Wouldn’t recommend getting your screen fixed here. The staff has no idea on how to deal with their customers properly. They provide inadequate information of when finish up fixing the screen. We met with them to check if my screen was finished and they never got back to us. This place is a scam. They will find a reason not to fix your screen, even though you’ve even waiting for months for it’s replacement. They will also tell you they have the replacement, but will say it isn’t the right one leaving your screen destroyed into pieces. They will ask if you want the refund, which steers the fact that they have no idea how to fix your screen.

I went to change my screen protector. Anahí was so helpful and she answered my all questions. For sure I am gonna come back again.

* WARNING * PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS BUSINESS. I paid $110 for an iPhone XR screen replacement and literally a week later it was coming undone from the phone’s frame. They honored their warranty the first time, only for the screen to completely fail AGAIN two weeks later. This time however, the screen completely came off due to their poor quality work. Once it fell off they claimed the LCD was damaged and unable to be honored under warranty. Imagine paying $110, being inconvenienced, and still not having a working phone. Absolutely dishonest and slimy business, the manager (Robert) should be ashamed of himself. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

I went to one of their booths and got my Samsung Galaxy S 10+ fixed. They changed my screen within an hour and 20 min. I didnt mind since i was doing my Christmas shopping meanwhile. The people were very polite and professional. And they gave me great prices. Keep up the great job!!

I went to see how my tablet would cost to fixed my screen and the sales lady told a fixed price of 86.60 and the manager told me that its 50 dollars more and I toldhimthatshe called you and you told her 86.60 and I paid in advance now I get this bs 🤬

Terrible service!!!! They try to find any reason not to fix your phone using your warranty, when your screen is not cracked or damaged. My phone was not dropped or cracked or damaged and they still didn’t use the warranty for my phone Instead I was Charged $110 only a $20 difference from original price. Don’t get tour phone fixed here they’re not honest people!!!
