He came on time, did great work! Price was reasonable! We’re going to use him again for our other place. I would highly recommend him!

Had them out to level our mom’s mobile home. JP showed up on time and got right to it. He gave us a good report on what was going on underneath. He let us know exactly what he was going to do. He raised up the front of the house a bit and cleaned up everything. Also to note he wore his mask the entire time which made mom feel good. I would recommend him and his work.

This guy is so unprofessional!. Said he was coming then was a no show 3x.. Paid him half up front and to say the least we have to eat that money. Never will refer him to anyone!. Goodluck to who ever picks this guy to do work for you!

I recently used their services for inspecting and leveling my mobile home. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job explaining everything. I would definitely recommend them.

JP leveled my home excellently. He came at my convenience (I work odd hours) and was super accommodating. He walked me through the tools he uses and how they work so I could understand what he was doing. He also did a full exterior inspection for other maintenance needs without even asking. I had nothing else to be done, so it wasn’t as if he was trying to make more money off me, like a mechanic or something. Will definitely be using him for all of my mobile home maintenance needs!

Done bad business with my folks. You dont do that in Bakersfield and last long partner.

After providing detailed information about the job to get an estimate from this place and emailing, calling, and texting every so often - it took them 3 weeks to get back to me to let me know they didnt do leveling of mobile homes - he gets an extremely negative rating from contractors around the area

JP has always been my GO TO for leveling MFG Homes. He is honest, fast and good, not to mention fairly priced. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is level.

I had pulled the carpet up in my home, in the living area and hallway and found that where the house is joined together, one side was higher than the other. I found JPs service and called him despite the bad review he had. He came out and was only under my house about an hour and a half. He said my house was perfectly level. He told me his service comes with a 1 year warranty. I called him a couple of weeks after he was at my house, because when I pulled the carpet out of the master bedroom, there was one section that was visibly un-level. I left a message, the next day after no response, i texted him a pic of the un-level section. Told him in the text that he done a great job, except for this one small section. I got no response to my text message. I called a second time *67 with no answer. I texted a 2nd time with no response. I called him a 3rd time without blocking my number, no answer. My son called him friggin a different number he picked right up. I very nicely told him what my problem was, it was around 3pm, He told me he would be at my house at 5 to try to level that section. He never showed up and Ignored my call. I waited until the next day to see if he would show up. He never did and that was now 3 days ago. I really wish I would have listened to the other lady that reviewed this person. Forget about the 1 year warranty he says his service has, he wouldnt even come out 2 weeks later to fix his original mistake.BUYER BEWARE!!!

This guy does horrible work, has no license and overcharges. He leveled my home and used plywood as bracing, my home started shifting. I had to have a contractor come and re-do his work. He gets a negative star
