Terrible never taking my car for service there ever again. Brand new car six months off the lot didn’t have a single scratch on it, The car left the service area with multiple scratches that are visible including ones on my custom rims too. Not only there was multiple scratches the car was extremely dirty with the mechanics fingerprints all over it inside and outside the car. Very unsatisfied especially because it was my first service for the vehicle!! They have shown no respect for people’s property.
Really dodgy negotiation, they would go for 10 minutes to the back and scribble numbers down three times back and forth to give us a final price. we just wanted the final price and they kept trying to play it smart and catch us when we were leaving and say oh heres a better price, we had a newborn with us and clearly didnt have the time! Other dealerships are much more straightforward! We ended up going back a few weeks later to buy another car from them and it took 4 long hours! most staff are yelling to each other and unprofessional and we didnt appreciate it. When you do go, make sure you negotiate! they make you feel like its the last car in the world, when in fact let me go talk to the manager works.

Great experience from start to finish by all involved. Tried purchasing vehicles from two other dealers prior only to find surprise add on fees and inflated financing when I arrived, walking out of both with no vehicle. So expected the worse and and all day event. Price and financing were just as quoted, financing even slightly better as they found someone to beat my own bank. In and out including test drive and vehicle clean up in under 2 hours. Jose Flamenco my sales consultant and the team that helped arrange, were great and will definitely return when I need another vehicle.

Found the car online and contacted the dealership. We were very lucky to work with Murel Hurt Sr. our sales consultant, who made the process of buying the car so easy. It was the shortest time I ever spent in a dealership. Then VJ De Freitas in finance closed the deal with his great personality. Just wonderful doing business at this dealership.
Raj got us a great deal on a CHR. He stayed 3 hours late to get the deal done and we couldn’t be happier with our car. He was direct and no bull with us and we appreciate being given all available options!
This review is for the Service Center not the sales department.I feel like I was slightly deceived when getting work done on my wifes car and below I will list the reasons.1. Dropped Car off for a check engine light and a few other concern. Said they would perform a multipoint inspection and get back to me.2. Called back and told cars check engine light was on due to one of the Oxygen sensors. They also recommended replacing battery, doing coolant flush, spark plugs, brake fluid exchange, and fuel induction. All this work came to a very high number and I asked a number of times over the phone if they could email an itemized breakdown. They agent just explained things like your car hit 100,000 miles you should get new spark plugs, etc, etc. First loss of star not providing itemized receipt...3. Never got multipoint inspection report, they could have charged me for these services and car might never have needed it. Another loss of star4. Every repair listed besides swapping out the battery took 1 hour of labor time (which seems fishy and is) even worse is the 1 hour or repair time associated with the OX sensor cost me more than the 1 hour of repair associated with the other repairs? How the heck does that work?! In addition I paid like $50 in labor for someone to change my battery and they dont reset the time on my car? Thats truly poor service... 3rd lost star5. I did not take off a star for this, but it should be worth noting that just them checking the code for the check engine light was $150, probably my fault for not understanding this expense up front seems very high to me. Then add on the maximum $70 worth of shop materials (can you itemize how you used $70 of shop materials? what did you have to buy the wrenches...) The repair shop is not very upfront about these cost hopefully if you read this review you will.Next time I need a tune up/ service I will likely try a high rated repair shop vs this Toyota dealership.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Besides sales guy Mr. Murel who was super nice and helpful since first meeting, management that sits behind this store is not helpful at all. I have been 3 days in a row in their store trying to finalize purchase of 2021 Toyota Tundra truck with only 4k miles, but end up not buying because they couldnt deliver a service that we agreed on a first meeting. It was about making 4k miles truck certified, and I was about to be charged for that service as we agreed, but I found out on a day of signing a purchase agreement that they cant do it. After running my credit score, after being there 3 times, and after adding a vehicle on my insurance list, they came with failing result for certification. Very very disappointing experience, and worst part is that a management didnt even try to make it up for something that was their responsibility to be prepared before selling a 45 thousand dollars vehicle! Stay away from them, this is not what TOYOTA STANDS FOR!
Mediocre service. Had a service appointment with Shuttle. When I get there, advisor says “our shuttle is broken and you just have to take an Uber back”. Would be courteous to just give a call once the shuttle breaks saying so.

