Entered into a contract with these guys only for them to return the uniforms in worse condition than we sent them in. Employees refused to wear their uniforms because they looked like junk. When I asked them to discontinue our uniforms service they ignored me until I stopped allowing their trucks on company property. Once they finally got in touch all they could say is that wed have to pay to restock the uniforms that they destroyed. Throughout this whole experience they never tried to fix the initial problem. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I like having a linen service come to give me sheets. I would recommend it for anyone who uses a lot of linens in their line of work.because my sheets are rented, some of the time they have medical patches (for monitoring or something of the like) stuck on the sheets, although, it happens now a lot less often than it did 6 months ago, maybe from 30% of the time to 5%.Organizationally, they are pretty sloppy. 0 stars there. If you want any changes to your order you have to call the company and the driver separately to get the message across and you have to do it more than once to have your request honored. From what I understand, all the linen comanies in town are like this. So if you start a new linen company and have your stuff together, call me.The drivers/delivery men are kind and are usually pretty good about fixing any wrongs within a day. And if you dont make any changes to your regular delivery order for a long time, you will probably get the right thing most of the time.

Best place to go get your uniforms cleaned and the staff is lovely

Kind of disappointed, been giving them money for uniforms for my plumbing company and the shirts come back missing buttons, pants that look like they spilled bleach all over them my guys look like slobs in their uniforms, something better get fixed, no money going that way for a while until they fix this kind of customers service.
