Customer Service Fantastic! If you are an Experienced Dutch Bros. Coffee fanatic this location does need improvement with Flavor. Ive ordered 2 different flavored coffees already and they were Strong but not Sweet. It felt like I drank the same thing, there was nothing special about the other. At experienced locations there were Noticeably different tastes with each drink I ordered. IMPROVE FLAVOR PLEASE 🙂

I just moved a couple of months back I’m so used to coming and buying my coffee at Dutch bros. Ive came about 4 times around 7 and there freaking closed !!!!!! Omg it stresses me out having to go to Starbucks! Can someone explain why they close earlier?? My hometown they close normally closes at 10 and still do to until today ! I’m not the only one driving by I see multiple cars driving to Dutch bros after 5 wondering the same thing… just losing business

Thought it was a piece of coffee bean but it was an ant.Drive though line was a bit busy but they helped us quick. Next time Ill double check my drinks for bugs.

Dutch bros... Bakersfield,Ca did not have many choices to good coffee in a while. I believe that traveling 15 minutes and waiting 20 minutes was well worth it. The customer service is beyond 5 stars. The people here make you forget you were waiting. The coffee and flavors makes it very hard to choose. I recommend when traveling through Bakersfield stop by and say Hi! To the workers at Dutch Bros and get a coffee or two.

I waited for a few months to try them because the line has always been insane. It was still very long when I went but I was in the area and it was my sons 16th birthday and I wanted to get him a special drink so I decided to give Dutch Bros a try and I am glad I did. There are two lines and when they are busy they have employees taking your order directly from your window. I interacted with 3 people and they were all very nice and efficient. I ordered a blended German chocolate mocha and a ninja all loaded up with whipped cream chocolate syrup and chocolate sprinkles. When the woman at the window found out it was my sons birthday she asked what drink was his and then made his drink even more special by putting some confetti in a separate cup and then placing the full cup into that cup and it made it look really festive and special. I really appreciated the extra effort. As far as taste it goes, I really liked my German chocolate and my son enjoyed his Ninja. Usually I go to The Filling Station downtown or Starbucks and I can say that I think that the drinks I had at Dutch Brothers taste better then what I get at Starbucks. I still really like The Filling Station but Dutch Bros has some good drinks so when Im on that side of town Ill definitely stop by again and if you have some time to wait, it is worth the wait. Their prices are on par with other coffee places. Before you go look up their menu on your phone because youll see a bigger menu then what is on their board when you go in the Drive-Thru.

Bit of a wait but worth it. I recommend having the annihilator drink if you like sweet tasting coffee :)

Love this place. Yes the lines are sometimes long but they still have great customer service and just love their drinks! Definitely try the Shark Attack Blended Rebel it’s soo good. Today I went with a Majestic Forest not the prettiest but dang it’s good 😃And my friend tried the Fire Lizard!

Fabulous customer service! Love the two lane drive-thru especially since the walk up order window was closed. They had four employees, all wonderful, taking orders and conversing with the customers as all Dutch Bros should. The line was long but they did a great job getting everyone moved through. Ive waited 11 years for a Dutch Bros to make it to Balersfield and this experience did NOT disappoint. Totally worth driving across town for a cup of Heaven. They are on point even with being so new. Im beyond ecstatic! Dutch Mafia for life!

I had it for the first time and really enjoyed the drink. I had what was called a Golden Eagle it was perfect. The line looks long but we went through it in about 15 mins

Dutch Bros may be relatively new to Bakersfield but I have been going to it much longer while traveling in other cities. Absolutely love the product, the selection is absolutely amazing and if you have an issue with your order they are more than happy to replace quickly. The online customer service is amazing as well and always responds quickly wether you have a complaint or are praising them for a job well done. However there are short comings as well. The store staff being incredibly young can be very immature. The music at times is questionable and yesterday 9/18/2021 shouldn’t be played in the open with the lyrics being obscene and so loud it’s hard to make the order at the window. Biggest issue is that because of Covid you NEVER know if the store will be open and that keeps me from driving the 5 miles or so to enjoy more of it. Instead I hit the competition. With Dutch being traded publicly now they need to put hours on the app so we know when they are open.

Love Dutch Bros all the employees are always super nice, friendly & bubbly. Havent had a drink yet I dont care for. Prices are great! Way cheaper & Better than Starbucks any day. Sizes are bigger than Starbucks too!! Highly recommend trying anything from here. The App is cool too. You earn points on purchases towards a free drink.

Really glad there was a Dutch Bros when we were in Bakersfield this past weekend! Coffee’s great here - kept me alert on my drive back to LA through the grapevine! :) Although my group and I were concerned for the workers taking orders outside at the drive-thru - IT WAS TRIPLE-DIGIT HOT THAT DAY. And speaking of - the workers were very friendly, courteous, and professional here! Thanks y’all!