Only good thing about this location is the price of the cars. You get a better deal here but it comes with a price. Location is run down. Finance people are hard to get a hold of. After trading my car in, they were supposed to turn the proper paperwork to MDOT. however, they didnt and I ended up getting flagged for not paying for car insurance for a car I longer owned. After 3 months of constantly calling and writing emails, I ended up filling the paperwork myself to resolve the issue.Instead of the employees there apologizing for their incompetence, they blamed me for having a flag on my account and therefore, couldnt process my new registration. I kept telling them the flag on my account is due to your negligence and incompetence. Which leads me to my next point, whats the point of paying 500$ processing fee for a service that was never completed.Be aware of this location. Youll notice a high turnover of sales people and youll travel back in time when stepping in here. Old printers, old furniture, torn carpet and most importantly, old school printers for paperwork. Might want to invest in a touch screen

Absolutely horrible customer service. No one comes over to your car to greet you or ask if they can help. Drove over 25 minutes to my appointment and the woman who came to my car after I waited for 10 minutes was incredibly rude so I left. Never coming back again.
Fraylin was exceptional in providing us with everything we asked for. Any questions that we had he was able to provide clear, cut answers. He gave us a comparison of different options and did not cause any confusion. Overall, he made us feel very welcome and there wasnt a sense of any pressure to buy something we didnt want. The entire buying process was very quick and easy.

Went to look at a 2020 Camry LE yesterday. Jason Wood was our customer service / sales rep. We went for a test drive and Jason explained every safety feature that the car had. It was one of the main reasons we decided to buy the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the car and the warranty. Every question we had (which was quite a bit) he answered or got the answer for us.Overall great experience. Very excited about our new car.
I’d give 0 stars if I could.I thought I had an amazing experience, until I got home. It’s been 5 MONTHS since I’ve purchased my Toyota RAV4, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PLATES AND REGISTRATION! To no fault of my own! I haven’t been able to drive my car due to expired temporary plates since MAY!! It’s almost August!!!! Every time I have called to ask about my plates Darcar is ANYTHING but helpful! They claim they will look into it, just to NEVER LOOK INTO IT!! I spent $23,000 on a car there, just to never get to drive it!!! I’m so livid and Hopeless. I have no idea what to do to get this resolved. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DARCARS!!

I had a very good experience with Darcars on Eastern Avenue. There is currently a car shortage so I drove up from southern Delaware to find one. Darcar sales man Murel Hurt helped find one in transit, we completed the paperwork and when the car arrived at the dealership he notified me. Purchased a BRAND NEW vehicle on 03/19/2021 - told salesman Murhle car had scratches, he brushed me off (Still waiting for a check per Management to have this removed), but biggest issue is as of today (07/27/2021) I still dont have a registration or plates and am unable to even drive my $27,000 vehicle!! Additionally, I have paid the vehicle off and dont have a title with or without a lein on it. NO TITLE, NO TAGS, NO REGISTRATION, what is this place doing? Spoke to Devon Jones (Management) and he cant even tell me whats going on. Hubby purchased a vehicle at least 2 months after me and he is all set and driving his new truck. This has to be the POOREST customer service I have EVER encountered. Filed complaints with BBB of MD, Consumer Protection Agency and the Fair Trade Commission today while I sit in my home looking out the window at that new car I own but cannot drive because this place didnt do their job and doesnt want to.

What an amazing sales person Shell Lewis was for my mom and my self April 20th 2021. He was extremely charismatic and made me feel so comfortable throughout the purchase. He was really funny too! He kept things very straightforward, told me what he could do and what he couldn’t do. He helped me get into the car of my choice. He made sure I was informed of how to use my warranties and all of the fine print. He really built a strong rapport with me I don’t think I ever want to buy a car again without his type of support. Before pulling off the lot he made sure I knew how to work every single bell and whistle on the vehicle and confirmed my Xm radio activation was set up. I couldn’t ask for better and I got the newest version of the car I came in the door asking for. Then in a swift transition Shell took care of my mom at the same time when she never even thought it was possible for her to get a new car based on her current financing. I had been looking nonstop for a very particular model of the 2021 Sienna with no luck. I finally found the car at DARCARS in Rockville but was unfortunately busy and couldn’t go all the way there. Instead Humberto secured the car from their Baltimore location, completed the entire sales process with me in one day via text, email, and phone and then he hand delivered the car to my house! Talk about service.It was amazing to me that he was able to get me in the car and completed the entire process without me having to drive from Annapolis to his location in Baltimore. I would recommend Humberto to anyone who’s looking for a new whip!Also, Mike was extremely patient and through as we reviewed my finance options over the phone.
