Ive been using Jost carpet One for 16 years now. After my first experience back in 2004 and still up to now was great. Outstanding knowledge, help, experience and customer service. They are a 5 star company for sure. If you want good and above product and the stuff above stop looking around. You get what you pay for. Ive worked with Troy the whole time. Ask to speak with him. There installers are top notch and I feel comfortable with them in my home.

Problem: New home owner who wants to maintain his hardwood looking and staying at its best. I wasn’t sure if I needed to have the hardwood waxed every year, couple of years, or what. I called a couple of hardwood stores in Bakersfield for some guidance. All of them were no help at all and seemed to not care. I spoke with Eric with Jost. He was incredibly helpful and showed great care. Awesome to know that some stores still are still honest and here for the people.
