Excellent service, the guy who works there knows how to take care of his customers. Very friendly, honest and cheap prices for used phones. They have good price for brand new Iphone X and Samsung Galaxy S9+ too since i asked him just to know what was he selling it for. They fixed my iPhone 8plus cracked screen. It looks good as new EXCEPT my phone screen started freezing immediately after service. I called within days and was told: ”that happens sometimes to phones that have been serviced. Phones get old and stop working. Take it to an apple store.”Lousy customer service! So bottom line, dont use total wireless for your phone repair unless you want to be left out in the cold after they botch up the job.
