I actually go here for the smoothies and açaí bowls. Both are fantastic! They are not overpriced either. Very clean and very nice and professional staff. Thank you!

Oh my gosh yes!! So excited! I have to share this like crazy because I can not believe I just found out about this. I mean all summer long every day I get sno shack so I am so happy to see there is a place year round to go! My son is going to flip out with excitement as well! I always have more than an amazing experience no matter which shack I go to. The price is literally the best. Seriously you are lying quarters... I am excited to try the other treats here as well. And if I’m having a sweet tooth day I ask for extra syrup and WOW they really do exactly what you want. Perfect amount of syrup every time... you can ask for a little less... a little more... and every time It’s perfect. Thank you thank you thank you for opening this place year round!

Finally I dont have to wait for the summer for the small trailers to show up! So many flavors to try but I have my favorites! I have several snow cone machines but not the flavor selections! Cant wait to try another flavor! Try the donuts!

I didnt mind waiting outside while the order was prepared, but with the wind in the shade the location is cold. How about allowing customers to wait at the outside tables, which were in direct sun.

The coffee they have in there is really good. Little fried donuts go well with it. Pretty cool they have big toys and stuff in there for the kids.

Love the shaved ice but the service sucks. I went there yesterday, 4/18, and ordered a small and avalanche and it to 20 mins to get our order. Today we go again thinking yesterday was just a fluke and my son waited at the register waiting to order for 10 mins. Now its been another 10 mins waiting on the order. Not sure what the issue is but Ill wait till summer and get mine at aloha ice.

Beat the Bakersfield heat with an ice cold treat! So many flavor choices and combinations to choose from. Friendly service and now they accept credit/debit cards!!! Coconut might be my new favorite Sno shack addiction!!

I wish you guys would give more juice considering how expensive the cones are. I was mostly eating ice because there was no juice.Edit: Went back a week after and had a much better experience. Employee gave me enough juice this time.

Really poor service. Waited 31 minutes for our order of 2 shaved ice, one of them didn’t have the flavor we ordered. By that point we didn’t care. Lots of others were waiting also but I won’t go back.

A bit annoyed. Turns out this business isn’t open until 8pm. Apparently the employees leave at 8pm and if you show up after they start counting the money for the day you are pretty much out of luck. Went to the Sno Shack on Rosedale 5 minuets before 8pm thinking I made it just in time. Showed up to a fully lit Shack with the open sign still on it and was told that it was closed. A bit disappointed in the employees.

Great ! Love this litte shack. The young people serving are very nice and patient enough to serve my young ones.

Took my Son here for his first ever SnoCone and he didnt know what to do with himself lol he was excited and not really sure what to pick so we went with Watermelon or as my son and I call it (AquaMelon) lol and I got my all time favorite Rock and Roll. My Son throughly loved it which is what I was hoping for! The people working were super nice and treated my nervous Son really well. We will be back very soon.

The shaves ice is really good!! But the prices are way too high. They seem to raise the prices by about 50 cents each summer. (Not sure how much they actually raise prices but too high)

The quality of the snowcone depends on the worker and I dont want to offend anyone but, some of the employees are better than others. Some of the new practices of the new owners really ticked me off last year. It used to be amazing and Im greatly lowering my expectations this year. I still have hopes for it to improve though.

Really enjoy the sno cones here. Seems like the mix is getting watered down a little too much.

Just keep it simple. Nothing but good for the normal everyday mixes and matches, but I have to say some of the Halloween concoctions werent good.
