SUPER FAST SERVICE NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY ARE...ALWAYS FIND A SMILE ☺ ON THE STAFF...

Workers were very friendly and happily took my order even when I had a few special requests!! Nice vibe & energy after not caring to be at our Kaiser appointment!

Starbucks stop before hitting the road after my Kaiser appt. Small shop but the people are fast and the coffee tastes good. Shade cover is minimal so be aware and stay hydrated, but the wait wasnt that long.

I had the worst experience this morning at this location. I repeated my order to the barista five times because she couldnt hear me. She mentioned it was really loud inside the booth. I advised Supervisor Rudy to lower the music a bit since the barista couldnt hear me and music was loud. Regreted doing that since he made me wait 30mns for my order, after 30mns I asked Supervisor Rudy how much longer I needed to wait for my order. He then asked me AGAIN what my order was because something happened and they didnt have my order.Never had I experienced such incompetent Baristas/Supervisors.I will definitely NOT be recomending nor purchasing from this location again..

Terrible service, we are in a pandemic and an employee today at 6:30 am with short brown hair was not wearing a mask while making drinks. i had just got off of work and she was making my drinks with no mask. i was extremely tired and just wanted to head home to say anything and i didn’t even get to drink the beverages made and had tossed them out due to the contamination. employees need to be wearing a mask while handling the customers food.

Place is open and has nice open seating on the Kaiser campus. Normally there would be long lines by these days, its great for a quick caffeine fix.

Place to go if you need a quick pick me up between dr visits!!

I am very upset because they did not care about my order, my order took a long time and I asked them if it was ready and they told me that they were already making it when the did not even start even tho it was just a caramel frap. I waited 15 to 20 minutes and asked what had happen and they tell me that Probably another person took it when that sounds Ridiculous because the order always has a name. I told them I had waited more than expected and they said to me that they will make another one so i waited waited another 8 minutes because they did not pay attention to me.

Very convenient. Came to Kaiser with my daughters. Our day got longer than expected. They started asking for food and theres no way we were leaving so we saw Starbucks and went and bought them breakfast sandwiches which they loved. Win!

You cant pre-order, cant pay with the app AND they take forever to make coffee!!!Worst location EVER!!!Id give NO STARS if I could!!!

I love how convinient this Starbucks is especially when you’re running late and you have a Doctors appointment. My son wanted a blueberry muffin and a cup of water and I could not believe that my total was $4.11. I then asked for the receipt and I just could not believe that a muffin costs the same as my cup of coffee! I checked other Starbucks in the area and they charge less than $3.00 for a muffin! How can they charge a dollar more here? STARBUCKS COME ON!!!
