I was told by Sam that they were having trouble getting the Emerald flat paint so I purchased the Duraration matte but really wanted the Emerald. Waited till the next truck delivery and still no Emeraldor knowledge of when it would arrive. That Sunday I received a call from Sam saying it just arrived and to bring the Duration back and would exchange it. I was so thrilled that he remembered and called. Thank you so much!!! Never expected that!!!

I was recommended to use Sherwin Williams by my painting contractor, Barry Eagle and he was right on. I really enjoyed the professionalism of the entire staff and their tremendous knowledge. The paint was excellent and Barry and his son did an excellent job for me at a very reasonable price.

We started using Sherwin-Williams paint for our house interior and were surprised and pleased with how well the paint coated the walls. Based on that experience, we chose Sherwin-Williams again for our outdoor painting project. We utilized the Color Advisor program on the Sherwin-Williams site, It was frustrating trying to use it on the phone but performed well once on our PC. It was easy to select different areas of our uploaded photos and paint them with the color we thought we wanted. The Color Advisor allowed us to see our color choice wasnt that great and we chose a different color that we love. The experience in the store is pleasant, the sample cans are generous and priced reasonable given the amount of paint. We were able to paint an entire wall with one sample container. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the process for waiting on the paint and checking out is easy. I appreciate the steps they have taken to make the customer feel safe during the COVID pandemic. All staff wear masks and respect the social distance.

Will not be going back to Sherwin-Williams even after this crisis subsides. As a contractor, I demand quick access to the materials necessary for our jobs. Myself and my employees are extremely effecient in the services we provide, and have never offered excuses or asked a client to understand various reasons their job is on hold. We excel because we get things done. My suppliers are going to be held to the same standard. If this store is okay with paying a couple guys to lounge around while I stand outside needing paint and then open the door and tell me I need to call for service then the multiple thousands I spend there each year is going to Benjamin Moore.

The store on Manchester Road has a Paint Guru that can match paint perfectly even if the old paint is dried up and the Sherwin Williams product had been replaced with something new. He was awesome and I patched my bathroom without having to repaint the room! I will be back any time I need paint and recommend him to my friends!

The sales associate was extremely helpful. The particular deck stain I came in for was no longer sold. I was doing a touch up of my deck so they found a stain that would work. I appreciated the time they took in explaining everything to me.

Hayden was very knowledgeable and helpful! I am no good at choosing paint colors and types of paint but he made it very easy for me to understand. I bought my paint and was out the door in a very reasonable amount of time.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been buying paint from Lowes for years. Recently we worked with an interior decorator Ashely Jane Interiors and she recommended a paint color and brand that Sherwin carries. When I came in there was a discount sale running which was a plus, and the staff helped me with every aspect of the project. I had crown moulding issues, a patched ceiling hole due to a ceiling fan move, ceiling paint requirements, and walls, all of it they helped with.

Helpful crew. They seemed knowledgeable about the products they sell. One person was able and willing to get the right combination of paint and sand for my textured walls.

If you need any help with paint, go here. I dont weeks trying to match paint colors and within minutes they had a perfect match. Really helpful staff. Just because they look to be in high school doesnt mean they dont know what they are talking about.

If you are remodeling and are planning on painting this is where you should buy your paint. The is easy to use and looks professional. This is where Professional painters get their paint. They have sales every once in a while.
