The service rep is a gentleman of honor and distinction - a wonderful person. However, his employer Cintas produces the worst uniforms. The uniforms look like trash coming out of the garbage. They were made to improve your business, make you look executive, intelligent & make people want to talk to you. Their uniforms stink. They dont look good on anybody. When you put them on, they disgrace your organization. They have no executive uniforms, nothing for you to wear to make you want to go to work. They only cater to grease balls, meaning nothing wrong with mechanics shops or organizations that deal with real dirt, and thats all they cater to - the uniforms are considered a tool box - you can stick tools in all the side pockets and they are happy. As for us who want to look like bosses, intelligent, representing our company so people can look up to us as Americans dressing in style and dignity to improve our business, Cintas will not do that. They are only again for mechanic shops. So, if youre looking to improve your business with good uniforms, kiss Cintas goodbye - they are no good. Not to mention, the people who dont have to pay for their uniforms will put on anything, so run from Cintas - no good. Every couple of months, they go up on their price.

Cintas is dedicated to providing great service. Leadership in Baltimore is fantastic. If you have an issue just reach out and they will take care of it.

Cintas is a great company with great people, products, and services. They do a lot for the Baltimore/Maryland community and they have received many awards for safety, quality, and community service.

We have been using Cintas for years and years with great service and quality. Our company decided to do away with uniforms and went in a different direction. At this time it has been about a year of trying to completely part ways with Cintas. We are stuck in a contract and no matter how many times we have called they will not tell us when our contract ends and have on multiple occasions attempted to get us to sign another 60 month contract knowing we are trying to get out of our current one. A regular sales rep will not give us our contract end date and they transfer us to a guy named Mike who never picks up his phone and never returns our call. Although throughout the years we wanted to use Cintas everything was great we will now have a sour taste in our mouth because of the way they have handled this situation. We have explained on many occasions that we had no problems with their service but that we are just taking a different route now and they still refuse to make this easy for us. Be careful getting into any contract with this company.

This place is a bigger scam then bernie Madoff. Run fast and far. Every week you will be over billed and they will go to great lengths to rip you off, included but not limited to forging signature. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Terrible service, shortages, no follow up by sales, sales support or delivery driver. poor communication, immediately regretted changing from competitor to cintas. two thumbs way down

Can anyone give me the name of the General manager there. I believe his name is Jimmy lean (lein). What we have here is a huge mess. Oak Lawn Cemetery, our employees are covered in mud.....I am going to stop myself here. There are wayyyy too many issues to even post about. I can not believe that any manager on any level would not have a clue what the drivers are picking up or dropping off. There is no scanning of many of the uniforms. Nothing has been checked. I am not sure of the policy but I would not recommend them for anything. Put it this way, at one point we had uniforms for dominos pizza, bob bell and a few others. what a mess. I sure would like to relay this to upper upper management. they should know

Warning they are terrible do not use! Warning do not enter agreement with them. They say something totally different and ask you to sign something different. Terrible service and non stop harassing calls.

Im working for Gunther characters in Hanover Maryland and the Uniforms always dirty the only clean part is the coat hanger!!shame on this mediocre service
