Stopped in a couple of years ago looking for an obscure plumbing part. The guy behind the counter was the best. First he knew what I was talking about, even though I had no idea, Find that at a Big Box store. Gave me tips on how to install the correct way. I remembered the customer service. So I went back for another try. This time I checked out the internet and knew what I needed. Rather than going to the Big Box which would have been cheaper I stuck with Ferguson. The gal was great, I paid pennies more but got everything I needed for the job. I guess thats why professionals use Ferguson. They are like it used to be, good advice, good service, and the right price.
Bought a toilet from them. Paid ~$250 for it. Cant believe the difference. The technology has really come a long way. Flushes great with less than half the water. Looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom too. Thanks for putting me on to this guys!!
This store is run by rude, arrogant people who act like anyone trying to fix something on their own in their own house is a complete idiot. You’re honestly better off going to Home Depot or watching YouTube videos unless you want to hire a plumber and spend thousands on a job you could do yourself with just a little bit of help. If these people look at you and think there’s no way you’ll know anything about plumbing they won’t help you. Don’t give them your money.
The person on the phone was nice and helpful and said between the korky and other aftermarket parts they should be able to accommodate parts for a toto flush valve.Upon arriving I was told no way no how could we make that work. I talked to a gentlemen on the phone and was greeted by a middle aged woman in the store that kept cutting me off and told me to go to plumbers supply. My suggestion is to listen to the plumber first and truly make sure the parts wouldnt work. She didnt even care to look. Not everything needs to be by the book.Korky works for all types of different brands. I saw what I needed while talking to her but decided that it would be in there best interest if I spent my money elsewhere....
Great team to work with. Very helpful and friendly.
About 6 months ago I went to store looking for a part to fix my mothers faucet. The guy behind the counter was not very helpful. He was rude and I walked out very aggravated by the way he treated me. So I go back to store today looking for part to fix my faucet or buy a new faucet. Just my luck the same guy is next to help a customer. I showed him pic of part, he sighed and acted like I was an idiot. He was not helpful and sent me on my way, again! Thats the last time Ferguson. I went straight to plumbing store up the street and bought the part, at least their workers are helpful.
I had a water heater under warenty and the warenty company paid them and they said they got paid and hadnt had time to refund my $550. I have four children and that is a lot of money to a family of six and one with health problems and medical bills. They found time to charge me upfront back on April but it is now August and I am still not refunded. To make it worse, the water heater that was replaced is sitting in my garage rusting my floor because they keep saying they will pick it up and havent. I hope they refund me and pick up my bad water heater. I called at least ten times or more over the past months and no one calls me back. Where is integrity? Ethics? Humanity? I was raised to be fair and honest.
I try and shop small, local stores when I can. Ive bought from here before. I needed a trap for my sink. I go in at 4:30pm, they close at 5pm. I go to pay with cash, and the guy looks at the money for a second, then shouts across the store... SHOUTS... did you close out the drawer yet?. He replies yes. Well, youll have to do it again, with a kind of a sigh-huff in his voice.Really? I could have gone to the big hardware store, but I chose to come to your store and I get some passive-aggressive lip about paying? You close at 5. YOU made the mistake of counting the drawer down early. Its little things like this that doom a small business in the shadow of a big, convenient store right next door.Remember that.
They know their stuff and have the parts
Super nice staff
Service was great...they knew what I needed to solve the problem and they seem reasonable with the prices
