Exactly what I was looking for. Some place chill where I could get a good cup of coffee and something sort of healthyish for breakfast. I had the Bacon Avocado Egg Bowl and it was yummy. The service was great too, and fast!

Excellent food and service. I enjoy the seasonal menu changes. Its especially nice to see featured flavors incorporated into breakfast and lunch/dinner items.

Since the nearby Panera shut down, corner bakery has become my go to for a half sandwich- half salad combo. I like the coffee a bit more, but the space is a little too cozy to stretch out and pull open your laptop to work. The nicest part is the seating in the lobby, which is surrounded by glass, gets great sunlight and has a nice view of the harbor. Staff is friendly and generally quick.

This place is awesome! I have only ever had lunch here before, but tried their breakfast and it was very good! I ordered the pancakes with bacon. The pancakes were very delicious and they gave me a ton of bacon! The staff was very friendly and willing to make sure customers were happy and enjoying their food.

You dont expect the food you get when you first visit. It felt very fast food to me, but the food is good. Really good. I especially love their pancakes and their baked goods. I visit whenever Im in Baltimore. Ill definitely go back.

We were in Baltimore yesterday for the meet and greet that you now hosted. We decided to have lunch at this cafe. It was wonderful to say the least!!! The food was delicious, and we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day while we ate. The staff was super friendly and really helped to make our experience a nice one! Thank you!!!!

Went in one morning with my mom. I believe my mom had ordered a pancake platter and I got some sort of croissant sandwich. Service was pretty prompt and pleasant. My sandwich was dry and cold, the cheese not even melted so it was a mouthful. My mom’s was a little better, just the pancakes were dry. Overall, I may come back.

Love their sandwiches. Customer service is good. The place is spacious, and has a nice eating area outside. I like coming to this location.

Stopped in for Cheddar Broccoli soup... it was pretty good. The wait for the cup of soup was unexpected. By it being a small location, I was basically hovering over someone eating while I waited almost 10 minutes for 1 cup of soup. Oh, customer service was okay, I felt rushed.

I ordered a club panini with cheddar cheese and avocado. When I received my food the avocados were black. Rotten. I called and was told just to call door dash and get a refund. No apology or anything. The customer service is trash. There is no excuse for putting spoiled food and serving as if it is up to par.

Beautiful, clean and quiet location. Delicious, fresh food. Would love to come again!

Update: manager made good on the situation. As noted below the staff are very friendly! Im upgrading from 1 star to 3 and if future experience is good Ill upgrade again.I waited almost 15 minutes for my order at a time the place was almost empty and got all the way back to my office to discover what they gave me wasnt anywhere close to what I ordered. Now its on me to walk back over there and fix it. Staff was friendly but that only goes so far if you cant even get the basics right.

Today was my fast time eating at this Restaurant I got the pancakes and eggs with chicken sausage it was delicious out of this world pancakes were so good and moist they melted in my mouth the egg was Very delicious and cook just like I like them The chicken sausage was very juicy and I was very Satisfied with this entire Mail I will be looking forward to going back soon in the nearby future Truly amazing!!!!

Stopped in for some hot coffee. The staff were very friendly and active. The place was clean and roomy. The decor seemed a little off - like two competing design concepts were at play rather than one fluid interior. Am I modern? Am I retro? Am I an old fashioned clubhouse lounge? Am I a neighborhood corner shop? Am I a corporate ditto box?The coffee was indeed hot, and for two bucks I cant complain.The wifi was free, easy to connect, and reliable.

Good croissant breakfast sandwich, stayed for a couple hours nursing my coffee using the wifi, it was not busy and they didnt mind. Pleasant enough but a bit cold and drafty when the door opened. Booths away from the door were better. Great location across from inner harbor.

Convenient to the National Aquarium, speedy ordering, food brought to your table, nice portions for the money, and quality sandwiches/soup/salad. Worth a try!

This literally was what I needed after a long week of travel! The food was really good iced tea was perfect. The cashier was sweet as can be and explained everything to us because we had never been here!

The absolute worst service you will ever find. I go here more than I’d like (many times over the course of many year) to because it’s close to work. Every employee has a terrible attitude. The food is okay but I’ve never had a sandwich that wasn’t completely disassembled, just a pile of ingredients. They consistently prove to be the worst service in Baltimore.

Shelly is the reason this place got 4 stars from me. The food I have complaints;-Expensive: $8.79 for a spinach salad and goat cheese with fruit isnt worth it to me.-I got pasta before and there was what seemed like a teaspoon of sauce; it was extremely dry.Food not worth the money but the service and convenience is great. Need to fix ingredients to food big time.

Gave back a star from last review. I gave them another chance today, order was correct and the food was delicious, staff was much friendlier and efficient as well.

I frequent here occasionally, but this time was just poor unfortunately. I had ordered a panini with a side ceaser salad. The salad was wrong- mixed greens with croutons and tomatoes. The panini was not hot, some bites were cold and there was no dipping sauce to go along with the sandwich.

This cafe is great! They have delicious coffee and a great space to work with free wifi. Theres a handful of tables with outlets if you need them and outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the great baltimore weather. The manager was super friendly and treated me wonderfully!

Made a special order, took a bit longer but that should be expected for a special order. By the time I got my sandwich, my little guy had gone from comfortable to fussy and near tantrum. So I change it to a to-go order and left. Unfortunately, the special order was done wrong and ended up giving the sandwich away. Place was cool and clean, if a bit cramped.

Pasta was quite bland and lacked seasoning. Wasnt the best unfortunately.

Worse customer service ever. I got here at 3:45pm and I was being told that the restaurant kitchen was already closed. The restaurant closes at 4pm and other three customer came and were algo given the door. The staff just didnt want to work and were pushing to close already. I do not understand what kind of manager or owner would run a place like this

Clean and just like every other corner bakery that Ive ever been in. The internet is pretty good when its not overloaded (got upto 32mbps in the morning and afternoon but down near 1-2mbps at lunch time).
