This store is quite frankly an embarrassment to the Dunkin brand. Good luck trying to get anything from them before 6:30pm. They are usually closed by then. They close the lobby as early as 5:30pm. The cashier at the drive through said it was a bad neighborhood. I was highly offended because I have lived in this neighborhood quite some time and its actually one of the safer neighborhoods in the Baltimore area. Service is mediocre at best. Usually its slow, it could take up to 5 minutes just to grab one coffee even if there is no one in the line. And sometimes there is a language barrier. Once I asked for a Reeses ice cream and the guy gave me some purple fruit flavored ice cream. He insisted that was the Reeses ice cream. I honestly dont see this store lasting another 5 years.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. There was st least 6 employees yet the line in the drive through moved so slow I had to walk in to the store. The employees were not friendly at all. The girl behind the counter walked away as soon as I was supposed to place my order and gave me a dirty look. The restaurant itself was dirty. My food was laying on the cutting board while the employees were jabbering. When my drink was finished the boy who made it just looked at me and said “here” from behind a coffee machine. I (7 months pregnant) had to get on my top toes and lean over a table to reach it. My food was done and sitting in a bag until (who I’m assuming was the manager) asked where it was and an employee said they left it on the counter. To top it all off my coffee isn’t coffee at all. It’s pretty much a cup of milk and caramel. 100% disappointed and will be telling my co-workers (who are big coffee fans) about this experience and to avoid the place altogether.

As always. ...the original coffee and donut place is the best! The addition of the drive-thru window is great!

Place an online order 5 minutes before i got there. I walked in to an empty store and my order was not even started, as it was the third receipt still on the printer. I waited 5 min as the 4 workers in the front carried on a conversation, it wasnt till a 5th worker come from the back and acknowledged i was standing there and asked to help me. I told her i already placed an online to-go order and she walked to grab my order off the printer and started the order at that moment. My coffee was too sweet although i ordered no sugar. she did remake my coffee, the only good part of this experience. Despite my order being physically made more than 10 min after i ordered it, my hashbrowns were cold and stale and my bacon wrap was under cooked. The whole experience was a waste of time and money, the service was so negligent that i just tossed the food and didnt even bother going back for them to correct it. All the time i spent here i could have just went to a sit down restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!!

Friendly staff, fast service and the new sausage bowl was both filling and delicious. Gave me all of the post work out calories I needed

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I have been there 3 times only because its in my shopping center. The first 2 times I got the wrong coffee. OK I will give them one more shot and be clear about what Im asking for. Large iced french vanilla coffee. They are out of french vanilla. OK how about caramel. They are out of caramel. Mocha then? Guess what? Out of mocha. How much does this place suck?

I have been going to Dunkin Donuts for about 30 years now and having visited this location twice, I can say without a doubt that this is the slowest Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been.

This is the worst place to get a coffee the you asking for a coffee and the bring you a donut. I when inside and there were 3 persons doing nothing but talk. I had asking 3 times for a ice latte and they were keep ignore me. I will never ever go back again.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts every day on my way to work. Am always greeted with a smile and the service is fast.

A bunch of kids running around in the back. Dirty tables and floors. Stood waiting for 15 minutes and no one took my order

This is the worst DD ever. they are always out of what ever it is you want. Bagels, donuts, hot chocolate..... does not matter they never have anything. the people who work there are morons and dont last more than a week or two before they are replaced by another stupid idiot. if you want to see the worst that Baltimore has to offer, come to the Patapsco Ave Dunkin Donuts.

I usually stop here in the morning to get a coffee and they’re usually okay but my donuts never be fresh most of the time. So I just stop for the coffee.

No bags. Small quantities. Had to request napkins.