Its good still prefer Starbucks over this coffee place.Seems a little rachet the hood music they play is tacky suppose to be a coffee place maybe switch up your playlist to something more mellow? Other than that the drinks are really good been here a few times now.

So a friend recommended this to me. And at first I was like this place is way overpriced. and then I was like, wait its actually really good so 100% would recommend.

Ever since I started going to Dutch Brothers about 10 years ago I would rather buy their coffee than by Starbucks its cheaper and its better than Starbucks

The employee team is very helpful,if your not sure what you want to drink they will list their whole menu just to help you. Who ever hired the people their did a great job.

Our drinks were good. Theres too many items on the menu which makes it so overwhelming, almost makes you not want anything because you dont know what to get. The lines get very long, but they do move fairly quickly. I honestly prefer Starbucks.

Fast, Friendly, and they help you figure out what their menu is like. Recommend for coffee, tea, or anything you need to get energized.

There was a line of cars backed up to Lowes, but it went pretty quickly. I got to the drive through, which they have two. The associate came to the car, he was very polite and cheerfully. He took my order and I drove to the window a few minutes later. The drink is so good, its the cinnamon, toffee, chai iced. They were reasonably priced and it was worth the wait. Ill be going here again.

Drinks are great,but the staff are extremely childish,music played is offensive and needs to played far away from the job site, workers singing songs that should NOT be sang at work aswell for the clothing being worn it should also be kept at home. Highly recommend to hire MATURE workers who have responsibilities and good morals.

I love Dutch Bros so always willing to drive out of the way and wait in a long line. I was just disappointed at this location that didn’t organize their line well. They ask you to get in the shortest line and then you end up ordering after the 3 cars that were behind you that got in the other line. Friendly employees but just need to make sure it’s not longer of a wait for some because of their method.

Love dutch bros coffee and tea and Ive had no problems before. These last couple times Ive gone theyve completely skip me for vehicles that arrive after me, starting to believe the two lines are useless if you cant even get first come first serve.

Customer service is usually good. Drinks are good. Line takes way too long. Ive purposely have not stopped due to long wait times. Last time took about 20 ( maybe longer) minutes from ordering to receiving my order. Efficiency needs improvement.

I got to say that this place is probably better than Starbucks and it may be even cheeper than it to . The drink I got is a kicker at least thats what it sounds like but non the less its better than any Starbucks drink I had will satisfy anybody that already likes Starbucks.

Tasty drinks but long drive thru lines

Drinks were refreshing and delicious. Considering there were 20+ cars in line, we actually got through the line in a decent amount of time. Staff was super friendly, to boot!

This place is amazing. I fell in love with the chain in Reno. My go-to is my French Toast Latte, Hot, with Strawberry topping. Oh my, thats is where it is at.

Ordered a black ice tea with equal, tasted vanilla flavored. Came back to get my order fixed, the second one also tasted vanilla flavored. The lady taking my order and the lady who gave me the drink both expressed surprised as to why it would taste like vanilla and told me nothing else was added. Pulled into the parking to throw away both drinks. Another employee asked why and if they could fix it. I explained what happened. He told me the black is vanilla flavored. Something that the other employees either didnt know or knew and feigned ignorance of (giving the benefit of the doubt) . The overly saccharine attitudes of the employees I am sure is appreciated by most people. However in cases like this it may come across condescending. It is just frustrating that something as simple as getting a black ice tea was so much trouble. I didnt ask for my money, just left with a headache.

Spent 6$ on a cup of ice, this is supposed to be cold brew theres no reason for this. Customer service is good, but its pointless when youre holding up the line because you want to discuss your weekend plans. Cars in the other lane were literally driving past because we were all waiting and watching them laugh and conversate. Find a balance between good customer service and getting customers in and out in a timely matter. STOP CHARGING SO MUCH FOR A CUP FULL OF ICE!!!!!!

Who we think should be comindated for her knowledge of every drink that dutch bros has to offer also her kindness and patience if the world had more people with the positive attitude and willingness to be real and not (fake it to make it ) this world we call our home would be a way better place, SO WHO EVER TAKES THE TIME TO READ THIS GO TO DUTCH BROS ON COLUMBUS ASK FOR ALIYAH SHE WILL GUIDE YOU TO YOUR PERSONAL AWSOME FLAVORFUL DRINK .SO GO THERE AND FEEL GOOD YOU WILL LOVE IT AS WE DID . Definitely worth the short drive to this location, and luckily now they dont seem to have a line wrapped around the building, I think mainly because of the great training the employees receive on top of the rhythm they are in now as well. I look forward to the many more times Ill enjoy this location.

