Took great care of my vehicle. The cost is a bit pricy but everything was done correctly.

I was pleased with the selections and the pleasant service that I always get when I go there!

Nikki was my service advisor and she took excellent care of me and my truck as always. No matter when I show up, she fits me in AND gets me out in no time! She’s always pleasant and professional and seems to know what I need before I can even ask. Because of her and the service I receive I’m buying a second car from Jerry’s. I never give 5 stars but they earned it.

Went to buy a new vehicle & the service centers connected to the showroom floor & share a parking lot. So if & when I go back for routine maintenance on the SUV purchased, Ill be able to give my opinion then!

I came in for service for my windows in my Nissan. Nikki was my advisor. She was extremely nice and professional. She also was more worried about my safety in which she advised me that my Nissan could possibly have transmission issues. She was very knowledgeable in service. She actually insisted that I get out of the current lease and car I had and get into a car from Jerry’s. She proceeded to discuss my concerns to the sales manager. Nikki truly has the customers best interest and safety to heart. I will continue to bring my car here for service.l, in which I traveled from NC just to have my car serviced ( I followed her for few years) She is definitely an asset to Jerry’s. The dealership should be lucky to have her.

Nikki in the service department is top notch. I went in for a scheduled oil change. She was courteous, prompt and efficient in letting me know what my car needed and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Chris Scheib, the service representative, and my mechanic were fantastic. They were honest, professional, courteous, knowledgable and respectful. This is my second time bringing in my car for maintenance, and the folks at JerrysChevrolet have provided excellent service.

This place has the most disrespectful, arrogant, people there is. They lie about prices and add on added fares with out customer knowledge. I would recommend everyone to go else where because these people are not worth your time. Be careful with who you trust to sell you a car.
