Our son Brandon loved his truck, even when I pushed him to get a new one. I told him that we would have body work done so that he could keep it, unfortunately he passed away before we could get it done. It’s been in the hands of Robert and Ed at Community Auto Body for a few weeks. It has received body work and a new paint job. They did amazing work and i am so thankful for their professionalism, and kindness... All the while making big blue sparkle. Looks amazing and I know Brandon is smiling down. THANK YOU!!!

I took my Honda here based on a referral from a friend who really liked their work they did on her Toyota and they were the best!! Out of all the places, not only was their price the best but the service was impeccable. I wish I could give them 10 stars. In 3 days I picked my car up and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor!Don’t waste your time shopping around, just drop your car off here and let them work their magic!

Recently, both my husband and I needed some body repairs to our cars. Because I stupidly backed my car into my husbands car in our driveway. Family members highly recommended Royal Auto Service on Willow Spring Road. When I walked in, I couldnt believe how clean, organized and professional this auto shop was. Especially compared to other auto shops I have been in thru the years. The staff was so warm and friendly. The owner, Jon Skinner, was a delight to work with and he fixed both cars to where you would never know I did such a dumb thing. My husbands car looks perfect again. And my car as well! I highly recommend this auto body shop to EVERYONE I know! What a great team there. They do fantastic work!! Definitely a 5 star establishment.

I have been to Royal Auto multiple times, with multiple vehicles, and I always drive away more than satisfied. They made everything easy with the rental car and had the work done ahead of schedule. They made my car look better then it did before it was hit and were really great on pricing too. 5 out of 5 WOULD recommend!

OUR CAR WAS DAMAGED IN AN ACCIDENT NO FAULT OF OURS. COMMUNITY AUTO BODY SHOP (WAS CALLED ROYAL) HANDELED EVERYTHING FOR US WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND CAR RENTAL. THE BODY WORK WAS OUTSTANDING. I truly, truly had the best experience at this place. The owner Jon and his staff (Norm and I believe her name was Rachel or Michelle) were exceptional. They were completely flexible with me; whenever I showed up, I was greeted immediately. Not only did they show actual compassion when I totaled my car, but Jon sat me down personally and explained to me all of the damages, taking at least 30 minutes out of his busy day.Yes, totaling my car was less than an ideal situation, but after my conversation with him, I realized that everything was going to be okay. I will certainly be a loyal customer as well as recommending Royal Auto Service to all of my friends and family.

To my fault my car was damage with mold from me leaving my sunroof open when I went on vacation. I was recommended there by a friend. Was very pleased after I got my vehicle back. Seats had been replaced after ins co. wrote to clean them only. They thourghly inspected seats after cleaning and mold was still there. They called me to inform me and handled everything from there. Highly recommend this place for more then just body work.

Took my car here for an insurance claim for body work. They were so friendly and the work was done in one week. I was shocked. I have taken my car else where in the past and it had taken weeks. This place was awesome and my car look amazing!!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!

If you have a nice vehicle dont take it here. I have a $75K truck and they had a helper work on it causing more damage than what it was taken there for and the owner John Skinner only fixed a few items and did poor work on the repairs. They left my truck in horrible condition and I had to have the items fixed by another shop and am going to sue them for the cost of the repairs. Run far away from these guys.

We have been taking our vehicles here for 10 years (routine maintenance, major repairs and body work) and have been very pleased with every aspect of their business. The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. I am able to get appointments quickly and wait times are reasonable. They are also trustworthy, since they arent trying to sell me a service or tell me something is wrong everytime I come for an oil change (like other places I have been to). And we have had no issues with their work. Also...now they have free wifi.

This place is amazing!They do all of my work. Both mechanical and body work.Body shop:Ive always been happy with their work. But recently, my work van was totaled.I bought it back from the insurance company and had Royal put it back together.Its a rolling shop, so working out of my wifes pick up while it was being repaired was tough. They replaced the entire drivers side panel from the door post to the back door. And it looks like it never even happened! (I wish there was a way to post pictures.) They had me back on the road way sooner than I even expected.I was so impressed (and grateful) that I sent a half a dozen pizzas down to Royal for their entire staff!Mechanical shop:I have taken all of my vehicles there for everything, for many years. I trust them so much that I dont even ask for a price anymore. I just say, Fix it! They do, and I happily pay the bill! No questions asked. (If it is something that is going to cost more than expected, they still call first. But even then, I just say, Fix it.)And its always done right.If you are looking for a good mechanic of body shop you can trust, in Dundalk, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Had my Car repaired (minor damage) here, and was mainly concerned with their ability to accurately match the paint, which they achieved 100% and additionally they detailed the entire exterior for good measure...I highly recommend this service.
