BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Errol had the car ready for me to test drive when I came the first day. He was very positive and very effective! He was honest and upfront about everything and made my car buying process fast and easy. The 4 stars is solely due to the fact that financing could have been better prepared as they knew I was coming and I sent all proper documents way ahead of time. Outside of that, I would recommend you come in and see Errol specifically! I dont see myself purchasing a car anywhere else in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Patriot Autos. I had been searching for a used minivan & had TERRIBLE experiences at other dealerships. Patriot Autos made my purchase so simple & went out of their way to make sure I was happy. We worked with Tara & she is amazing. I was able to get a Kelly Blue Book trade in offer for my current vehicle through their website. No hassle, no haggling about prices, they gave my car a quick look & offered me exactly what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth. After test driving the minivan I wanted we noticed a small leak. They immediately took it to their mechanic to have it checked out (all was good!) & offered me an extended warranty so I could take it to my own mechanic later on to be inspected.Unlike other dealerships, I found Patriot Autos to be respectful, upfront (no hidden fees, haggling, or convincing you to purchase add-ons), & easy to work with. The next time I need a new vehicle, I will definitely be returning to Patriot Autos.

I went in to Patriot and was able to walk away with a vehicle. I did not happen the best credit but Travis was able to negotiate and get me finance. I’m very pleased with my experience and would recommend to anyone with is credit challenged.

Patriot Autos Suck. My experience was horrible. They made a deal then went back on the deal. Wasted my time by having me sit there for hours knowing they were not going through with the deal. My time is valuable and I dont have time for games. Not to mentioned on the document I signed along with $200 dollars to hold the car I wanted and if I did not come back on the day I said I would along with the balance of the money, the $200 was non- refundable. I held up my deal. Well since Patriot Autos did not honor what they committed to what was your penalty? Thanks for nothing.. Transparency goes a long way but you will not get that at Patriot Autos. .

Do not sell / trade your car here!!!I signed their online form providing all the accurate information (mileage, condition, ...) about the car and that I wanted to *sell* it, not trade!They provided an estimate of what they would pay and said that the vehicle is interesting for them, and asked me to come in. They even confirmed my appointment a day before.So I arrive on time, then they let me wait first for a while and then told me that they cannot buy the vehicle because of the mileage. Which I told them before!!Huge waste of time for me, driving there, and asking a colleague to cover at work. I dont know if that was a strategy to lowball the price or whatever but I do not recommend ever driving there if you want to sell or trade your vehicle. Go somewhere more professional where they value their customers time!

My first time financing a car was a bit of a headache for me because of my credit not being to well. I went to a few other places that were asking for payments that were over my budget and they wanted to put me in anything. At Patriot Autos Tara was able to put me in a nice used car, with a decent down payment and reasonable monthly payments that were just right for my budget! Ive heard about them on the radio for years being the #1 used car lot not knowing I would be one true testimony! Thank you Patriot Autos and thank you Tara!

Tara was great, however I walked in with requirements of what I needed from my loan. I qualified but they decided they didnt feel comfortable with 0 down. That was the first thing I said when I walked in and I know from my own pre-approval that I did qualify for that. They wasted 2 hours of my time just to tell me they didnt feel comfortable with 0 down even though the first thing I said when I went in was 0 down or I walk.

Errol was very patient and understanding of my situation. After being denied at many car dealerships month after month I did not expect to leave with a car the same day but I did. He worked with me to get me into a car I picked off the lot at a price I could afford and accepted my trade in. Everything was effortless and he was honest with me. I did not have a very good experience working with Patriot Autos. I had found a car I was interested in online and traveled 2 hours to visit for a test drive. The car had been on the market for a few weeks already. When I got there, the car had not even been inspected so I could not test drive. Although from previous experience with this car, I knew I wanted it. A week later I got a text saying that it was ready to test drive from someone in their shop. I drove back up to see it only to be told that it STILL was not inspected. Weeks later I was told it was inspected again although had to wait due to work. They tried to tease Oh, our inventory often moves fast. Well yeah, you had me there already. Four weeks later, I finally got to give it a test drive and purchased it that day.At the end it did not seem like they were really interested in selling that car to me. They had my interest but did not seem to care or follow up with me in messages and emails. I was also bounced around various people. The person I first met was different than the one I met the second time was different than the people I signed paperwork with. The purchasing was the easy part.The car was in decent condition. They did seem to change the oil but the air filter was a MESS. It looked more like an overcooked bundt cake. For what it is worth, I would have expected them to have changed that out. It took forever to get the tags. In which case, I had to call them to see if they had arrived. Patriot Autos did not call or email me at all to notify. When I asked, they gave me some silly excuse like they could not? Seriously.If Patriot Autos has the car you want, go for it. If you are looking for responsive customer service, you will not get it. You have to fight for it.

This is a legit NO NON-SENSE dealership! The whole car buying process was straight forward. Tara and Matthew are like the dynamic duo of the dealership. Tara is very helpful and customer service oriented. She listens to what you want and tries to accommodate your wishes. She also follows up with you. I bought a 2012 Impala for my son from here. Weve had the car for about 2 months now and its a very good car just as it was advertised (reconditioned/passed MD inspection). I wasnt happy with the head lights and wanted them buffed but the detail shop did not have the pads to do the job so Matthew gave me a we owe you for the head lights. When I went back to pick up the tags Matthew had the head lights buffed--no issues/problems or questions asked. I was there for about an hour though instead of the 10 minutes that was written on the we owe you.I would recommend you call and set up an appointment before you go so you know who you are going to be working with because theres not much of a check-in system and if there is one it is not blatantly obvious for people who just walk in off the street.

I am going to give my experience a five star just for Errol (Salesman). After having issues with my first salesman. Errol stepped in showed me around the car lot to see which car I would like to purchase. He was great with defusing the situation that the first sales guy started. He was even able to get me a great price on the car. I left there feeling great and with a new car. His level of customer service is excellent and extraordinary!

Joe Frey is one of the best if not the only sales person I would recommend. He makes everything so easy to understand and comprehend. Very personable and professional. He deserves a great deal more than 5 stars. I appreciate sales reps like him

I bought a car here for my daughter. The car had only close to 30,000 miles on it which was not bad for the year it was. I was expected for the car to be the price we was told. It was 2,000 more afterwards. Errol was cool. He waited on us as soon as we came in. The process took a little longer because this was her first car. I drove the car on the highway and everything looks fine with the car. He waited on us the whole time and never stop and went back to see someone else. He had patience. Ask for Errol if want to get a car here.

I started my application with Joe on Saturday. The dealership was extremely busy, which I understood and I decided to return on Monday. Fast forward to Monday I was excited to leave with a vehicle because of the previous reviews. I was directed to Errol who informed me that Joe was fired. I saw Joe in the parking lot upon my arrival and within the facility during my credit approval process. I took Errol for his word, but was still skeptical. Errol went through the process of approval. I verified the price and gave my limitations for down payment. This wasn’t my first time financing and when I was presented with a 4,000 down payment I assumed it was for the vehicle I was interested in. To my disbelief it was for any car on the lot. I was extremely interested and was confused because they work with everyone. I’m indifferent about this experience but I’m for certain that I didn’t expect this process to unfold the way it did. Hopefully others have a better experience; as of now I wouldn’t recommend.
