Best manager. The place has cleaned up well. Everyone looks out for everyone. Everyone has been friendly. Any maintenance that was needed, Mike was there to help.

Five stars for the residents of the park. Very close knit community. Kind hearted and hard working folks up at the North Star. As for management and owners well my daddy always said if you dont have anything nice to say dont say nothing at all.

We live here and one thing i can say is the management and maintenance guy is always on top of everything always there to help and fixes everything within a timely manner there friendly and the park is a quiet friendly place to live in

No privacy, management is the worst Ive ever seen or heard. Shifty,shady and lying thieves. They practice raise the utilities to line their pockets or to force residents on low income to be evicted or be forced to move. I have seen trailers abandoned cause of forceful tactics. You couldnt pay me to live there.

Its a bad place to live bad people own it there rip offs

You never know when a camera is going to peek over the top of your fence. Zero personal business zero privacy
