If I could give this place 0 I would. I go on here every once in awhile and never had an experience but I recently bought a default eyeliner. Brought it in the next day and the lady remembered me. If I had a receipt I would of brought it but I didnt. But only did she rub the liner on her hands to see if it was in fact dry but proceeded to tell me I couldnt exchange. In most business you need a receipt but I DIDNT GET ONE so how is that fair? It was a 2-3$ liner but some of us dont have have luxury to have money to repurchase. So rudely they told me to get out instead of just exchange the liner which in my opinion being a business owner myself would of sufficed. Never had I been in such a Terrible business practice unprofessional and just rude! It would have been nothing to just exchange when ppl dont have receipts they do STORE CREDIT OR EXXHANGE and for that little bit of money? Ridiculous just totally ridiculous

They have so many more products to choose from. I love this place! New owner is very kind!