Wait was not that long, Awesome Employees Bomb coffee!!! Lots of options, I recommend googling their menu because they have employees outside taking your order and I did not see the full menu out ther.

Update: I’ve given it more than one try after my first experience! I’ve found a few drinks a love! Dutch bros is the spot for sure now! Keep up the awesome customer service. It definitely gets my day going great!I wasn’t a huge fan. I got the sugar cookie and it doesn’t taste like anything more than just plain coffee. I will give it another try but so far I’ll stick with starbucks. Customer service was FANTASTIC though!

Not good place for truck but good coffee

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 large teas with no ice. My husband was going to be home in 2 hours and wanted to get him our favorite teas. I ordered no ice so it wouldnt get watered down. I was surprised that the cups was only filled half way. Apparently you have to order cold pour for an additional charge to get a full cup of tea. Anywhere else you go, you say no ice, you get a full cup.

Cant believe Im actually saying this but yes the hype is real, this place is better than Starbucks! I got the iced pumpkin spice and it was so delicious not so sweet but perfect for me. We also got a mocha and it was very good as well, chocolate was rich and creamy. Staff here was pretty awesome love the vibe here!

My eggnog latte was great! Well balanced flavors. My wife had a pumpkin chai. She said it tasted good, but would have preferred it to be less sweet. Easy to get in and out as a drive through. Servers will bring drinks to the car if orders get a bit slow. Great service, cheerful servers, good drinks.

Went to Dutch Brothers Coffee.If it werent for the very friendly staff, this would be a one star review. Had never been so we thought wed give it a shot considering the traffic wed seen.I got a coffee and the wife got a iced tea. They were both awful 🤢I just dont understand what all the hype is about.Wont be going back. Just not for us.

Better than Starbucks by a million miles! If you like your coffee to taste just a little sweet, but not too sweet, I recommend the Carmalizer! If you like the white mocha from SBux, try the Double Torture at Dutch Bros! Staff work well together and the drive through is organized. They tell you which car to get behind when approaching the pickup window. The window staff repeat your order to you so you know your order is accurate.

I had the golden eagle sf iced and it was really good 👍 I definitely recommend that drink it doesnt have that usually sf taste. It honestly didnt even taste sf. In case youre wondering sf if sugar free. My son got a sf dark chocolate blended and he loved it so much that Im on my way to get some more sf drinks.

I was first introduced by my girlfriend to the Colorado Springs location. Everyone was always nice everytime we visited. I learned about their ethics and customer service through the internet. Its also to say the drinks there are amazing! I am happy that Dutch Bros Coffee has come to Bakersfield. Its time people tasted good coffee from a great company! I certainly hope this is one of your biggest grand openings ever. Bakersfields people tend to do that very well! Cheers!

Omg! So glad you came to Bakersfield. The line was so long, but thats to be expected for a place thats so great. It went by very fast, and the staff is friendly and accurate.🥰The only thing I would add was the sleeve, as my coffee was a little hot for me. You guys probably have them I just need to ask. Really great coffee. Im not a fan of Starbucks but I have been searching for a place that serves cold brew black coffee and this place does. The Americano is my favorite. I get it with a shot of fat free hazelnut and cream on the side, which is more than plenty. My husband likes sweet coffee. He has tried the Kicker and the Annihilator. Both are great but vert sweet.

Well it was my first time to visit and with all the help they had working there, it was pretty slow service.Also, because of Covid (they said) they could not accept cash.I only ordered hot tea but was instructed that I had to follow a specific vehicle, which meant there were five vehicles that would go before me. However, much to my surprise someone came walking out and served me the tea so I was able to bypass all five vehicles🤗And to boot, they have a walk up but we are not allowed to use it🤤I probably wont go back, sorry.

Visited a Dutch Bros in OR two years ago and every time I drive up North I visit a Dutch Bros. Glad they brought over Dutch Bros over here. Excellent friendly, fast service. Always a great experience. Their coffee is always delicious. Will definitely be returning for more. Employees are on point.

WOW! Excellent service and the Irish Cream coffee is AMAZING!

They have a good selection of drinks. I have only tried 2 kinds so far and I really liked them. The only thing that would have made them better was type of whip cream they used. It melted into the cold drink without hardly any flavor. I will still continue to go and tried as many drinks as possible.

Drove 3hrs to find out they closed at 5pm all there locations over here say 10pm didn’t feel the need to call and ask if they were open because the site says they are!!!!

The Caramelizer I ordered was amaze balls! The service was fast and friendly. For it being open for a few days its speedy and tasty. Customer service was fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable. The menu had loads to choose from. Easy to read as well. Prices are reasonable. I recommend for everyone to try it out at least once. Then judge for yourself.

Do not waste your time or money. My muffin was frozen. My drink had like no coffee in it at all. It tasted like chocolate milk.
