Rosedale locationThe drive thru attendant was rude and had a attitude when I presented a voucher that was given to me from a donation I made to the company. I called prior to arriving to ask how to redeem the voucher and a woman stated to bypass the drive thru speaker and go straight to window, where I was “greeted” with attitude. I always buy the coffee brew pack and donuts for my company meetings but this will be my last visit.

Love Krispy creme. Visiting from Minnesota had to try Was on my wifes bucket list. This place is so clean and sanitary. I walked in and I felt like I was back in Minnesota. Our cashier Ashley is awesome. If youre reading this you are exceptional and we appreciated our conversation with you. Ashley went above and beyond and detailed every donut out of out dozen we bought. Even compared the Reeses Bismark to the candy and noted the differences. I was in awe she was so polite gave us the history of Krispy Kreme and even noted that they use to be in Bakersfield. I knew that because I went to school here. Awesome place to go wished we had one in Minnesota. Oh and they make donuts fresh, they have all the equipment there to do it. Plus they have a drive thru

Fresh donuts stayed pretty good for 2 days

It was a little difficult to get to, being all the way across town and I had to drive to it. The facility was clean the staff was courteous and respectful. The donuts are okay they kind of tastes like flavored fluffy are for the most part. If they werent having the buy one dozen get one dozen free, I wouldnt have driven across town for it. But having said that to me it is worth the treat every once in awhile

It was a very, very long wait due to the promotion but it was worth it. Absolutely delicious! I just wish that they had more assorted ones, unfortunately they ran out.

Never can go wrong with 2 do,en of Americas finest doughnuts. Customer service can be a bit improved but service was fairly expedient nonetheless. Try the pumpkin cheesecake 😋

I’m from Los Angeles, and over there we wait in a 30-50 drive-thru car line. There was only one car ahead of me at this location. I was in complete disbelief and absolutely excited. Jazmin took my order and was very professional and sweet. The dozen I purchased was delicious and warm. Will definitely return while I’m in town.

Honestly it was a nice visit, the guy that rung up my order didnt rush me, or have any sort of mean demeanor. He was well mannered, gladly got my donuts, just 2 pumpkin spice ones, and an iced pumpkin spice latte, put that together and I was on my way. Overall I was happy with the visit.

After a year and 9 months later having fun enjoying that job liking it to the fullest enjoying the other employees workers awesome awesome team group and customers were very sweet and nice I came really adapted there I came really close to the customers just to one day get called to the office and get let go you know some kids in there take power to the head like just way out of proportion but karmas works in weird ways and I hope he gets his karma just make sure he dont compliment you for any reason because he will turn around and fire you

The place is good. I like to go to Mom and Pop shops but nobody else has a white fluffy cream filled donut which are my favourite.Update to 2 stars because they deleted the only donut Id get there. How do you get rid of your KREME donut!? a regular donut that has a small amount of cream isnt the same as a filled donut. Im sorry.

If you order online pickup dont expect to get all the stuff you order because they dont make it until you get there. There excuse is they receive the order from corporate 15 minutes before the order pickup time. I got there 30 min. Late and they still didnt have it ready. I ordered 5 hours ahead of time which should have meant all the ones I ordered were there if they didnt they should say there are not available like other food businesses.

Good coffee, friendly staff but donuts always seem to taste a little old. But then I bought them in the evening. I dont usually buy donuts after 12 pm, they never taste fresh.

Tonight Feb 21st 2019, was a special night at Krispy Kreme. A family lost their mom in a fire. They were accepting donations and you could get a drink and doughnut free. Everyone was friendly and fast. Weve been to this location many times and it hasnt disappointed.

I stopped in to this location today on Veterans Day. They not only gave me a free coffee and a donut for being a veteran but they gave my kids doughnuts to. This location is great people and I will come here as often as I can. Thank you for being grateful to those servicemen and women out there putting their lives on the line.

Great Donut shop. The wide open space concept complemented the delicious donuts that succeeded to satisfy me. The prices were reasonable and my only critique is that there was not as much variety as I would have liked and the chocolate cake could have been more like milk chocolate ( flavor wise ).

I went thru drive thru so I wouldnt be so tempted. Love the taste of my donuts I ordered. I ordered cake donut and glazed. Heavenly

The valentines doughnuts were so unprofessionally shaped and decorated, NOT at all what they advertised!!! Uneven sizes, done hardly looked like hearts, and the frosting was running all over, such a messy product, very unprofessional. Feels like false advertising because las year were just like the pictures, very well done. Thus year they just didn’t seem to care.

Nataly was so helpful and has a very pleasant attitude! Ill definitely comeback.

Krispy Kreme Original Glazed...like eating a glaze covered cloud. I love the Fresh/Hot sign and getting those delicious donuts fresh out of the factory! Theres a drive-thru, but if you travel inside the facility you can actually watch as the donuts are being made. I have a fantasy of sticking my face under the glazing station! I love, love, love Krispy Kreme. Their facilities are always clean, their product is superior, and Im eternally grateful that theres one in my city! Enjoy!

Ive only been to this location once, but the donuts were obviously on point and the employees were helpful and friendly.

They have good selection of donuts. Not the best donuts in town but theyre good. Their coffee is boiling hot so I had to wait like 10 minutes before the first sip (not the best coffee either). Prices are decent. Place looks clean. Good customer service. Friendly staff.FYI, if you subscribe to their e-mail list, you get offers and also a free donut and coffee on your b-day.
