Good store with lots of veggies and packing materials.. staff and good and friendly too. Only thing is you don’t find much staff to get help. But the sign boards are very clear and good to see around and find things.

Excellent to grab every thing you need to whip up something good to eat at a fair price too!!😊

So I’m writing this post, because I’ve always had such a great experience with the customer service at this store but today I can’t say the same. A cashier named Arianna was extremely rude to me. Got upset because I asked to grab some baby food. Mind you, there was no line, wasn’t busy. She got upset because I had asked like it was such an issue. and when she rang the items up she had threw it towards me. I told her she didn’t need to be rude and throw it at me. She continued to look bothered and rolled her eyes. How rude can you be. I don’t think I’ll be shopping there again.

Our favorite,store for essential groceries, but not a one stop for special items and meat.

The worst experience ever half the staff didnt even know where anything was didnt know where to locate items then at checkout the girl had an. attitude put two gallons of milk in one bag and I had just got my covid-19 shot and my arm was throbbing with pain and the Checker was more interested in the conversation she was carrying with the person behind me didnt even care about me checking out and had little regard for the bags being so heavy never will I ever shop at that location again.. Its a Wondertheyre not out of business lousy service I do not recommend this location at all

I generally shopped here to purchase bulk items. On June 12 I went in as usual but was unable to purchase my usual bulk items such as Motts apple juice because the clerk Cynthia insisted that my bulk purchase should be opened and each sold separately. I told her I have been buying bulk for years. She then requested the assistance of Andrew, whom she identified as a Manager. He called another guy. None of them could figure it out either. They insisted that I had changed something to try and get a bulk purchase price. As though I wrapped the product in heavy sealed plastic. After enduring their incompetence for 20 minutes, I thanked them for not assisting me and walked out. Im returning to Sams Club or Costco. Their combined incompetence is not something Id like to endure again.

6 galllon water packs, gigantic cans of chili and nacho cheese and 30 packs of Tecate. They have big bags of onions and a white pigeon.

Not bad.

Cashier didnt give me enough time to put my change away before calling next customer over. Its ridiculous that they require face madks but dnt enforce social distancing.

I have been happy with the products purchased here. But for the past week they have been out of a lead in item advertised in their sales paper. EDIT-S&Fs people reached out to me and fixed the problem with them not having the product. A local team member called me and saw to it that I received the items needed.

I love Smart & Final. They have wonderful produce & weekly specials. Their selection is good & theyre very organized. Theyre more expensive than Walmart, but less than a lot of the other stores.

Always find a lot of things you cant find in other stores.

I like this smart and final. It has plenty of different items. I love their party supplies section. Store is clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. I asked and employee for help and even though he seemed in a hurry to stopped and kindly helped get something from the top shelf.

Their produce is always rotten each time I purchase and buy. very disappointing; especially when I go home to prepare my meal and find my veggie or fruit spoiled from the inside. I have to purchase my produce elsewhere. I do like the fast lines. Some items are overpriced. The location is convenient. The store is always clean and organized. I would give it 4 stars if I could purchase a fresh apple or a fresh onion etc. NOT!!!

Very Poor Customer Service at this Smart and Final Location!!.. I rarely write reviews however I had to write about my experience this morning with the Assistant Manager Alex at this location. I went in before heading to work to redeem my manufacturer coupon for some BAD Jerky I had a purchased at their store and was sent this free coupon to replace the jerky. Vanessa who was the cashier was very unsure on how to redeem the coupon, so she called for Assistant from someone, another employee (lady) showed up to assist. Both ladies were very nice and the second employee was able to help her figure out what to do. However, she needed a manager key to override the transaction since the coupon was for a free bag of jerky. Alex the assistant manager came over and looked over the coupon and said very unprofessionally ( I WONT ALLOW YOU TO GET TWO BAGS OF JERKY) I stated to him I was sent two coupons from the manufacturer why cant I redeem them here since this is where I bought both bags of BAD jerky. He kinda mumbled something that I could not understand and said it AGAIN, that he would NOT redeem both coupons. So, I politely said, ( as Im looking at his name and title) Ill just take both coupons and redeem them elsewhere and contact the manufacturer and make them aware of the situation at your store. I just felt this was very poor customer service and the way that the so called assistant manager handled it was very unprofessional. He clearly needs to go back to manager training and learn how to deal with customers and coupons. BEWARE!! :-/

Had everything we were looking for. But for those of you who are taking COVID seriously: this location doesnt enforce their mask requirement. Families with children walked in and shopped, no masks on. They have signs that say they require masks to shop here, but whats the point if youre going to let people do as they please? Confused.

Smart & Final Extra! Is very convenient instead of going to the other stores that are so over price. They dont carry a lot..but they carry What you need and the price is right..the staff is really nice at all the Smart &Final that I have been to....

This place is great! Found everything all the time. Only thing is the aisles are too narrow esspecially when they put aisle stacks of merchandise in the middle of them. One lane traffic!

The employees are friendly and ready to help whenever I need something, the cashiers are ready to check me out with a smile on there face. The store is always clean and always has what I need and if it wasnt there they are happy to help and see if they have it in stock or call another store.

I always do my grocery shopping here. It is very organized and I can find everything I need for the upcoming week of dinners. The workers are very friendly and helpful. It is never really crowded and you can get through the checkout line fairly quickly.

Always a pleasant experience. I was however surprised when one cashier asked another cashier what 4×12 was. The second cashier had to take out her cellphone to go to the calculator to get the answer.. mmmmm

As a business that buys a majority if supplies from this location, they 95% have the items stocked, always friendly customer service, and overall a good experience. We appreciate them very much so.

Managers at the store should really not raise their voices and show aggressive body language at someone asking a question and should really learn to deal with customers a little better I was show both of those things by asst manager Patti I will never go back to smart and final because of that you shouldnt have to wear a mask to go in what about people that dont carry mask with them is there money no good in your store

This is a neighborhood sized grocery store that has some things in bulk. It is clean and friendly. This prices are reasonable.

I had the best experience today at store #362 my cashier was Roni who gave me above expected customer service. I had a very large purchase that included 10 turkeys and she help me make this an easy process. I would definitely make the extra drive again to this Smart & Final. I was greeted as soon as i entered the store I was directed to what I needed and Roni made sure my purchase was right. THANK YOU, THANK YOU

Not good heck they were out of about 6 things so I had to go to vons and as usual they had everything. They need to get their head slapped around usually when I go through this I have to go to vons. I am getting pretty upset about going there. Heck all the managers have to do is walk around the store and start ordering more creamer and 1 percent milk and a view other things. Heck I am a old guy and could do a much better job.

Their employees are always very helpful and the store is always very clean. Lines are usually short and they go fast.

Long lines, over-priced alcohol and management is generally a whole bunch of attitude with lackluster service. The general associates are pretty helpful and positive. Sales prices are worth it tho.

The last Couple of times I have been there they have not had what I normally buy there, and so Ive had to go to another grocery store very, very inconvenient.

Nice store, staff is 95% in a good mood/helpful every time Im in the store. Afternoons on weekends can get super busy, prices fair.

They are the only place I have found that sells Ramonas Burritos...they are from my hometown Gardena, Ca.

Get restaurant quality meat and produce at this grocery warehouse. Check-out can be slow, but checkers are friendly and helpful.
