One of the best dairy shops around. I try and stop by every other week for some milk and ice cream. I love how the milk comes in returnable and reusable glass jars, and how the milk tastes so naturally sweet and creamy. The ice cream and flavor selections there are also incredible. The service is fast and the servers are very nice. My favorite ice cream flavor has to be the black cherry flavor, I didn’t even like black cherry until I tried it at Oberweis! Last time I went, I also ordered a lava cake, it was one of the best lava cakes I’ve ever had. There is just no ice cream brand that makes it as good as Oberweis!

I’m a really picky ice cream consumer and Oberweis has some of the best ice cream around. Their waffle cones are really great also. Ask for a spoon.This place is NOT a cheap ice cream cone. You pay for this quality so it’s not a place I go all the time but it’s a great treat. Actually if I lived closer I’d probably be there much more often. Luckily it’s a 15 min drive for me so that keeps the budget in check.I enjoy the coffee ice cream and highly recommend.

Great ice-cream but not on a budget. Single order Brownie Fudge Sunday (with whipped cream and a cherry) and added Caramel Sauce, larger of two sizes to take home for someone else - all I bought that day.... Almost $12!?! Just 1 persons treat... Glad they raved about how delicious it was, or this would be a way different post.

I got the Pineapple Sherbet and Coconut Chocolate Almond in a dipped waffles cone. My wife ordered a Caramel Frappuccino with a shot of espresso. Both were rich in flavor. Our taste buds were happy.

Oberweis has some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. If you like chocolate milk it’s incredible it tastes and is thick as a chocolate malt. Their chocolate milk is the best I have ever had. They have their own dairy. The prices are a little high but it is worth it. If you want a very good dessert it’s certainly worth it. I think you will enjoy the ice cream and chocolate milk .

When your husband takes a larger cooler with him for a business trip just to fill it up with ice cream you know its worth it. 20 quarts later and we are stocked.

Rootbeer Float is the best Ive had and check out the lemon ice sorbet its the most refreshing on a hot day.

The milkshakes at Oberweis are stellar. I did not grow up anywhere where these were popular, but a friend from the city of Chicago who thinks St. Louis/Ballwin is a dinky little city/suburb combo drove by with me and said, Wait? You guys have an Oberweis?? We pulled in and devoured delicious peanut butter milkshakes. There are other ice cream/custard stores nearby that get more attention, but this is right up there with any of them.

Huge selection of take home pints, assorted dairy, and pies/cakes. I had the coffee base ice cream with caramel and chocolate with espresso bean crumbles. The blueberry ice cream also was particularly good. My only criticism would be that the waffle bowls seemed a little under done.

The milk occasionally spoils before expiration. When I went back to the store to return an unopened bottle, the lady at the counter was rude. They just lost one customer for life. I am not going to buy milk from them again.

I would have given them 5 stars because we love the ice cream, but they have not adjusted their service to 2020, which is a shame. I came here with my two kids and parked right out front. I went in and ordered, while my kids stayed in the car. After I ordered the lady said I had to wait inside the restaurant for our order. I asked if I could wait out by my kids and come back in; she said that was not allowed. I then asked if she could bring it out to the car and she said they only do that if I had called in my order and asked for curbside. By this time I’m nervously looking out at my kids to make sure they are OK, knowing they would wonder why it was taking me so long. Next, I asked if she could delete my order and I would recall it in as curbside. She looked at me like I was crazy and said she already processed the transaction. We love this place, and it’s always been our favorite ice cream spot. Its really sad they haven’t adapted their service to the times.

This place is sinfully delicious. The ice cream is so rich that a single scoop in a cup is plenty for us. They have a surprising selection of quarts and cakes to choose from. They also have assorted dairy products for sale. Theres a lot of seating inside, and they have table games for you to borrow. It seems like a hangout for young teens...so if youre looking for a quiet little spot, this probably isnt the place for you.

My wife and I were just passing through and caught a craving for ice cream. Went through Google and seen Oberweis. It was delicious! Some of the best ice cream I could have asked for and to put the cherry on top, pun intended, the prices are fantastic! Will make another trip there again if we are ever around!

The ice cream is great, my problem is the lighting in this place. I mean you can literally illuminate the entire amazon jungle with the amount of light in this place. It is SOOO bright. FBI interrogation rooms have less lighting. Football fields, have less lighting. A library, has less lighting. Literally is like grabbing. A flashlight and pointing it right in your eyes. Reduce this lighting.

While the froyo shops were perfecting the ice cream store model, Oberweis was cultivating that feeling of the small hometown storefront. Oberweis has a great selection of ice cream as well as milk and cakes. They also have a wall of toys and games, all seemingly missing a piece or two as you would expect, that can keep the family entertained while you enjoy your time.

They have the best milk and ice cream. Their lemonade is delicious as well. Great tasting and outstanding service. Really enjoy the available board games for kids as well.

It has friendly staff, good selection of dairy based stuff, you can even get butter eggs and bacon here (good one stop shop for breakfast styled groceries (no potatoes though) great creamery selection too. The best thing of all though, is the Creme brulee cheesecake do try it!

Some of the best ice cream Ive ever had. The peanut butter cookie dough is one of there top flavors, its definitely my favorite. Serving sizes are bigger than most places so 1 scoop fills a cone.

Amazing ice cream and frozen treats but this location is kind of icky. The board games are smeared with sticky ice-cream and the tables and floors arent any better. Better to eat outside or take some pints to go home! Also the guy behind the counter was pretty rude to the kid in front of us in line, but nice to us.

Cool little ice cream shop, you should check out! Can be a little high on prices, but not for the quality of the ice cream. My 11 year old and I go here for a little weekday treat...and sit at special tables that are set up to play chess. Check it out.

This ice cream shop is just like anyother except it excells in customer service and cleanliness. Getting lost or needing help is also a thing of the past when you show here since help is always around. They are accompanying to families and on the bank. Enjoy just as I have.

Pricy but good, we took our kid there as a reward and got 2 sundaes and a scoop for the kid. It was delicious.

Great idea to sell milk and ice cream. I wish this store were closer to my house.

I could complain about the sub par service, but that seems to be the norm with the current generation, so I will stick to the atmosphere of the dairy. Unfortunately for us, it only got worse as we sat down. In fact, it was absolutely disgusting! The floor was covered with old food and trash, the water pitcher at the counter was leaking so much that it had soaked the towel that was placed underneath it and dripping onto the floor. Worst of all, my wife and her friend saw a 1-1/2 cockroach run across the floor. If this is what we see where the customers are and eating, what does it look behind the counter where they prepare the food? We eat Oberweis a few times a year but will never return to this location. So gross!
