Most of the time they have what i need i would recommend salvo over the other competitors.

I like to start off by saying Salvo Auto Parts have been the most helpful Auto parts store I have ever encountered. Prior to going to Salvo I went to the typical franchise well known auto part stores and they tried to get me to buy things that did not pertain to what was needed to fix the car. The guy would not and said he was unable to look up the size wrench I needed to take the bolt off on my Caliber. I left there very displeased and went to Salvo...As soon as I stepped in Salvo, Damien was so very helpful.. He looked up everything that was needed for my car and a very knowledgeable attitude on all the correct tools I needed.Thank u Damien.

They have parts for foreign and domestic cars if they dont have the part they can get it within a day or two they have all the neat little trinkets that you get for a vehicle a customer service is great they do their best to help out their customers its a family-owned business its been a family owned business for many years and you can tell when you walk in that its a family-owned business because the employees are very customer oriented and they treat you like one of the family the owners of the company or great people they do their best to provide the best parts at low cost the stores are organized and if you need help finding a part therell be more than willing to help you find that part overall good place to go you can tell its not one of these chain stores that are there just to make money theyre there to help you fix your car if you dont know exactly whats wrong with your car or dont know exactly the part theyre more than willing to look up that part

Salvo carries a great selection of parts..and great service.

I called this store to verify that they had the rear rotors for my car. get up there and lady gives me the wrong ones. so when i cal back up there the lady os no where to be found and no one knows what im talking about. Then when I went to go return them, THEY CHARGED ME to return the parts THEY gave me that were wrong.

This location had the parts I needed but the line was so long. They really need organization. The employees were all over the place but they were very professional and patient. I waited in line for at least 40 minutes. The phones were ringing alot. I hope that management will delegate tasks for everyone to follow instead jumping from one thing to another especially when customers are standing line.

I have been shopping at salvo at least 12 years minimum and do a fair amount of business with them and today is the first time I have been disappointed with them . I bought several items from them this is the item HH42003MIE 16QT SUPER DUTY DRAIN PAN it performed well until it was time to remove it from under the van I slid the drain PAN from under the van holding it by the integrated handle put it down turned around and realized it was leaking. I took it back to the store and showed them the hole they were willing to replace with another one I did not want it .My opinion is if the container is not as strong as the 5qt bottle of Castrol titanium then why would I want another DRAIN PAN at this point Sam had another employee hand me a business card and told me to call the corporate offices. I left a message with the area manager and I am waiting for a call back

I love this other place my car broke down just the other day and I went in there to buy a portable battery charger for my car and then The worker came out and help me. He said you dont have to buy a battery charger. I will use mine to help her your car. So from that day, I will go there for any part that I need for my car. Awesome customer service.

Michelle was very rude and disrespectful I called 3 times she left me on hold for over 5 minutes 2 times...then when she did start to take my request which I was only checking for a part...she had the nerve to put me back on hold ...help someone else out while Im listening.....then put me back on hold and never answered back....im now at advance auto so they lost a sale because of bad customer service and I will be calling the corporate office as well!!!!

If I could give no star I would. I called to find a parts and from start to finish the gentleman was rude. He hung up on me twice. At first I thought he didn’t hear me ask him a question but the second time I was sure he herd me and everybody in my auto shop could here him speak to me with a rude tone . I would never buy anything from this place, I can’t wait until Monday to get it from the dealer. If you speak to customers this way on the phone then I don’t want to experience in store treatment. Absolutely terrible.as a business woman myself I would never speak to a customer the way that young man spoke to me.
