I had a pleasant experience - decent prices, friendly staff, helpful hours, found what I needed.If youre walking here from Rogers Ave Metro station be careful though, the sidewalks and intersections are not in great condition and drivers can be pretty crazy coming off of Northern Pkwy. I might take the 82 bus next time even though its close to the Metro.

Great place to buy pretty, good stuff for a cheaper price. They have lots of decor stuff. Their clothes look kind of cheap but their rugs are an unbeatable price as far as I can see. Today I saved about $70 by not buying my blankets from Amazon and walking into Roses.UPDATE: The twin sized comforter shredded on some parts the first time I washed it. My Queen sized sheets, while it has beautiful pattern, does NOT fit. Its too small. So they are good for somethings but Ill be more cautious buying bedding there.

I absolutely love this place. I love their t-shirt selection. I love shopping here. I come here at least once a week.

Having a bad experience with the Roses at wabash ave . I try twice to return something I brought and plus I was charge twice for one item upon returning 2x I get attitude from a cashier and the manager is to busy to help to solve the problem and on top of that I was told to want until the cashier who rung up me up to wait untilshe come to work which is an half hour later.

This store never had enough cash registers working, 2 only every time I have been in there, lots of items on shelves have no prices.

If I could give it zero stars I would. A cashier named June and manager named Ce Ce are the most absolute by far worse cashier and manager Ive ever experienced in my life. I went in to get decor for my new office. Small things. I came across a 3 tier corner shelving unit. Original price 9.99 sales price per signs displayed up and down the aisle for 6.99. Awesole deal. Im getting rung out by June and i see it rang up as 9.99 I informed her of the error. She made disrescpectful remarks like oh i cant change this idk how much it is but her tone and demeanor made it worse. She then called Cece over for a price change as they are correcting the price they continued to make snide disrescpectful remarks like oh these young kids always want something for free might as well walk out the door with it. (Im in my mid thirties) This was coming from a manager. To the point my fiance was upset that i actually continued to buy the items. As we were leaving I asked the manager for her name. First response was why. I said youre a manager whats your name. She said with a rolling neck and horrible customer servixe its ce ce and rolled her eyes and turned her head. It toom alot of deep breathes to compose myself. These women will be reported to corporate and I will NEVER shop here again or advise anyone else to.

I went into the new Roses on Wabash Avenue today. Very disappointed with customer service. Six employees standing up front not doing anything. When i asked if someone could open a dressing room, i was told Ill try to find someone with a key, but nobody ever showed up. When I went to check out, same six employees standing around but only one register open. I asked one of the employees just standing around if someone could open another register, i was just given a dirty look. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy in the back and couldnt come up front. Also, only about half of the merchandise is priced or signed. Asked an employee how much an item cost and he told me he didnt know and take it to a register for a price check. Customer service SUCKS!!!

Nice quiet store great if your a nurse looking for a uniform or just want to pick up some nick nacks.

This place is filthy and disorganized. The cash registers are set set so that one line may or may not split into 2 lines. You can’t take the cart outside no matter how much you buy and there is no security guard to watch your stuff if you have to get your car to load heavy items. Oh yeah, the restroom.

I was looking forward to Roses opening, however I have been disappointed. I have made the mistake of shopping here on 2 occasions only to be reminded that I cant take this shopping cart out the store. This issue that will cause me not shop here.
