I have HAD IT. After many years of dealing with them and always a problem.They give you a time and do not show up at that time and its My fault??TWO WEEKS installation time. That makes putting up with their incredible RUDENESS Completely out of the question. Rude, -Discourteous- and make up a story Excuses. If you like to be treated like that, be my guest.I for one found a big box store with a better selection and will treat you with kindness and courtesy.

I had a great experience with Carpet Outlet Plus. Our sales lady Jennifer Nobles was very knowledgeable and no sales pressure. She helped us pick out the flooring that would look nice in our house and she was right on. Her husband is an installer and he did a fantastic job. We went through Costco and you get 10% back of your total cost ( Costco card) I would highly recommend Carpet Outlet Plus for your flooring needs.Dennis Buzzini

Staff was friendly and was able to find a carpet that I liked quickly. They sell memory foam carpet pads and while they feel nice at first, they dont last. Also I found the exact carpet and size for over $300 less elsewhere

I bought my carpet here 2 years ago. It was a top of the line pile with moisture resistant insulation. They ask for full payment up front before installation which against CSLB rules which states no more than 10% not to exceed a $1000.00. However I went ahead and purchased. They subcontract the installation to flooring contractors. We noticed wrinkles in the carpet after a year. CSLB law requires that they are liable for up to 4 years if latent and up to 10 years if blatant. In other words they are responsible to repair even if they sub out the installation because your contract is with them. They finally sent another contractor out to fix the problem and they tried to charge a fee. Well anyhow its been 2 years now since the original installment and more wrinkles are appearing. This is the worst rip off Ive ever encountered at the tune of $6800.00. I would stay far away from this company. They have one thing on there mind and thats profits. No integrity!! Shame on them. They deserve no ☆s only👎but the app. only works if you choose at least 1☆..🤬

I went in as a last resort for finding something to place under an inflatable pool I bought. Tyra and Jamie put their heads together and found a mat that was both fitting and water resistant. I have people coming over today and they made it possible for people to chill in the pool. An odd request quickly fulfilled with smiles and great attitudes. Thank you Carpet Outlet!!!

From the first step into Carpet Outlet Plus a very friendly sales person (Keri Lackey) helped answers the questions I had regarding carpet for my home. I thought I would shop around as I had planned but I knew right then that I had the right place. The carpet was ordered after Mark came out and measured and quickly arrived for the date I set for install The installers were wonderful (William and Jose) and very professional. They made sure everything was right before leaving which it was I would highly recommend Carpet Outlet Plus on Rosedale and the carpet is wonderful. Love it !

This place is a JOKE! Horrible customer service! So many salesman running around yet nothing and I mean nothing gets done! I would never recommend this place to anyone! If I could give it a negative 10 I would!

My wife and I purchased our first home last summer and it needed several upgrades, one of them being the flooring. We came into Carpet Outlet and were treated like old friends right away! We loved going to the back showroom and checking out all of the different carpet styles. Once we picked out the carpet and padding (with their help) it was easier than ever! Very fast delivery and installation and truly a great overall experience. I highly recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

We had almost 2,000 sf of tile put into our home, and two rooms of carpet. Les and Jose did an outstanding job removing the old and replacing with wood look tile. We didnt have one complaint even after 10 days in our home. They were always courteous and making sure we were getting the look we wanted.

Aaron was pretty helpful and patient when we were shopping for vinyl laminate flooring. He answered all of our questions and gave us samples to take to help us make a decision on the style that we are interested in. Thank you.

On the phone the salesman was flat-out rude. When I said that seems kind of rude the way you put that he offered no apology what-so-ever, and then I ended up apologizing to him for some unknown reason. I was considering carpet and did make the mistake of mentioning that I got some tile from Bill Ray Tile. Why shouldnt I go somewhere closer AND CHEAPER and who gives WAY better service. ALSO I waited for that salesman to call me back with an estimate to install and sell me the tile with 2 calls to him, waited over a week with no response. Bill Ray does not sell carpet and still that is no reason to be rude to a potential customer. As it turns out Mohawk Air-o is a DYI project because is it not stretched and no tack strips are used for the install, AND its sold on-line by companies who offer freight curbside delivery with lift gates.

Talk about a comedy of errors. First their sales lady overestimated the amount of Tile by almost 15%. So hauling that around to return it was bad enough. Then their loading crew gave us the wrong grout. The grout we picked was almost $50.00 per box, the stuff we got was $13.00. So after 80% of the job was done, the contractor runs out of grout. So I go back in and the answer is, Ill credit you the difference but youll have to drive to Home Depot to buy the additional grout. I told them that I now had to do additional sealing which was going to cost around $250.00. No sympathy there, and no offer to make it right either. I then found out that their carpet installer left a huge seam showing in the living room. I brought it to my sales persons attention and they said they would have to call them and then Id get a call back. That was over a week ago and no return phone call. Just like their ad says, shop and compare because they dont care!

Salesperson lied to my mom and she was gouged on my purchase. Unfortunately flooring is a lasting purchase and I can’t easily return it. Taking advantage of the elderly is not cool.

Carpet Outlet Plus hires outside contractors to go to your home and install the flooring material you purchase from them, so when the outside contractors came to my home and incorrectly installed my laminate flooring Carpet Outlet Plus put their hands in the air and said that wasnt their problem. They didnt care about customer satisfaction after the sale was made. They continued to be unconcerned when the outside contractors had to come to my home two additional times to correct their terrible work and still my laminate flooring has various parts where it buckles and various major gaps between panels. I do not recommend Carpet Outlet Plus because they are not concerned with their customers after they take their customers money. And, they obviously contract outside cheap inexperienced laborers and then take zero accountability for their work. That is bad business. I do not trust them. I will never do business with them again and I will discourage my acquaintances from doing business with them, as well.
