Poor customer service by one of inspection officer. Made me wait for 2 hours just to make sure my break lights were working, and came up by giving an excuse that your car need more repair. He wanted me to spend money for no reason. It was complete waste of time and pretty unprofessional behavior. I will not recommend P.s becareful

Location: Wasnt the easiest to spot and GPS will take you around the block unnecessarily but its located next to Elkridge Liquorsand across the street (Washington Blvd.) from Avalon Square.Service: Had a MD Inspection done and was done in about an hour. Quick, easy painless and easy to do business with. Currently their inspections are priced between $85-$95 depending on your vehicle size. Also completed registration stickers here which was super simple.Overall Im pleased with the service and would recommend. 😊

The service was exceptional and speedy. The staff was very professional. They accept walk ins too. I could not find an apppintment for inspection anyhwere esle. But they were able to squeeze me in. Heighly recommend.

How they are rated a 4 star is Baffling! If I could do negative stars they would get a Minus 5! They are not honest! Dont trust them to inspect your car! They will make or create problems to make money!

Straight up guys. Fair quotes for repairs and an honest inspection. No hidden fees in the quotes, no delays in the time table. No BS. Not like going to a dealership with the up-sells and promises.

Do not go there....the people are rude and not patient.my car had somethings wrong with it and when i left i was told to get off the property for merely asking questions when a piece came off my car while inspecting it.the piece didnt come off before i got there....i was told several times to come off the property due to asking questions.i recommend this junk yard piece of place get shut down😡

Mr Tire told me my car would cost 2067 to fix and this guy gave me an estimate of 570 I paid he had my car fixed running like new Iam very satisfied and would recommend everybody in Baltimore and the surrounding areas to go to Central auto..I’ll be going back for everything that has to do with my car...I just wanna say thank you again

I’ve had nothing but great experiences since I started going to Central. They’ve been honest with me from day one, including advising me of things I didn’t actually need that I had come in for. When a shop puts your best interest over making a quick buck, you know you’re in the right place. I don’t recommend many places, but Central is definitely one I do recommend!

Oh my gosh what a great place! The owner/mechanic whose name tag read Mr Awesome stood true to his name. I had a long trip ahead of me and a whole bunch of problems suddenly erupted, so I looked up the reviews and called them. They accommodated me immediately and changed my bulbs and worked my wipers. The five star reviews they have must be family members posting, cause these guys are terrible. I came in for a state inspection and they took my car for a 20min test drive - why? Next they put my car on the lift and then sat around and chatted for an hour while nothing happened. Then they look around and tell me I have a torn boot, so fine, they say I can get it replaced somewhere else and bring it back, then when I bring it back they tell me I need to pay for a whole new inspection. SCAM!
